41 {<01961>}{(8799)}過了<04480><07093>兩<08141>年<03117>，法老<06547>做夢<02492>(8802)，夢見<02009>自己站<05975>(8802)在<05921>河<02975>邊，
And it came to pass at the end<07093> of two full<03117> years<08141>, that Pharaoh<06547> dreamed<02492>(8802): and, behold, he stood<05975>(8802) by the river<02975>.
2 {<02009>}有七<07651>隻母牛<06510>從<04480>河<02975>裡上來<05927>(8802)，又美好<03303><04758>又肥壯<01277><01320>，在蘆荻中<09002><0260>吃草<07462>(8799)。
And, behold, there came up<05927>(8802) out of the river<02975> seven<07651> well<03303> favoured<04758> kine<06510> and fatfleshed<01277><01320>; and they fed<07462>(8799) in a meadow<0260>.
3 {<02009>}隨後<0310>又有<0312>七<07651>隻母牛<06510>從<04480>河<02975>裡上來<05927>(8802)，又醜陋<07451><04758>又乾瘦<01851><01320>，與<0681>那七隻母牛<06510>一同站<05975>(8799)在<05921>河<02975>邊<08193>。
And, behold, seven<07651> other<0312> kine<06510> came up<05927>(8802) after them<0310> out of the river<02975>, ill<07451> favoured<04758> and leanfleshed<01851><01320>; and stood<05975>(8799) by<0681> the other kine<06510> upon the brink<08193> of the river<02975>.
4 這又醜陋<07451><04758>又乾瘦<01851><01320>的七隻母牛<06510>吃盡了<0398>(8799)那<0853>又美好<03303><04758>又肥壯<01277>的七<07651>隻母牛<06510>。法老<06547>就醒了<03364>(8799)。
And the ill<07451> favoured<04758> and leanfleshed<01851><01320> kine<06510> did eat up<0398>(8799) the seven<07651> well<03303> favoured<04758> and fat<01277> kine<06510>. So Pharaoh<06547> awoke<03364>(8799).
5 他又睡著<03462>(8799)，第二回<08145>做夢<02492>(8799)，夢見<02009>一<0259>棵麥子<09002><07070>長了<05927>(8802)七<07651>個穗子<07641>，又肥大<01277>又佳美<02896>，
And he slept<03462>(8799) and dreamed<02492>(8799) the second time<08145>: and, behold, seven<07651> ears of corn<07641> came up<05927>(8802) upon one<0259> stalk<07070>, rank<01277> and good<02896>. {rank: Heb. fat}
6 {<02009>}隨後<0310>又長了<06779>(8802)七<07651>個穗子<07641>，又細弱<01851>又被東風<06921>吹焦了<07710>(8803)。
And, behold, seven<07651> thin<01851> ears<07641> and blasted<07710>(8803) with the east wind<06921> sprung up<06779>(8802) after them<0310>.
7 這細弱<01851>的穗子<07641>吞了<01104>(8799)那<0853>七<07651>個又肥大<01277>又飽滿<04392>的穗子<07641>。法老<06547>醒了<03364>(8799)，不料<02009>是個夢<02472>。
And the seven thin<01851> ears<07641> devoured<01104>(8799) the seven<07651> rank<01277> and full<04392> ears<07641>. And Pharaoh<06547> awoke<03364>(8799), and, behold, it was a dream<02472>.
8 到了<01961>(8799)早晨<09002><01242>，法老心裡<07307>不安<06470>(8735)，就差人<07971>(8799)召了<07121>(8799)埃及<04714>{<0853>}所有的<03605>術士<02748>和<0853><03605>博士<02450>來；法老<06547>就把<0853>所做的夢<02472>告訴<05608>(8762)他們<09001>，卻沒有人<0369>能給法老<09001><06547>圓解<06622>(8802){<0853>}。
And it came to pass in the morning<01242> that his spirit<07307> was troubled<06470>(8735); and he sent<07971>(8799) and called<07121>(8799) for all the magicians<02748> of Egypt<04714>, and all the wise men<02450> thereof: and Pharaoh<06547> told<05608>(8762) them his dream<02472>; but there was none that could interpret<06622>(8802) them unto Pharaoh<06547>.
9 那時酒政<08269><04945>{<01696>}{(8762)}對<0853>法老<06547>說<09001><0559>(8800)：「我<0589>今日<03117>想起<02142>(8688){<0853>}我的罪<02399>來。
Then spake<01696>(8762) the chief<08269> butler<08248>(8688) unto Pharaoh<06547>, saying<0559>(8800), I do remember<02142>(8688) my faults<02399> this day<03117>:
10 從前法老<06547>惱怒<07107>(8804){<05921>}臣僕<05650>，把我<0853>和<0853>膳<0644>(8802)長<08269>下在<05414>(8799)護衛<02876>長<08269>府<01004>內的監裡<09002><04929>。
Pharaoh<06547> was wroth<07107>(8804) with his servants<05650>, and put<05414>(8799) me in ward<04929> in the captain<08269> of the guard's<02876> house<01004>, both me and the chief<08269> baker<0644>(8802):
11 我們<0589><01931>二人同<0259>夜<09002><03915>各做<02492>(8799)一夢<02472>，各<0376>夢<02492>(8804)都有講解<09003><06623><02472>。
And we dreamed<02492>(8799) a dream<02472> in one<0259> night<03915>, I and he; we dreamed<02492>(8804) each man<0376> according to the interpretation<06623> of his dream<02472>.
12 在那裡<08033>同著我們<0854>有一個希伯來<05680>的少年人<05288>，是護衛<02876>長的<09001><08269>僕人<05650>，我們告訴<05608>(8762)他<09001>，他就把<0853>我們的夢<02472>圓解<06622>(8799){<09001>}，是按著各人<0376>的夢<09003><02472>圓解<06622>(8804)的。
And there was there with us a young man<05288>, an Hebrew<05680>, servant<05650> to the captain<08269> of the guard<02876>; and we told<05608>(8762) him, and he interpreted<06622>(8799) to us our dreams<02472>; to each man<0376> according to his dream<02472> he did interpret<06622>(8804).
13 後來<01961>(8799)正如<09003><0834>他給我們<09001>圓解<06622>(8804)的成就了<03651><01961>(8804)：我<0853>官復<07725>(8689){<05921>}原職<03653>，膳長<0853>被掛起來了<08518>(8804)。
And it came to pass, as he interpreted<06622>(8804) to us, so it was; me he restored<07725>(8689) unto mine office<03653>, and him he hanged<08518>(8804).
14 法老<06547>遂即差<07971>(8799)人去召<07121>(8799){<0853>}約瑟<03130>，他們便急忙帶他<07323>(8686)出<04480>監<0953>，他就剃頭，刮臉<01548>(8762)，換<02498>(8762)衣裳<08071>，進<0935>(8804)到<0413>法老<06547>面前。
Then Pharaoh<06547> sent<07971>(8799) and called<07121>(8799) Joseph<03130>, and they brought him hastily<07323>(8686) out of the dungeon<0953>: and he shaved<01548>(8762) himself , and changed<02498>(8762) his raiment<08071>, and came in<0935>(8804) unto Pharaoh<06547>. {brought...: Heb. made him run}
15 法老<06547>對<0413>約瑟<03130>說<0559>(8799)：「我做了<02492>(8804)一夢<02472>，沒有人<0369>能解<06622>(8802){<0853>}；我<0589>聽見<08085>(8804)人說<09001><0559>(8800){<05921>}，你聽了<08085>(8799)夢<02472>就能解<06622>(8800){<0853>}。」
And Pharaoh<06547> said<0559>(8799) unto Joseph<03130>, I have dreamed<02492>(8804) a dream<02472>, and there is none that can interpret<06622>(8802) it: and I have heard<08085>(8804) say<0559>(8800) of thee, that thou canst understand<08085>(8799) a dream<02472> to interpret<06622>(8800) it. {thou...: or, when thou hearest a dream thou canst interpret it}
16 約瑟<03130>回答<06030>(8799){<0853>}法老<06547>說<09001><0559>(8800)：「這不在乎我<01107>，　神必將<0853>平安<07965>的話回答<06030>(8799)法老<06547>。」
And Joseph<03130> answered<06030>(8799) Pharaoh<06547>, saying<0559>(8800), It is not in me<01107>: God<0430> shall give<06030><00> Pharaoh<06547> an answer<06030>(8799) of peace<07965>.
17 法老<06547>對<0413>約瑟<03130>說<01696>(8762)：「我夢<09002><02472>見<02009>我站<05975>(8802)在<05921>河<02975>邊<08193>，
And Pharaoh<06547> said<01696>(8762) unto Joseph<03130>, In my dream<02472>, behold, I stood<05975>(8802) upon the bank<08193> of the river<02975>:
18 {<02009>}有七<07651>隻母牛<06510>從<04480>河<02975>裡上來<05927>(8802)，又肥壯<01277><01320>又美好<03303><08389>，在蘆荻中<09002><0260>吃草<07462>(8799)。
And, behold, there came up<05927>(8802) out of the river<02975> seven<07651> kine<06510>, fatfleshed<01277><01320> and well<03303> favoured<08389>; and they fed<07462>(8799) in a meadow<0260>:
19 {<02009>}隨後<0310>又有<0312>七<07651>隻母牛<06510>上來<05927>(8802)，又軟弱<01800>又醜陋{<03966>}<07451><08389>又乾瘦<07534><01320>，在埃及<04714>遍<09002><03605>地<0776>，我沒有<03808>見過<07200>(8804)這樣<09003><02007>不好的<09001><07455>。
And, behold, seven<07651> other<0312> kine<06510> came up<05927>(8802) after them<0310>, poor<01803> and very<03966> ill<07451> favoured<08389> and leanfleshed<07534><01320>, such<02007> as I never<03808> saw<07200>(8804) in all the land<0776> of Egypt<04714> for badness<07455>:
20 這又乾瘦<07534>又醜陋<07451>的母牛<06510>吃盡了<0398>(8799)那<0853>以先的<07223>七<07651>隻肥<01277>母牛<06510>，
And the lean<07534> and the ill favoured<07451> kine<06510> did eat up<0398>(8799) the first<07223> seven<07651> fat<01277> kine<06510>:
21 吃了<0935>(8799)以後<0413><07130>卻看不出<03808><03045>(8738)是<03588>吃了<0935>(8804)<0413><07130>，那醜陋<07451>的樣子仍舊<04758>和先前<09002><08462>一樣<09003><0834>。我就醒了<03364>(8799)。
And when they had eaten them up<0935>(8799)<07130>, it could not be known<03045>(8738) that they had eaten them<0935>(8804)<07130>; but they were still<04758> ill favoured<07451>, as at the beginning<08462>. So I awoke<03364>(8799). {eaten...: Heb. come to the inward parts of them}
22 我又夢<09002><02472>見<07200>(8799)一<0259>棵麥子<09002><07070>，{<02009>}長了<05927>(8802)七<07651>個穗子<07641>，又飽滿<04392>又佳美<02896>，
And I saw<07200>(8799) in my dream<02472>, and, behold, seven<07651> ears<07641> came up<05927>(8802) in one<0259> stalk<07070>, full<04392> and good<02896>:
23 {<02009>}隨後<0310>又長了<06779>(8802)七<07651>個穗子<07641>，枯槁<06798>(8803)細弱<01851>，被東風<06921>吹焦了<07710>(8803)。
And, behold, seven<07651> ears<07641>, withered<06798>(8803), thin<01851>, and blasted<07710>(8803) with the east wind<06921>, sprung up<06779>(8802) after them<0310>: {withered: or, small}
24 這些細弱<01851>的穗子<07641>吞了<01104>(8799)那<0853>七<07651>個佳美<02896>的穗子<07641>。我將這夢告訴了<0559>(8799){<0413>}術士<02748>，卻沒有人<0369>能給我<09001>解說<05046>(8688)。」
And the thin<01851> ears<07641> devoured<01104>(8799) the seven<07651> good<02896> ears<07641>: and I told<0559>(8799) this unto the magicians<02748>; but there was none that could declare<05046>(8688) it to me.
25 約瑟<03130>對<0413>法老<06547>說<0559>(8799)：「法老<06547>的夢<02472>乃是一個<0259>。　神<0430>已將<0853>所<0834>要做<06213>(8802)的事指示<05046>(8689)法老<09001><06547>了。
And Joseph<03130> said<0559>(8799) unto Pharaoh<06547>, The dream<02472> of Pharaoh<06547> is one<0259>: God<0430> hath shewed<05046>(8689) Pharaoh<06547> what he is about to do<06213>(8802).
26 七<07651>隻好<02896>母牛<06510>是<02007>七<07651>年<08141>，七<07651>個好<02896>穗子<07641>也是<02007>七<07651>年<08141>；這夢<02472>乃是<01931>一個<0259>。
The seven<07651> good<02896> kine<06510> are seven<07651> years<08141>; and the seven<07651> good<02896> ears<07641> are seven<07651> years<08141>: the dream<02472> is one<0259>.
27 那隨後<0310>上來<05927>(8802)的七<07651>隻又乾瘦<07534>又醜陋的<07451>母牛<06510>是<02007>七<07651>年<08141>，那七<07651>個虛空<07386>、被東風<06921>吹焦的<07710>(8803)穗子<07641>也是七年，都是<01961>(8799)七<07651>個荒<07458>年<08141>。
And the seven<07651> thin<07534> and ill favoured<07451> kine<06510> that came up<05927>(8802) after them<0310> are seven<07651> years<08141>; and the seven<07651> empty<07386> ears<07641> blasted<07710>(8803) with the east wind<06921> shall be seven<07651> years<08141> of famine<07458>.
28 這<01931>就是<01697>我對<0413>法老<06547>所<0834>說<01696>(8765)，　神<0430>已將所<0834>要做<06213>(8802)的事顯明<07200>(8689)給<0853>法老<06547>了。
This is the thing<01697> which I have spoken<01696>(8765) unto Pharaoh<06547>: What God<0430> is about to do<06213>(8802) he sheweth<07200>(8689) unto Pharaoh<06547>.
29 {<02009>}埃及<04714>遍<09002><03605>地<0776>必來<0935>(8802)七<07651>個大<01419>豐<07647>年<08141>，
Behold, there come<0935>(8802) seven<07651> years<08141> of great<01419> plenty<07647> throughout all the land<0776> of Egypt<04714>:
30 隨後<0310>又要來<06965>(8804)七<07651>個荒<07458>年<08141>，甚至在埃及<04714>地<09002><0776>都<03605>忘了<07911>(8738)先前的豐收<07647>，{<0853>}全地<0776>必被饑荒<07458>所滅<03615>(8765)。
And there shall arise<06965>(8804) after them<0310> seven<07651> years<08141> of famine<07458>; and all the plenty<07647> shall be forgotten<07911>(8738) in the land<0776> of Egypt<04714>; and the famine<07458> shall consume<03615>(8765) the land<0776>;
31 因<04480><06440>那<01931>以後的<0310><03651>饑荒<07458>{<03588>}{<01931>}甚<03966>大<03515>，{<09002>}{<0776>}便不<03808>覺得<03045>(8735)先前的豐收<07647>了。
And the plenty<07647> shall not be known<03045>(8735) in the land<0776> by reason<06440> of that famine<07458> following<0310><03651>; for it shall be very<03966> grievous<03515>. {grievous: Heb. heavy}
32 至於<05921>{<0413>}法老<06547>兩回<06471>做{<08138>}{(8736)}夢<02472>，是<03588>因<04480><05973>　神<0430>命定<03559>(8737)這事<01697>，而且{<0430>}必速速<04116>(8764)成就<09001><06213>(8800)。
And for that the dream<02472> was doubled<08138>(8736) unto Pharaoh<06547> twice<06471>; it is because the thing<01697> is established<03559>(8737) by<05973> God<0430>, and God<0430> will shortly<04116>(8764) bring it to pass<06213>(8800). {established...: or, prepared of God}
33 所以<06258>，法老<06547>當揀選<07200>(8799)一個有聰明<0995>(8737)有智慧<02450>的人<0376>，派他<07896>(8799)治理<05921>埃及<04714>地<0776>。
Now therefore let Pharaoh<06547> look out<07200>(8799) a man<0376> discreet<0995>(8737) and wise<02450>, and set<07896>(8799) him over the land<0776> of Egypt<04714>.
34 法老<06547>當這樣行<06213>(8799)，又派<06485>(8686)官員<06496>管理<05921>這地<0776>。當七<09002><07651>個豐<07647>年<08141>的時候，征收<0853>埃及<04714>地<0776>的五分之一<02567>(8765)，
Let Pharaoh<06547> do<06213>(8799) this , and let him appoint<06485>(8686) officers<06496> over the land<0776>, and take up the fifth part<02567>(8765) of the land<0776> of Egypt<04714> in the seven<07651> plenteous<07647> years<08141>. {officers: or, overseers}
35 叫他們把<0853>將來<0935>(8802){<0428>}豐<02896>年<08141>一切的<03605>糧食<0400>聚斂起來<06908>(8799)，積蓄<06651>(8799)五穀<01250>，收存<08104>(8804)在各城裡<09002><05892>做食物<0400>，歸於法老<06547>的手<03027>下<08478>。
And let them gather<06908>(8799) all the food<0400> of those good<02896> years<08141> that come<0935>(8802), and lay up<06651>(8799) corn<01250> under the hand<03027> of Pharaoh<06547>, and let them keep<08104>(8804) food<0400> in the cities<05892>.
36 {<01961>}{(8804)}所積蓄<09001><06487>{<09001>}{<0776>}的糧食<0400>可以防備埃及<04714>地<09002><0776>將來<01961>(8799)的<0834>七<09001><07651>個荒<07458>年<08141>，免得<03808>這地<0776>被饑荒<09002><07458>所滅<03772>(8735)。」
And that food<0400> shall be for store<06487> to the land<0776> against the seven<07651> years<08141> of famine<07458>, which shall be in the land<0776> of Egypt<04714>; that the land<0776> perish<03772>(8735) not through the famine<07458>. {perish...: Heb. be not cut off}
37 法老<06547>{<09002>}{<05869>}和他一切<03605>臣僕<05650>{<09002>}{<05869>}都以這事<01697>為妙<03190>(8799)。
And the thing<01697> was good<03190>(8799) in the eyes<05869> of Pharaoh<06547>, and in the eyes<05869> of all his servants<05650>.
38 法老<06547>對<0413>臣僕<05650>說<0559>(8799)：「像這樣<09003><02088>的人<0376>，有　神<0430>的靈<07307>在他<0834>裡頭<09002>，我們豈能找得著<04672>(8799)呢？」
And Pharaoh<06547> said<0559>(8799) unto his servants<05650>, Can we find<04672>(8799) such a one as this<02088> is , a man<0376> in whom<0834> the Spirit<07307> of God<0430> is ?
39 法老<06547>對<0413>約瑟<03130>說<0559>(8799)：「　神<0430>既<0310>將<0853>這<02063>事都<03605>指示<03045>(8687)你<0853>，可見沒有人<0369>像你這樣有聰明<0995>(8737)有智慧<02450>。
And Pharaoh<06547> said<0559>(8799) unto Joseph<03130>, Forasmuch<0310> as God<0430> hath shewed<03045>(8687) thee all this, there is none so discreet<0995>(8737) and wise<02450> as thou art :
40 你<0859>可以<01961>(8799)掌管<05921>我的家<01004>；我的民<05971>都<03605>必聽從<05401>(8799){<05921>}你的話<06310>。惟獨<07535>在寶座<03678>上我比你<04480>大<01431>(8799)。」
Thou shalt be<01961>(8799) over my house<01004>, and according unto thy word<06310> shall all my people<05971> be ruled<05401>(8799): only in the throne<03678> will I be greater<01431>(8799) than thou. {be ruled: Heb. be armed, or, kiss}
41 法老<06547>又對<0413>約瑟<03130>說<0559>(8799)：「{<07200>}{(8798)}我派<05414>(8800)你<0853>治理<05921>埃及<04714>全<03605>地<0776>。」
And Pharaoh<06547> said<0559>(8799) unto Joseph<03130>, See<07200>(8798), I have set<05414>(8804) thee over all the land<0776> of Egypt<04714>.
42 法老<06547>就摘下<05493>(8686)手<03027>上<04480><05921>打印的<0853>戒指<02885>，戴<05414>(8799){<0853>}在<05921>約瑟<03130>的手<03027>上，給他<0853>穿上<03847>(8686)細麻<08336>衣<0899>，把金<02091>鍊<07242>戴<07760>(8799)在<05921>他的頸項<06677>上，
And Pharaoh<06547> took off<05493>(8686) his ring<02885> from his hand<03027>, and put<05414>(8799) it upon Joseph's<03130> hand<03027>, and arrayed<03847>(8686) him in vestures<0899> of fine linen<08336>, and put<07760>(8799) a gold<02091> chain<07242> about his neck<06677>; {fine...: or, silk}
43 又叫約瑟<0853>坐<07392>(8686)他的<0834><09001>副<04932>車<09002><04818>，喝道的在前<09001><06440>呼叫<07121>(8799)說：「跪下<086>。」這樣，法老派<05414>(8800)他<0853>治理<05921>埃及<04714>全<03605>地<0776>。
And he made him to ride<07392>(8686) in the second<04932> chariot<04818> which he had; and they cried<07121>(8799) before him<06440>, Bow the knee<086>: and he made<05414>(8800) him ruler over all the land<0776> of Egypt<04714>. {Bow...: or, Tender father: Heb. Abrech}
44 法老<06547>對<0413>約瑟<03130>說<0559>(8799)：「我是<0589>法老<06547>，在埃及<04714>全<09002><03605>地<0776>，若沒有<01107>你的命令，不許<03808>人<0376>擅自辦事（原文是動<07311>(8686){<0853>}手<03027>動{<0853>}腳<07272>）。」
And Pharaoh<06547> said<0559>(8799) unto Joseph<03130>, I am Pharaoh<06547>, and without<01107> thee shall no man<0376> lift up<07311>(8686) his hand<03027> or foot<07272> in all the land<0776> of Egypt<04714>.
45 法老<06547>賜名<08034>給約瑟<03130>，叫<07121>(8799)撒發那忒‧巴內亞<06847>，又將<0853>安城<0204>的祭司<03548>波提非拉<06319>的女兒<01323>亞西納<0621>給<05414>(8799)他<09001>為妻<09001><0802>。約瑟<03130>就出去<03318>(8799)巡行<05921>埃及<04714>地<0776>。
And Pharaoh<06547> called<07121>(8799) Joseph's<03130> name<08034> Zaphnathpaaneah<06847>; and he gave<05414>(8799) him to wife<0802> Asenath<0621> the daughter<01323> of Potipherah<06319> priest<03548> of On<0204>. And Joseph<03130> went out<03318>(8799) over all the land<0776> of Egypt<04714>. {Zaphnathpaaneah: which in the Coptic signifies, A revealer of secrets, or, The man to whom secrets are revealed} {priest: or, prince}
46 約瑟<03130>見<09002><05975>(8800)埃及<04714>王<04428>法老<06547>{<09001>}{<06440>}的時候年<01121>三十<07970>歲<08141>。他<03130>從法老<06547>面前<04480><09001><06440>出去<03318>(8799)，遍行<05674>(8799)埃及<04714>全<09002><03605>地<0776>。
And Joseph<03130> was thirty<07970> years<08141> old<01121> when he stood<05975>(8800) before<06440> Pharaoh<06547> king<04428> of Egypt<04714>. And Joseph<03130> went out<03318>(8799) from the presence<06440> of Pharaoh<06547>, and went throughout<05674>(8799) all the land<0776> of Egypt<04714>.
47 七<09002><07651>個豐<07647>年<08141>之內，地<0776>的出產<06213>(8799)極豐極盛（原文是一把一把的<09001><07062>），
And in the seven<07651> plenteous<07647> years<08141> the earth<0776> brought forth<06213>(8799) by handfuls<07062>.
48 約瑟聚斂<06908>(8799){<0834>}{<01961>}{(8804)}埃及<04714>地<09002><0776>七<07651>個豐年<08141>一切<03605>的糧食<0400>，把<0853>糧食<0400>積存<05414>(8799)在各城裡<09002><05892>；{<0834>}各城<05892>周圍<05439>田地<07704>的糧食<0400>都積存<05414>(8804)在本城裡<09002><08432>。
And he gathered up<06908>(8799) all the food<0400> of the seven<07651> years<08141>, which were in the land<0776> of Egypt<04714>, and laid up<05414>(8799) the food<0400> in the cities<05892>: the food<0400> of the field<07704>, which was round about<05439> every city<05892>, laid he up<05414>(8804) in the same<08432>.

51 約瑟<03130>給<0853>長子<01060>起名<08034>叫<07121>(8799)瑪拿西<04519>（就是使之忘了的意思），因為<03588>他說：「　神<0430>使我忘了<05382>(8765)一切<03605>的<0853>困苦<05999>和<0853>我父<01>的全<03605>家<01004>。」
And Joseph<03130> called<07121>(8799) the name<08034> of the firstborn<01060> Manasseh<04519>: For God<0430>, said he , hath made me forget<05382>(8765) all my toil<05999>, and all my father's<01> house<01004>. {Manasseh: that is, Forgetting}
52 他給<0853>次子<08145>起名<08034>叫<07121>(8804)以法蓮<0669>（就是使之昌盛的意思），因為<03588>他說：「　神<0430>使我在受苦<06040>的地方<09002><0776>昌盛<06509>(8689)。」
And the name<08034> of the second<08145> called<07121>(8804) he Ephraim<0669>: For God<0430> hath caused me to be fruitful<06509>(8689) in the land<0776> of my affliction<06040>. {Ephraim: that is, Fruitful}
53 {<0834>}{<01961>}{(8804)}埃及<04714>地<09002><0776>的七<07651>個豐<07647>年<08141>一完<03615>(8799)，
And the seven<07651> years<08141> of plenteousness<07647>, that was in the land<0776> of Egypt<04714>, were ended<03615>(8799).
54 七<07651>個荒<07458>年<08141>就<02490>(8686)來了<09001><0935>(8800)。正如<09003><0834>約瑟<03130>所說<0559>(8804)的，各<09002><03605>地<0776>都有<01961>(8799)饑荒<07458>；惟獨埃及<04714>全<09002><03605>地<0776>有<01961>(8804)糧食<03899>。
And the seven<07651> years<08141> of dearth<07458> began<02490>(8686) to come<0935>(8800), according as Joseph<03130> had said<0559>(8804): and the dearth<07458> was in all lands<0776>; but in all the land<0776> of Egypt<04714> there was bread<03899>.

And the famine<07458> was over all the face<06440> of the earth<0776>: And Joseph<03130> opened<06605>(8799) all the storehouses, and sold<07666>(8799) unto the Egyptians<04714>; and the famine<07458> waxed sore<02388>(8799) in the land<0776> of Egypt<04714>. {all the storehouses: Heb. all wherein was}

And all countries<0776> came<0935>(8804) into Egypt<04714> to Joseph<03130> for to buy<07666>(8800) corn ; because that the famine<07458> was so sore<02388>(8804) in all lands<0776>.
