01984 ἐπισκοπή, ῆς, ἡ 名詞

一、「眷顧」。指神聖能力的彰顯，多為正面意義。（見創50:24,25 出3:16 伯10:12 29:4 等）καιρὸς τῆς ἐ.眷顧的時候，路19:44 。ἡμέρᾳ ἐπισκοπῆς 眷顧的日子，彼前2:12 ，多數人主張為此意，但見二。神的恩眷可表示「保護，顧念」（伯10:12 箴29:13 ）。

二、指「不愉快的干預」。（耶10:15 ）鑒察的日子（參賽10:3 ）彼前2:12 ，少數人主張為此意。見一（參瑪3:13-18 ）。

三、「監督的地位或職份」。（民4:16 ）指猶大的使徒職份：τὴν ἐ. λαβέτω ἕτερος 願別人得（他的）職份，徒1:20 （詩109:8 ），尤指監督的職份，提前3:1 。*
