03862 παράδοσις, εως, ἡ 名詞
「所傳下，傳遞的事，傳統」。指教訓，誡命，軼事等，起先為主動意味，但新約中僅具被動，指被傳下的事：指文士和法利賽人所保有的傳統，他們稱之為ἡ παράδοσις τῶν πρεσβυτέρων 古人的遺傳， 太15:2 可7:5 ；參3節。耶穌與他們交談時則稱之為ἡ παράδοσις ὑμῶν你們的遺傳， 太15:3,6 可7:9,13 ，甚至ἡ παράδοσις τῶν ἀνθρώπων人的遺傳， 可7:8 。保羅亦用後者指稱歌羅西的異端， 西2:8 。於回顧他在猶太教之時，他自稱是ζηλωτὴς τῶν πατρικῶν παραδόσεων 為祖宗的遺傳熱心的人， 加1:14 。指保羅的教訓， 帖後3:6 （與παραλαμβάνειν連用）。複數：指個別的教導， 林前11:2 （帶παραδιδόναι）； 帖後2:15 。*
