21:1 大衛<01732>年間<09002><03117>有<01961>饑荒<07458>，一<08141>連<0310><08141>三<07969>年<08141>，大衛<01732>就求問<01245>(8762){<0853>}耶和華<03068>{<06440>}。耶和華<03068>說<0559>(8799)：「這饑荒是因<0413>掃羅<07586>和<0413>他流人血<01818>之家<01004>{<05921>}{<0834>}殺死<04191>(8689){<0853>}基遍人<01393>。」
Then there was a famine<07458> in the days<03117> of David<01732> three<07969> years<08141>, year<08141> after<0310> year<08141>; and David<01732> enquired<01245>(8762) of<06440> the LORD<03068>. And the LORD<03068> answered<0559>(8799), It is for Saul<07586>, and for his bloody<01818> house<01004>, because he slew<04191>(8689) the Gibeonites<01393>. {enquired...: Heb. sought the face, etc}
21:2 原來這基遍人<01393>不是<03808>以色列<03478>人<04480><01121>，乃<03588><0518>是<01992>亞摩利人<0567>中所剩的<04480><03499>；以色列<03478>人<01121>曾向他們<09001>起誓<07650>(8738)，不殺滅他們，掃羅<07586>卻為以色列<03478>人<09001><01121>和猶大人<03063>發熱心<09002><07065>(8763)，想要<01245>(8762)殺滅他們<09001><05221>(8687)。大衛王<04428>召<07121>(8799)了他們<09001><01393>來，{<0559>}{(8799)}{<0413>}
And the king<04428> called<07121>(8799) the Gibeonites<01393>, and said<0559>(8799) unto them; (now the Gibeonites<01393> were not of the children<01121> of Israel<03478>, but of the remnant<03499> of the Amorites<0567>; and the children<01121> of Israel<03478> had sworn<07650>(8738) unto them: and Saul<07586> sought<01245>(8762) to slay<05221>(8687) them in his zeal<07065>(8763) to the children<01121> of Israel<03478> and Judah<03063>.)
21:3 {<01732>}問<0413>他們{<01393>}說<0559>(8799)：「我當為你們怎樣<04100>行<06213>(8799)呢{<09001>}？可用甚麼<09002><04100>贖<03722>(8762)這罪，使你們為<0853>耶和華<03068>的產業<05159>祝福<01288>(8761)呢？」
Wherefore David<01732> said<0559>(8799) unto the Gibeonites<01393>, What shall I do<06213>(8799) for you? and wherewith shall I make the atonement<03722>(8762), that ye may bless<01288>(8761) the inheritance<05159> of the LORD<03068>?
21:4 基遍人<01393>回答{<09001>}說<0559>(8799)：「我們和<05973>掃羅<07586>與<05973>他家<01004>的事並不<0369>{<09001>}關乎金<02091>銀<03701>，也不要<0369>因我們<09001>的緣故殺<09001><04191>(8687)一個<0376>以色列人<09002><03478>。」大衛說<0559>(8799)：「你們<0859>怎樣<04100>說<0559>(8802)，我就為你們<09001>怎樣行<06213>(8799)。」
And the Gibeonites<01393> said<0559>(8799) unto him, We will have no silver<03701> nor gold<02091> of<05973> Saul<07586>, nor of his house<01004>; neither for us shalt thou kill<04191>(8687) any man<0376> in Israel<03478>. And he said<0559>(8799), What ye shall say<0559>(8802), that will I do<06213>(8799) for you. {We will...: or, It is not silver nor gold that we have to do with Saul or his house, neither pertains it to us to kill, etc}
21:5 他們對<0413>王<04428>說<0559>(8799)：「那<0834>從前謀害我們<03615>(8765)、{<0834>}{<01819>}{(8765)}{<09001>}要滅我們<08045>(8738)、使我們不得再住<04480><03320>(8692)以色列<03478>境內<09002><03605><01366>的人<0376>，
And they answered<0559>(8799) the king<04428>, The man<0376> that consumed<03615>(8765) us, and that devised<01819>(8765) against us that we should be destroyed<08045>(8738) from remaining<03320>(8692) in any of the coasts<01366> of Israel<03478>, {devised...: or, cut us off}
21:6 現在願將他的子孫<04480><01121>七<07651>人<0582>交<05414>(8714)給我們<09001>，我們好在耶和華<09001><03068>面前，將他們懸掛<03363>(8689)在耶和華<03068>揀選<0972>掃羅<07586>的基比亞<09002><01390>。」王<04428>說<0559>(8799)：「我<0589>必交給<05414>(8799)你們。」
Let seven<07651> men<0582> of his sons<01121> be delivered<05414>(8714) unto us, and we will hang them up<03363>(8689) unto the LORD<03068> in Gibeah<01390> of Saul<07586>, whom the LORD<03068> did choose<0972>. And the king<04428> said<0559>(8799), I will give<05414>(8799) them . {whom...: or, chosen of the LORD}
21:7 王<04428>因為<05921>曾與<0996>掃羅<07586>的兒子<01121>約拿單<03083>{<0996>}{<01732>}指著耶和華<03068>起誓<07621>結盟{<0834>}{<0996>}，就愛惜<02550>(8799){<05921>}掃羅<07586>的孫子<01121>、約拿單<03083>的兒子<01121>米非波設<04648>，不交出來，
But the king<04428> spared<02550>(8799) Mephibosheth<04648>, the son<01121> of Jonathan<03083> the son<01121> of Saul<07586>, because of the LORD'S<03068> oath<07621> that was between them, between David<01732> and Jonathan<03083> the son<01121> of Saul<07586>.

But the king<04428> took<03947>(8799) the two<08147> sons<01121> of Rizpah<07532> the daughter<01323> of Aiah<0345>, whom she bare<03205>(8804) unto Saul<07586>, Armoni<0764> and Mephibosheth<04648>; and the five<02568> sons<01121> of Michal<04324> the daughter<01323> of Saul<07586>, whom she brought up<03205>(8804) for Adriel<05741> the son<01121> of Barzillai<01271> the Meholathite<04259>: {Michal: or, Michal's sister} {brought...: Heb. bear to Adriel}
21:9 交<05414>(8799)在基遍人<01393>的手<09002><03027>裡。基遍人就把他們，在耶和華<03068>面前<09001><06440>，懸掛<03363>(8686)在山上<09002><02022>，這七人<07651>(8675)<07659>就一同<03162>死亡<05307>(8799)。{<01992>}被殺<04191>(8717)的時候正是收割<07105>的日子<09002><03117>，就是<09002><07223>動手<09002><08462>割<07105>大麥<08184>的時候。
And he delivered<05414>(8799) them into the hands<03027> of the Gibeonites<01393>, and they hanged<03363>(8686) them in the hill<02022> before<06440> the LORD<03068>: and they fell<05307>(8799) all seven<07651>(8675)<07659> together<03162>, and were put to death<04191>(8717) in the days<03117> of harvest<07105>, in the first<07223> days , in the beginning<08462> of barley<08184> harvest<07105>.

21:11 有人將<0853>掃羅<07586>的妃嬪<06370>愛雅<0345>女兒<01323>利斯巴<07532>所<0834>行<06213>(8804)的這事告訴<05046>(8714)大衛<09001><01732>。
And it was told<05046>(8714) David<01732> what Rizpah<07532> the daughter<01323> of Aiah<0345>, the concubine<06370> of Saul<07586>, had done<06213>(8804).

And David<01732> went<03212>(8799) and took<03947>(8799) the bones<06106> of Saul<07586> and the bones<06106> of Jonathan<03083> his son<01121> from the men<01167> of Jabeshgilead<03003><01568>, which had stolen<01589>(8804) them from the street<07339> of Bethshan<01052>, where the Philistines<06430> had hanged<08511>(8804)(8675)<08518>(8804) them, when<03117> the Philistines<06430> had slain<05221>(8687) Saul<07586> in Gilboa<01533>:
21:13 大衛<01732>將<0853>掃羅<07586>{<06106>}和<0853>他兒子<01121>約拿單<03083>的骸骨<06106>從那裡<04480><08033>搬了來<05927>(8686)，又收殮<0622>(8799){<0853>}被懸掛<03363>(8716)七人的骸骨<06106>，
And he brought up<05927>(8686) from thence the bones<06106> of Saul<07586> and the bones<06106> of Jonathan<03083> his son<01121>; and they gathered<0622>(8799) the bones<06106> of them that were hanged<03363>(8716).
21:14 將<0853>掃羅<07586>和他兒子<01121>約拿單<03083>的骸骨<06106>葬<06912>(8799)在<09002><0776>便雅憫<01144>的洗拉<09002><06762>，在掃羅父親<01>基士<07027>的墳墓<09002><06913>裡；眾人行<06213>(8799)了王<04428>{<03605>}所<0834>吩咐<06680>(8765)的。此<03651>後<0310>神<0430>垂聽<06279>(8735)國民<09001><0776>所求的。
And the bones<06106> of Saul<07586> and Jonathan<03083> his son<01121> buried<06912>(8799) they in the country<0776> of Benjamin<01144> in Zelah<06762>, in the sepulchre<06913> of Kish<07027> his father<01>: and they performed<06213>(8799) all that the king<04428> commanded<06680>(8765). And after<0310> that God<0430> was intreated<06279>(8735) for the land<0776>.
21:15 {<01961>}{<05750>}非利士人<09001><06430>與<0854>以色列<03478>人打仗<04421>；大衛<01732>帶領<05973>僕人<05650>下去<03381>(8799)，與<0853>非利士人<06430>接戰<03898>(8735)，大衛<01732>就疲乏<05888>(8799)了。
Moreover the Philistines<06430> had yet war<04421> again with Israel<03478>; and David<01732> went down<03381>(8799), and his servants<05650> with him, and fought<03898>(8735) against the Philistines<06430>: and David<01732> waxed faint<05774>(8799).
21:16 偉人<07497>的<0834>一個兒子<09002><03211>以實‧比諾<03430>要<0559>(8799)殺<09001><05221>(8687){<0853>}大衛<01732>；他的銅<05178>槍<07013>重<04948>三<07969>百<03967>舍客勒{<04948>}，又<01931>佩著<02296>(8803)新<02319>刀。
And Ishbibenob<03430>, which was of the sons<03211> of the giant<07497>, the weight<04948> of whose spear<07013> weighed three<07969> hundred<03967> shekels of brass<05178> in weight<04948>, he being girded<02296>(8803) with a new<02319> sword , thought<0559>(8799) to have slain<05221>(8687) David<01732>. {the giant: or, Rapha} {spear: Heb. the staff, or, the head}

Then the men<0582> of David<01732> sware<07650>(8738) unto him, saying<0559>(8800), Thou shalt go<03318>(8799) no more out with us to battle<04421>, that thou quench<03518>(8762) not the light<05216> of Israel<03478>. {light: Heb. candle, or, lamp}

And it came to pass after this<0310>, that there was again a battle<04421> with the Philistines<06430> at Gob<01359>: then Sibbechai<05444> the Hushathite<02843> slew<05221>(8689) Saph<05593>, which was of the sons<03211> of the giant<07497>. {the giant: or, Rapha} {Saph: or, Sippai}
21:19 又<01961><05750>在歌伯<09002><01359>與<05973>非利士人<06430>打仗<04421>，伯利恆人<01022>雅雷俄珥金<03296>的兒子<01121>伊勒哈難<0445>殺<05221>(8686)了{<0853>}迦特人<01663>歌利亞<01555>。這人的槍<02595>桿<06086>粗如織布<0707>(8802)的機軸<09003><04500>。
And there was again a battle<04421> in Gob<01359> with the Philistines<06430>, where Elhanan<0445> the son<01121> of Jaareoregim<03296>, a Bethlehemite<01022>, slew<05221>(8686) the brother of Goliath<01555> the Gittite<01663>, the staff<06086> of whose spear<02595> was like a weaver's<0707>(8802) beam<04500>. {Jaareoregim: or, Jair}
21:20 又<01961><05750>在迦特<09002><01661>打仗<04421>，那裡有<01961>一個身量高大<04067>(8675)<04055>的人<0376>，手<03027>{<0676>}腳<07272>都是<08337>六<08337>指<0676>，共有<04557>二十<06242>四<0702>個指頭；他<01931>也是<01571>偉人的<09001><07497>兒子<03205>(8795)。
