25:1 亞伯拉罕<085>又<03254>(8686)娶了<03947>(8799)一妻<0802>，名<08034>叫基土拉<06989>。
Then again<03254>(8686) Abraham<085> took<03947>(8799) a wife<0802>, and her name<08034> was Keturah<06989>.
25:2 基土拉給他<09001>生了<03205>(8799){<0853>}心蘭<02175>、{<0853>}約珊<03370>、{<0853>}米但<04091>、{<0853>}米甸<04080>、{<0853>}伊施巴<03435>，和<0853>書亞<07744>。
And she bare<03205>(8799) him Zimran<02175>, and Jokshan<03370>, and Medan<04091>, and Midian<04080>, and Ishbak<03435>, and Shuah<07744>.
25:3 約珊<03370>生了<03205>(8804){<0853>}示巴<07614>和<0853>底但<01719>。底但<01719>的子孫<01121>是<01961>亞書利族<0805>、利都是族<03912>，和利烏米族<03817>。
And Jokshan<03370> begat<03205>(8804) Sheba<07614>, and Dedan<01719>. And the sons<01121> of Dedan<01719> were Asshurim<0805>, and Letushim<03912>, and Leummim<03817>.
25:4 米甸<04080>的兒子<01121>是以法<05891>、以弗<06081>、哈諾<02585>、亞比大<028>，和以勒大<0420>。這<0428>都<03605>是基土拉<06989>的子孫<01121>。
And the sons<01121> of Midian<04080>; Ephah<05891>, and Epher<06081>, and Hanoch<02585>, and Abida<028>, and Eldaah<0420>. All these were the children<01121> of Keturah<06989>.
25:5 亞伯拉罕<085>將<0853>一切<03605>所<0834>有的<09001>都給了<05414>(8799)以撒<09001><03327>。
And Abraham<085> gave<05414>(8799) all that he had unto Isaac<03327>.
25:6 亞伯拉罕<085>把財物<04979>分給<05414>(8804)他<085>庶出<06370>的{<0834>}眾子<09001><01121>，趁著自己還<09002><05750>在世<02416>的時候打發他們<07971>(8762)離開<04480><05921>他的兒子<01121>以撒<03327>，往<0413>東<06924>方<0776>{<06924>}去。
But unto the sons<01121> of the concubines<06370>, which Abraham<085> had, Abraham<085> gave<05414>(8804) gifts<04979>, and sent them away<07971>(8762) from Isaac<03327> his son<01121>, while he yet lived<02416>, eastward<06924>, unto the east<06924> country<0776>.
25:7 {<0428>}亞伯拉罕<085>一生<02416>的年<08141>日<03117>是<0834>{<02425>}{(8804)}一百<03967><08141>七十<07657><08141>五<02568>歲<08141>。
And these are the days<03117> of the years<08141> of Abraham's<085> life<02416> which he lived<02425>(8804), an hundred<03967><08141> threescore and fifteen<07657><08141><02568> years<08141>.
25:8 亞伯拉罕<085>壽<09002><07872>高<02896>年<02205>邁<07649>，氣絕<01478>(8799)而死<04191>(8799)，歸<0622>(8735)到<0413>他列祖（原文是本民<05971>）那裡。
Then Abraham<085> gave up the ghost<01478>(8799), and died<04191>(8799) in a good<02896> old age<07872>, an old man<02205>, and full<07649> of years ; and was gathered<0622>(8735) to his people<05971>.
25:9 他兩個兒子<01121>以撒<03327>、以實瑪利<03458>把他<0853>埋葬<06912>(8799)在<0413>麥比拉<04375>洞<04631>裡。這洞<0834>在<0413>幔利<04471>前<05921><06440>、赫人<02850>瑣轄<06714>的兒子<01121>以弗崙<06085>的田<07704>中，
And his sons<01121> Isaac<03327> and Ishmael<03458> buried<06912>(8799) him in the cave<04631> of Machpelah<04375>, in the field<07704> of Ephron<06085> the son<01121> of Zohar<06714> the Hittite<02850>, which is before<06440> Mamre<04471>;
25:10 就是<0834>亞伯拉罕<085>向<04480><0854>赫<02845>人<01121>買<07069>(8804)的那塊田<07704>。亞伯拉罕<085>和他妻子<0802>撒拉<08283>都葬<06912>(8795)在那裡<08033>。
The field<07704> which Abraham<085> purchased<07069>(8804) of the sons<01121> of Heth<02845>: there was Abraham<085> buried<06912>(8795), and Sarah<08283> his wife<0802>.
25:11 {<01961>}{(8799)}亞伯拉罕<085>死<04194>了以後<0310>，　神<0430>賜福<01288>(8762)給<0853>他的兒子<01121>以撒<03327>。以撒<03327>靠近<05973>庇耳‧拉海‧萊<0883>居住<03427>(8799)。
And it came to pass after<0310> the death<04194> of Abraham<085>, that God<0430> blessed<01288>(8762) his son<01121> Isaac<03327>; and Isaac<03327> dwelt<03427>(8799) by<05973> the well Lahairoi<0883>.
25:12 撒拉<08283>的使女<08198>埃及人<04713>夏甲<01904>給亞伯拉罕<09001><085>所<0834>生<03205>(8804)的兒子<01121>是<0428>以實瑪利<03458>{<08435>}。
Now these are the generations<08435> of Ishmael<03458>, Abraham's<085> son<01121>, whom Hagar<01904> the Egyptian<04713>, Sarah's<08283> handmaid<08198>, bare<03205>(8804) unto Abraham<085>:
25:13 以實瑪利<03458>兒子們<01121>的名字<09002><08034>，按著他們的家譜<09001><08034><08435>記在下面<0428>。以實瑪利<03458>的長子<01060>是尼拜約<05032>，又有基達<06938>、亞德別<0110>、米比衫<04017>、
And these are the names<08034> of the sons<01121> of Ishmael<03458>, by their names<08034>, according to their generations<08435>: the firstborn<01060> of Ishmael<03458>, Nebajoth<05032>; and Kedar<06938>, and Adbeel<0110>, and Mibsam<04017>,
25:14 米施瑪<04927>、度瑪<01746>、瑪撒<04854>、
And Mishma<04927>, and Dumah<01746>, and Massa<04854>,
25:15 哈大<02301>、提瑪<08485>、伊突<03195>、拿非施<05305>、基底瑪<06929>。
Hadar<02316>, and Tema<08485>, Jetur<03195>, Naphish<05305>, and Kedemah<06929>: {Hadar: or, Hadad}
25:16 這<0428>是<01992>以實瑪利<03458>眾子<01121>的{<0428>}名字<08034>，照著他們的村莊<09002><02691>、營寨<09002><02918>，作了十二<08147><06240>族<09001><0523>的族長<05387>。
These are the sons<01121> of Ishmael<03458>, and these are their names<08034>, by their towns<02691>, and by their castles<02918>; twelve<08147><06240> princes<05387> according to their nations<0523>.
25:17 {<0428>}以實瑪利<03458>享壽<08141><02416>一百<03967><08141>三十<07970><08141>七<07651>歲<08141>，氣絕<01478>(8799)而死<04191>(8799)，歸<0622>(8735)到<0413>他列祖（原文是本民<05971>）那裡。
And these are the years<08141> of the life<02416> of Ishmael<03458>, an hundred<03967><08141> and thirty<07970><08141> and seven<07651> years<08141>: and he gave up the ghost<01478>(8799) and died<04191>(8799); and was gathered<0622>(8735) unto his people<05971>.
25:18 他子孫的住處<07931>(8799)在<05307>(8804)他眾<03605>弟兄<0251>東邊<06440>，從哈腓拉<04480><02341>直到<05704>埃及<04714>前<05921><06440>的<0834>書珥<07793>，正在<05921><06440>亞述<0804>的道<0935>(8800)上。
And they dwelt<07931>(8799) from Havilah<02341> unto Shur<07793>, that is before<06440> Egypt<04714>, as thou goest<0935>(8800) toward Assyria<0804>: and he died<05307>(8804) in the presence<06440> of all his brethren<0251>. {died: Heb. fell}
25:19 亞伯拉罕<085>的兒子<01121>以撒<03327>的後代<08435>記在下面<0428>。亞伯拉罕<085>生<03205>(8689)以撒<03327>。
And these are the generations<08435> of Isaac<03327>, Abraham's<085> son<01121>: Abraham<085> begat<03205>(8689) Isaac<03327>:
25:20 {<01961>}{(8799)}以撒<03327>娶<09002><03947>(8800){<0853>}利百加<07259>為<09001>妻<09001><0802>的時候正四十<0705>歲<08141><01121>。利百加是巴旦‧亞蘭地的<04480><06307>亞蘭人<0761>彼土利<01328>的女兒<01323>，是亞蘭人<0761>拉班<03837>的妹子<0269>。
And Isaac<03327> was forty<0705> years<08141> old<01121> when he took<03947>(8800) Rebekah<07259> to wife<0802>, the daughter<01323> of Bethuel<01328> the Syrian<0761> of Padanaram<06307>, the sister<0269> to Laban<03837> the Syrian<0761>.
25:21 以撒<03327>因<03588>他妻子<0802>不生育<06135>，就為<09001><05227>她<01931>祈求<06279>(8799)耶和華<09001><03068>；耶和華<03068>應允他<09001>的祈求<06279>(8735)，他的妻子<0802>利百加<07259>就懷了孕<02029>(8799)。
And Isaac<03327> intreated<06279>(8799) the LORD<03068> for<05227> his wife<0802>, because she was barren<06135>: and the LORD<03068> was intreated<06279>(8735) of him, and Rebekah<07259> his wife<0802> conceived<02029>(8799).
25:22 孩子們<01121>在她腹中<09002><07130>彼此相爭<07533>(8704)，她就說<0559>(8799)：「若是<0518>這樣<03651>，我<0595>為甚麼<09001><04100>活著呢（或譯：我為甚麼如此<02088>呢）？」她就去<03212>(8799)求問<09001><01875>(8800){<0853>}耶和華<03068>。
And the children<01121> struggled together<07533>(8704) within her<07130>; and she said<0559>(8799), If it be so, why am I thus<02088>? And she went<03212>(8799) to enquire<01875>(8800) of the LORD<03068>.
25:23 耶和華<03068>對她<09001>說<0559>(8799)：兩<08147>國<01471>在你腹內<09002><0990>；兩<08147>族<03816>要從你身上<04480><04578>出來<06504>(8735)。這族<03816>必強於<0553>(8799)那族<04480><03816>；將來大的<07227>要服事<05647>(8799)小的<06810>。
And the LORD<03068> said<0559>(8799) unto her, Two<08147> nations<01471> are in thy womb<0990>, and two manner<08147> of people<03816> shall be separated<06504>(8735) from thy bowels<04578>; and the one people<03816> shall be stronger<0553>(8799) than the other people<03816>; and the elder<07227> shall serve<05647>(8799) the younger<06810>.
25:24 生產<09001><03205>(8800)的日子<03117>到<04390>(8799)了，腹中<09002><0990>果然<02009>是雙子<08380>。
And when her days<03117> to be delivered<03205>(8800) were fulfilled<04390>(8799), behold, there were twins<08380> in her womb<0990>.
25:25 先<07223>產<03318>(8799)的身體發紅<0132>，渾身<03605>有毛<08181>，如同皮衣<09003><0155>，他們就給他起<07121>(8799)名<08034>叫以掃<06215>（就是有毛的意思）。
And the first<07223> came out<03318>(8799) red<0132>, all over like an hairy<08181> garment<0155>; and they called<07121>(8799) his name<08034> Esau<06215>.
25:26 隨後<0310>又<03651>生了<03318>(8804)以掃的兄弟<0251>，手<03027>抓住<0270>(8802)以掃<06215>的腳跟<09002><06119>，因此給他起名<08034>叫<07121>(8799)雅各<03290>（就是抓住的意思）。利百加生下<09002><03205>(8800)兩個兒子<0853>的時候，以撒<03327>年正六十<08346>歲<08141><01121>。
And after<0310> that came<03318><00> his brother<0251> out<03318>(8804), and his hand<03027> took hold<0270>(8802) on Esau's<06215> heel<06119>; and his name<08034> was called<07121>(8799) Jacob<03290>: and Isaac<03327> was threescore<08346> years<08141> old<01121> when she bare<03205>(8800) them.
25:27 兩個孩子<05288>漸漸長大<01431>(8799)，以掃<06215>{<01961>}{(8799)}{<0376>}善於<03045>(8802)打獵<06718>，{<0376>}常在田野<07704>；雅各<03290>為人<0376>安靜<08535>，常住<03427>(8802)在帳棚<0168>裡。
And the boys<05288> grew<01431>(8799): and Esau<06215> was a cunning<03045>(8802) hunter<06718>, a man<0376> of the field<07704>; and Jacob<03290> was a plain<08535> man<0376>, dwelling<03427>(8802) in tents<0168>.
25:28 以撒<03327>愛<0157>(8799){<0853>}以掃<06215>，因為<03588>常吃<09002><06310>他的野味<06718>；利百加<07259>卻愛<0157>(8802){<0853>}雅各<03290>。
And Isaac<03327> loved<0157>(8799) Esau<06215>, because he did eat<06310> of his venison<06718>: but Rebekah<07259> loved<0157>(8802) Jacob<03290>. {he...: Heb. venison was in his mouth}
25:29 有一天，雅各<03290>熬<02102>(8686)湯<05138>，以掃<06215>從<04480>田野<07704>回來<0935>(8799){<01931>}累昏了<05889>。
And Jacob<03290> sod<02102>(8686) pottage<05138>: and Esau<06215> came<0935>(8799) from the field<07704>, and he was faint<05889>:
25:30 以掃<06215>對<0413>雅各<03290>說<0559>(8799)：「{<03588>}我<0595>累昏了<05889>，求<04994>你把<04480>這<02088>紅<0122><0122>湯給我喝<03938>(8685)。」因此<05921><03651>以掃{<08034>}又叫<07121>(8804)以東<0123>（就是紅的意思）。
And Esau<06215> said<0559>(8799) to Jacob<03290>, Feed<03938>(8685) me, I pray thee, with<04480> that same<0122> red<0122> pottage ; for I am faint<05889>: therefore was his name<08034> called<07121>(8804) Edom<0123>. {with...: Heb. with that red, with that red pottage} {Edom: that is Red}
25:31 雅各<03290>說<0559>(8799)：「你今日<09003><03117>把<0853>長子的名分<01062>賣<04376>(8798)給我<09001>吧。」
And Jacob<03290> said<0559>(8799), Sell<04376>(8798) me this day<03117> thy birthright<01062>.
25:32 以掃<06215>說<0559>(8799)：「{<02009>}我<0595>將要<01980>(8802)死<09001><04191>(8800)，這<02088>長子的名分<01062>於我<09001>有甚麼<09001><04100>益處呢？」
And Esau<06215> said<0559>(8799), Behold, I am at the point<01980>(8802) to die<04191>(8800): and what profit shall this birthright<01062> do to me? {at...: Heb. going to die}
25:33 雅各<03290>說<0559>(8799)：「你今日<09003><03117>對我<09001>起誓<07650>(8734)吧。」以掃就對他<09001>起了誓<07650>(8735)，把<0853>長子的名分<01062>賣<04376>(8799)給雅各<09001><03290>。
And Jacob<03290> said<0559>(8799), Swear<07650>(8734) to me this day<03117>; and he sware<07650>(8735) unto him: and he sold<04376>(8799) his birthright<01062> unto Jacob<03290>.
25:34 於是雅各<03290>將餅<03899>和紅豆<05742>湯<05138>給了<05414>(8804)以掃<09001><06215>，以掃吃了<0398>(8799)喝了<08354>(8799)，便起來<06965>(8799)走了<03212>(8799)。這就是以掃<06215>輕看了<0959>(8799){<0853>}他長子的名分<01062>。
Then Jacob<03290> gave<05414>(8804) Esau<06215> bread<03899> and pottage<05138> of lentiles<05742>; and he did eat<0398>(8799) and drink<08354>(8799), and rose up<06965>(8799), and went his way<03212>(8799): thus Esau<06215> despised<0959>(8799) his birthright<01062>.
