2:1 耶和華<03068>的使者<04397>從<04480>吉甲<01537>上<05927>(8799)到<0413>波金<01066>，對以色列人說<0559>(8799)：「我使你們<0853>從埃及<04480><04714>上來<05927>(8686)，領<0935>(8686)你們<0853>到<0413>我向你們列祖<09001><01>起誓<07650>(8738)應許之<0834>地<0776>。我又說<0559>(8799)：『我永<09001><05769>不<03808>廢棄<06565>(8686)與你們<0854>所立的約<01285>。
And an angel<04397> of the LORD<03068> came up<05927>(8799) from Gilgal<01537> to Bochim<01066>, and said<0559>(8799), I made you to go up<05927>(8686) out of Egypt<04714>, and have brought<0935>(8686) you unto the land<0776> which I sware<07650>(8738) unto your fathers<01>; and I said<0559>(8799), I will never<05769> break<06565>(8686) my covenant<01285> with you. {angel: or, messenger}
2:2 你們<0859>也不可<03808>與這<02063>地<0776>的居民<09001><03427>(8802)立<03772>(8799)約<01285>，要拆毀<05422>(8799)他們的祭壇<04196>。你們竟沒有<03808>聽從<08085>(8804)我的話<09002><06963>！為何<04100>這樣<02063>行<06213>(8804)呢？』
And ye shall make<03772>(8799) no league<01285> with the inhabitants<03427>(8802) of this land<0776>; ye shall throw down<05422>(8799) their altars<04196>: but ye have not obeyed<08085>(8804) my voice<06963>: why have ye done<06213>(8804) this?
2:3 因此我又<01571>說<0559>(8804)：『我必不<03808>將他們<0853>從你們面前<04480><06440>趕出<01644>(8762)；他們必作<01961>你們<09001>肋下<09001><06654>的荊棘。他們的　神<0430>必作<01961>你們的<09001>網羅<09001><04170>。』」
Wherefore I also said<0559>(8804), I will not drive them out<01644>(8762) from before<06440> you; but they shall be as thorns in your sides<06654>, and their gods<0430> shall be a snare<04170> unto you.
2:4 {<01961>}耶和華<03068>的使者<04397>向<0413>以色列<03478>眾<03605>人<01121>說<09003><01696>(8763){<0853>}這<0428>話<01697>的時候，百姓<05971>就放<05375>(8799){<0853>}聲<06963>而哭<01058>(8799)；
And it came to pass, when the angel<04397> of the LORD<03068> spake<01696>(8763) these words<01697> unto all the children<01121> of Israel<03478>, that the people<05971> lifted up<05375>(8799) their voice<06963>, and wept<01058>(8799).
2:5 於是給那<01931>地方<04725>起名<08034>叫<07121>(8799)波金<01066>（就是哭的意思）。眾人在那裡<08033>向耶和華<09001><03068>獻祭<02076>(8799)。
And they called<07121>(8799) the name<08034> of that place<04725> Bochim<01066>: and they sacrificed<02076>(8799) there unto the LORD<03068>. {Bochim: that is, Weepers}
2:6 從前約書亞<03091>打發<07971>(8762){<0853>}以色列<03478>百姓<05971>去<03212>(8799)的時候，他們{<01121>}各<0376>歸自己的地業<09001><05159>，佔據<09001><03423>(8800){<0853>}地土<0776>。
And when Joshua<03091> had let the people<05971> go<07971>(8762), the children<01121> of Israel<03478> went<03212>(8799) every man<0376> unto his inheritance<05159> to possess<03423>(8800) the land<0776>.
2:7 約書亞<03091>在世<03605><03117>和<03605>約書亞<03091>死後<03117><0310>，那些<0834>見<07200>(8804){<0853>}{<03605>}耶和華<03068>為以色列人<09001><03478>所<0834>行<06213>(8804)大<01419>事<04639>的<0834>長老<02205>還在<0748>(8689)的時候<03117>，百姓<05971>都事奉<05647>(8799){<0853>}耶和華<03068>。
And the people<05971> served<05647>(8799) the LORD<03068> all the days<03117> of Joshua<03091>, and all the days<03117> of the elders<02205> that outlived<0748>(8689)<03117><0310> Joshua<03091>, who had seen<07200>(8804) all the great<01419> works<04639> of the LORD<03068>, that he did<06213>(8804) for Israel<03478>. {outlived: Heb. prolonged days after}
2:8 耶和華<03068>的僕人<05650>、嫩<05126>的兒子<01121>約書亞<03091>，正一百<03967>一十<06235>歲<08141><01121>就死了<04191>(8799)。
And Joshua<03091> the son<01121> of Nun<05126>, the servant<05650> of the LORD<03068>, died<04191>(8799), being an hundred<03967> and ten<06235> years<08141> old<01121>.
2:9 以色列人將他<0853>葬<06912>(8799)在他地業<05159>的境內<09002><01366>，就是在以法蓮<0669>山地<09002><02022>的亭拿‧希烈<09002><08556>，在迦實<01608>山<09001><02022>的北邊<04480><06828>。
And they buried<06912>(8799) him in the border<01366> of his inheritance<05159> in Timnathheres<08556>, in the mount<02022> of Ephraim<0669>, on the north side<06828> of the hill<02022> Gaash<01608>. {Timnathhares: also called, Timnathserah}
2:10 那<01931>世代<01755>的人也<01571>都<03605>歸<0622>(8738)了<0413>自己的列祖<01>。後來<0310>有別的<0312>世代<01755>興起<06965>(8799)，{<0834>}不<03808>知道<03045>(8804){<0853>}耶和華<03068>，也<01571>不知道{<0853>}耶和華<03068>為以色列人<09001><03478>所<0834>行<06213>(8804)的事<04639>。
And also all that generation<01755> were gathered<0622>(8738) unto their fathers<01>: and there arose<06965>(8799) another<0312> generation<01755> after<0310> them, which knew<03045>(8804) not the LORD<03068>, nor yet the works<04639> which he had done<06213>(8804) for Israel<03478>.
2:11 以色列<03478>人<01121>行<06213>(8799){<0853>}耶和華<03068>眼中<09002><05869>看為惡的事<07451>，去事奉<05647>(8799){<0853>}諸巴力<01168>，
And the children<01121> of Israel<03478> did<06213>(8799) evil<07451> in the sight<05869> of the LORD<03068>, and served<05647>(8799) Baalim<01168>:
2:12 離棄了<05800>(8799){<0853>}領<03318>(8688)他們<0853>出埃及<04714>地<04480><0776>的耶和華<03068>─他們列祖<01>的　神<0430>，去<03212>(8799){<0310>}叩拜<07812>(8691){<09001>}別<0312>神<0430>，就是<0834>四圍<05439>列國<05971>的神<04480><0430>，惹<0853>耶和華<03068>發怒<03707>(8686)；
And they forsook<05800>(8799) the LORD<03068> God<0430> of their fathers<01>, which brought them out<03318>(8688) of the land<0776> of Egypt<04714>, and followed<03212>(8799)<0310> other<0312> gods<0430>, of the gods<0430> of the people<05971> that were round about<05439> them, and bowed<07812>(8691) themselves unto them, and provoked the LORD<03068> to anger<03707>(8686).
2:13 並離棄<05800>(8799){<0853>}耶和華<03068>，去事奉<05647>(8799)巴力<09001><01168>和亞斯他錄<09001><06252>。
And they forsook<05800>(8799) the LORD<03068>, and served<05647>(8799) Baal<01168> and Ashtaroth<06252>.
2:14 耶和華<03068>的怒氣<0639>向以色列人<09002><03478>發作<02734>(8799)，就把他們交在<05414>(8799)搶<08155>(8799)奪<08154>(8802)他們<0853>的人手中<09002><03027>，又將他們付與<04376>(8799)四圍<04480><05439>仇敵<0341>(8802)的手中<09002><03027>，甚至他們在仇敵<0341>(8802)面前<09001><06440>再<05750>不<03808>能<03201>(8804)站立得住<09001><05975>(8800)。
And the anger<0639> of the LORD<03068> was hot<02734>(8799) against Israel<03478>, and he delivered<05414>(8799) them into the hands<03027> of spoilers<08154>(8802) that spoiled<08155>(8799) them, and he sold<04376>(8799) them into the hands<03027> of their enemies<0341>(8802) round about<05439>, so that they could<03201>(8804) not any longer<05750> stand<05975>(8800) before<06440> their enemies<0341>(8802).
2:15 他們無論往<09002><03605>何處<0834>去<03318>(8804)，耶和華<03068>{<03027>}都<01961>以災禍<09001><07451>攻擊他們<09002>，正如耶和華<03068>所<09003><0834>說的<01696>(8765)話，又如耶和華<03068>向他們<09001>所<09003><0834>起的誓<07650>(8738)；他們<09001>便極其<03966>困苦<03334>(8799)。
Whithersoever they went out<03318>(8804), the hand<03027> of the LORD<03068> was against them for evil<07451>, as the LORD<03068> had said<01696>(8765), and as the LORD<03068> had sworn<07650>(8738) unto them: and they were greatly<03966> distressed<03334>(8799).
2:16 耶和華<03068>興起<06965>(8686)士師<08199>(8802)，士師就拯救他們<03467>(8686)脫離搶奪他們<08154>(8802)人的手<04480><03027>。
Nevertheless the LORD<03068> raised up<06965>(8686) judges<08199>(8802), which delivered<03467>(8686) them out of the hand<03027> of those that spoiled<08154>(8802) them. {delivered: Heb. saved}
2:17 他們卻<01571>不<03808>聽從<08085>(8804){<0413>}士師<08199>(8802)，竟<03588>隨從<0310>叩拜<07812>(8691){<09001>}別<0312>神<0430>，行了邪淫<02181>(8804)，速速地<04118>偏離<05493>(8804)他們列祖<01>所<0834>行<01980>(8804)的<04480>道<01870>，不<03808>如{<06213>}{(8804)}{<03651>}他們列祖順從<09001><08085>(8800)耶和華<03068>的命令<04687>。
And yet they would not hearken<08085>(8804) unto their judges<08199>(8802), but they went a whoring<02181>(8804) after<0310> other<0312> gods<0430>, and bowed<07812>(8691) themselves unto them: they turned<05493>(8804) quickly<04118> out of the way<01870> which their fathers<01> walked in<01980>(8804), obeying<08085>(8800) the commandments<04687> of the LORD<03068>; but they did<06213>(8804) not so.
2:18 {<03588>}耶和華<03068>為他們<09001>興起<06965>(8689)士師<08199>(8802)，就{<01961>}與<05973>那士師<08199>(8802)同在。士師<08199>(8802)在世的一切<03605>日子<03117>，耶和華<03068>拯救他們<03467>(8689)脫離仇敵<0341>(8802)的手<04480><03027>。他們因<04480><06440>受欺壓<03905>(8801)擾害<01766>(8802)，就哀聲歎氣<04480><05009>，所以<03588>耶和華<03068>後悔了<05162>(8735)。
And when the LORD<03068> raised<06965>(8689) them up judges<08199>(8802), then the LORD<03068> was with the judge<08199>(8802), and delivered<03467>(8689) them out of the hand<03027> of their enemies<0341>(8802) all the days<03117> of the judge<08199>(8802): for it repented<05162>(8735) the LORD<03068> because<06440> of their groanings<05009> by reason of them that oppressed<03905>(8801) them and vexed<01766>(8802) them.
2:19 及至<01961>士師<08199>(8802)死<09002><04194>後，他們就轉去<07725>(8799)行惡<07843>(8689)，比他們列祖<04480><01>更甚，去<09001><03212>(8800){<0310>}事奉<09001><05647>(8800)叩拜<09001><07812>(8692){<09001>}別<0312>神<0430>，總不<03808>斷絕<05307>(8689)頑梗<07186>的惡<04480><04611>行<04480><01870>。
And it came to pass, when the judge<08199>(8802) was dead<04194>, that they returned<07725>(8799), and corrupted<07843>(8689) themselves more than their fathers<01>, in following<03212>(8800)<0310> other<0312> gods<0430> to serve<05647>(8800) them, and to bow down<07812>(8692) unto them; they ceased<05307>(8689) not from their own doings<04611>, nor from their stubborn<07186> way<01870>. {corrupted...: or, were corrupt} {ceased...: Heb. let nothing fall of their}
2:20 於是耶和華<03068>的怒氣<0639>向以色列人<09002><03478>發作<02734>(8799)。他說<0559>(8799)：「因<03282><0834>這<02088>民<01471>違背<05674>(8804){<0834>}我吩咐<06680>(8765){<0853>}他們列祖<01>所守的<0853>約<01285>，不<03808>聽從<08085>(8804)我的話<09001><06963>，
And the anger<0639> of the LORD<03068> was hot<02734>(8799) against Israel<03478>; and he said<0559>(8799), Because that this people<01471> hath transgressed<05674>(8804) my covenant<01285> which I commanded<06680>(8765) their fathers<01>, and have not hearkened<08085>(8804) unto my voice<06963>;
2:21 所以約書亞<03091>死的時候<04191>(8799)所<0834>剩下的<05800>(8804){<04480>}各族<01471>，我<0589>必<01571>不<03808>再<03254>(8686)從他們面前<04480><06440>趕出<09001><03423>(8687){<0376>}，
I also will not henceforth<03254>(8686) drive out<03423>(8687) any<0376> from before<06440> them of the nations<01471> which Joshua<03091> left<05800>(8804) when he died<04191>(8799):
2:22 為要<09001><04616>藉此<09002>試驗<05254>(8763){<0853>}以色列人<03478>，看他們<01992>肯照<09003><0834>他們列祖<01>謹守<08104>(8802)遵行<09001><03212>(8800){<0853>}我<03068>的道<01870>{<08104>}{(8804)}不肯<0518><03808>。」
That through them I may prove<05254>(8763) Israel<03478>, whether they will keep<08104>(8802) the way<01870> of the LORD<03068> to walk<03212>(8800) therein, as their fathers<01> did keep<08104>(8804) it , or not.
2:23 這樣耶和華<03068>留下<05117>(8686){<0853>}各{<0428>}族<01471>，不<09001><01115>將他們速速<04118>趕出<03423>(8687)，也沒有<03808>交付<05414>(8804)約書亞<03091>的手<09002><03027>。
Therefore the LORD<03068> left<03240>(8686) those nations<01471>, without<01115> driving them out<03423>(8687) hastily<04118>; neither delivered<05414>(8804) he them into the hand<03027> of Joshua<03091>. {left: or, suffered}
