5:2 耶和華<03068>─我們的上帝<0430>在何烈山<09002><02722>與我們<05973>立<03772>(8804)約<01285>。
The LORD<03068> our God<0430> made<03772>(8804) a covenant<01285> with us in Horeb<02722>.
5:3 {<0853>}這<02063>約<01285>{<03068>}不是<03808>與<0854>我們列祖<01>立<03772>(8804)的，乃是<03588>與<0854>我們<0587>{<0428>}今日<03117>在這裡<06311>{<03605>}存活<02416>之人立的。
The LORD<03068> made<03772>(8804) not this covenant<01285> with our fathers<01>, but with us<0587>, even us, who are all of us<0428> here alive<02416> this day<03117>.
5:4 耶和華<03068>在山<09002><02022>上，從火<0784>中<04480><08432>，面<06440>對面<09002><06440>與你們<05973>說話<01696>(8765)─
The LORD<03068> talked<01696>(8765) with you face<06440> to face<06440> in the mount<02022> out of the midst<08432> of the fire<0784>,
5:5 那<01931>時<09002><06256>我<0595>站<05975>(8802)在<0996>耶和華<03068>和你們中間<0996>，要將<0853>耶和華<03068>的話<01697>傳<09001><05046>(8687)給你們<09001>；因為<03588>你們懼怕<03372>(8804){<04480>}{<06440>}那火<0784>，沒有<03808>上<05927>(8804)山<09002><02022>─說<09001><0559>(8800)：
(I stood<05975>(8802) between the LORD<03068> and you at that time<06256>, to shew<05046>(8687) you the word<01697> of the LORD<03068>: for ye were afraid<03372>(8804) by reason<06440> of the fire<0784>, and went not up<05927>(8804) into the mount<02022>;) saying<0559>(8800),
5:6 「『我是<0595>耶和華<03068>─你的上帝<0430>，{<0834>}曾將你從埃及<04714>地<04480><0776>為奴<05650>之家<04480><01004>領出來<03318>(8689)。
I am the LORD<03068> thy God<0430>, which brought thee out<03318>(8689) of the land<0776> of Egypt<04714>, from the house<01004> of bondage<05650>. {bondage: Heb. servants}
5:7 「『除了<05921>我<06440>以外，你<09001>不可<03808>有<01961>(8799)別<0312>的神<0430>。
Thou shalt have none other<0312> gods<0430> before<06440> me.
5:8 「『不可<03808>為自己<09001>雕刻<06213>(8799)偶像<06459>，也不可做甚麼<03605>形像<08544>，{<0834>}彷彿上<04480><04605>天<09002><08064>、{<0834>}下<04480><08478>地<09002><0776>和<0834>地<09001><0776>底下<04480><08478>、水<09002><04325>中的百物。
Thou shalt not make<06213>(8799) thee any graven image<06459>, or any likeness<08544> of any thing that is in heaven<08064> above<04605>, or that is in the earth<0776> beneath, or that is in the waters<04325> beneath the earth<0776>:
5:9 不可<03808>跪拜<07812>(8691)那些像<09001>，也不可<03808>事奉它<05647>(8714)，因為<03588>我<0595>耶和華<03068>─你的上帝<0430>是忌邪<07067>的上帝<0410>。恨我的<09001><08130>(8802)，我必追討<06485>(8802)他的罪<05771>，自父<01>及<05921>子<01121>，直到<05921>三<08029>、{<05921>}四<07256>代；
Thou shalt not bow down<07812>(8691) thyself unto them, nor serve<05647>(8714) them: for I the LORD<03068> thy God<0430> am a jealous<07067> God<0410>, visiting<06485>(8802) the iniquity<05771> of the fathers<01> upon the children<01121> unto the third<08029> and fourth<07256> generation of them that hate<08130>(8802) me,
5:10 愛我<09001><0157>(8802)、守我<09001><08104>(8802)誡命<04687>的，我必向他們發<06213>(8802)慈愛<02617>，直到千<09001><0505>代。
And shewing<06213>(8802) mercy<02617> unto thousands<0505> of them that love<0157>(8802) me and keep<08104>(8802) my commandments<04687>.
5:11 「『不可<03808>妄<09001><07723>稱<05375>(8799){<0853>}耶和華<03068>─你上帝<0430>的名<08034>；因為<03588>{<0834>}妄<09001><07723>稱<05375>(8799){<0853>}耶和華名<08034>的，耶和華<03068>必不<03808>以他<0853>為無罪<05352>(8762)。
Thou shalt not take<05375>(8799) the name<08034> of the LORD<03068> thy God<0430> in vain<07723>: for the LORD<03068> will not hold him guiltless<05352>(8762) that taketh<05375>(8799) his name<08034> in vain<07723>.
5:12 「『當照<09003><0834>耶和華<03068>─你上帝<0430>所吩咐<06680>(8765)的守<08104>(8800){<0853>}安息日<07676><03117>為聖<09001><06942>(8763)日。
Keep<08104>(8800) the sabbath<07676> day<03117> to sanctify<06942>(8763) it, as the LORD<03068> thy God<0430> hath commanded<06680>(8765) thee.
5:13 六<08337>日<03117>要勞碌<05647>(8799)做<06213>(8804)你一切的<03605>工<04399>，
Six<08337> days<03117> thou shalt labour<05647>(8799), and do<06213>(8804) all thy work<04399>:
5:14 但第七<07637>日<03117>是向耶和華<09001><03068>─你上帝<0430>當守的安息日<07676>。這一日，你<0859>和你的兒<01121>女<01323>、僕<05650>婢<0519>、牛<07794>、驢<02543>、{<03605>}牲畜<0929>，並在你城<09002><08179>裡寄居的<0834>客旅<01616>，無論何工<04399>都<03605>不可<03808>做<06213>(8799)，使<09001><04616>你的僕<05650>婢<0519>可以和你一樣<03644>安息<05117>(8799)。
But the seventh<07637> day<03117> is the sabbath<07676> of the LORD<03068> thy God<0430>: in it thou shalt not do<06213>(8799) any work<04399>, thou, nor thy son<01121>, nor thy daughter<01323>, nor thy manservant<05650>, nor thy maidservant<0519>, nor thine ox<07794>, nor thine ass<02543>, nor any of thy cattle<0929>, nor thy stranger<01616> that is within thy gates<08179>; that thy manservant<05650> and thy maidservant<0519> may rest<05117>(8799) as well as thou.
5:15 你也要記念<02142>(8804){<03588>}你在埃及<04714>地<09002><0776>作過<01961>(8804)奴僕<05650>；耶和華<03068>─你上帝<0430>用大能<02389>的手<09002><03027>和伸出來<05186>(8803)的膀臂<09002><02220>將你從那裡<04480><08033>領出來<03318>(8686)。因<05921>此<03651>，耶和華<03068>─你的上帝<0430>吩咐你<06680>(8765)守<09001><06213>(8800){<0853>}安息<07676>日<03117>。
And remember<02142>(8804) that thou wast a servant<05650> in the land<0776> of Egypt<04714>, and that the LORD<03068> thy God<0430> brought<03318>(8686) thee out thence through a mighty<02389> hand<03027> and by a stretched out<05186>(8803) arm<02220>: therefore the LORD<03068> thy God<0430> commanded<06680>(8765) thee to keep<06213>(8800) the sabbath<07676> day<03117>.
5:16 「『當照<09003><0834>耶和華<03068>─你上帝<0430>所吩咐<06680>(8765)的孝敬<03513>(8761){<0853>}父<01>{<0853>}母<0517>，使<09001><04616>你<09001>得福<03190>(8799)，並使<09001><04616>你的日子<03117>在<05921>耶和華<03068>─你上帝<0430>所<0834>賜<05414>(8802)你<09001>的地<0127>上得以長久<0748>(8686)。
Honour<03513>(8761) thy father<01> and thy mother<0517>, as the LORD<03068> thy God<0430> hath commanded<06680>(8765) thee; that thy days<03117> may be prolonged<0748>(8686), and that it may go well<03190>(8799) with thee, in the land<0127> which the LORD<03068> thy God<0430> giveth<05414>(8802) thee.
5:17 「『不可<03808>殺<07523>(8799)人。
Thou shalt not kill<07523>(8799).
5:18 「『不可<03808>姦淫<05003>(8799)。
Neither shalt thou commit adultery<05003>(8799).
5:19 「『不可<03808>偷盜<01589>(8799)。
Neither shalt thou steal<01589>(8799).
5:20 「『不可<03808>作<06030>(8799)假<07723>見證<05707>陷害人<09002><07453>。
Neither shalt thou bear<06030>(8799) false<07723> witness<05707> against thy neighbour<07453>.
5:21 「『不可<03808>貪戀<02530>(8799)人<07453>的妻子<0802>；也不可<03808>貪圖<0183>(8691)人<07453>的房屋<01004>、田地<07704>、僕<05650>婢<0519>、牛<07794>、驢<02543>，並他<09001><07453>一切<03605>所有的<0834>。』
Neither shalt thou desire<02530>(8799) thy neighbour's<07453> wife<0802>, neither shalt thou covet<0183>(8691) thy neighbour's<07453> house<01004>, his field<07704>, or his manservant<05650>, or his maidservant<0519>, his ox<07794>, or his ass<02543>, or any thing that is thy neighbour's<07453>.
5:22 「{<0853>}這些<0428>話<01697>是耶和華<03068>在山<09002><02022>上，從火<0784>中<04480><08432>、雲<06051>中、幽暗<06205>中，大<01419>聲<06963>曉諭<01696>(8765){<0413>}你們全<03605>會眾<06951>的；此外並沒有<03808>添<03254>(8804)別的話。他就把這話寫<03789>(8799)在<05921>兩<08147>塊石<068>版<03871>上，交<05414>(8799)給我<0413>了。」
These words<01697> the LORD<03068> spake<01696>(8765) unto all your assembly<06951> in the mount<02022> out of the midst<08432> of the fire<0784>, of the cloud<06051>, and of the thick darkness<06205>, with a great<01419> voice<06963>: and he added no more<03254>(8804). And he wrote<03789>(8799) them in two<08147> tables<03871> of stone<068>, and delivered<05414>(8799) them unto me.
5:23 「那時<01961>(8799)，火焰<09002><0784>燒<01197>(8802)山<02022>，你們聽見<09003><08085>(8800)從黑暗<02822>中<04480><08432>出來的{<0853>}聲音<06963>；你們支派<07626>中所有的<03605>首領<07218>和長老<02205>都來就近<07126>(8799)我<0413>，
And it came to pass, when ye heard<08085>(8800) the voice<06963> out of the midst<08432> of the darkness<02822>, (for the mountain<02022> did burn<01197>(8802) with fire<0784>,) that ye came near<07126>(8799) unto me, even all the heads<07218> of your tribes<07626>, and your elders<02205>;
5:24 說<0559>(8799)：『看哪<02005>，耶和華<03068>─我們上帝<0430>將<0853>他的榮光<03519>和<0853>他的大能<01433>顯給我們看<07200>(8689)，我們又聽見<08085>(8804){<0853>}他的聲音<06963>從火<0784>中<04480><08432>出來。今<02088>日<03117>我們得見<07200>(8804){<03588>}上帝<0430>與<0854>人<0120>說話<01696>(8762)，人還存活<02425>(8804)。
And ye said<0559>(8799), Behold, the LORD<03068> our God<0430> hath shewed<07200>(8689) us his glory<03519> and his greatness<01433>, and we have heard<08085>(8804) his voice<06963> out of the midst<08432> of the fire<0784>: we have seen<07200>(8804) this day<03117> that God<0430> doth talk<01696>(8762) with man<0120>, and he liveth<02425>(8804).
5:25 現在<06258>{<03588>}這<02063>大<01419>火<0784>將要燒滅我們<0398>(8799)，我們何必<09001><04100>冒死<04191>(8799)呢？{<0587>}若<0518>再<03254>(8802){<05750>}聽見<09001><08085>(8800){<0853>}耶和華<03068>─我們上帝<0430>的聲音<06963>就必死亡<04191>(8804)。
Now therefore why should we die<04191>(8799)? for this great<01419> fire<0784> will consume<0398>(8799) us: if we hear<08085>(8800) the voice<06963> of the LORD<03068> our God<0430> any more<03254>(8802), then we shall die<04191>(8804). {hear: Heb. add to hear}
5:26 凡<03605>屬血氣<01320>的，{<03588>}曾有何人<04310>{<0834>}聽見<08085>(8804)永生<02416>上帝<0430>的聲音<06963>從火<0784>中<04480><08432>出來<01696>(8764)，像我們<03644>聽見還能存活<02421>(8799)呢？
For who is there of all flesh<01320>, that hath heard<08085>(8804) the voice<06963> of the living<02416> God<0430> speaking<01696>(8764) out of the midst<08432> of the fire<0784>, as we have , and lived<02421>(8799)?
5:27 求你<0859>近前<07126>(8798)去，聽<08085>(8798){<0853>}耶和華<03068>─我們上帝<0430>所<0834>要說<0559>(8799)的一切<03605>話，將<0853>他<03068><0430>對你<0413>說<01696>(8762)的話{<0834>}{<0859>}都<03605>傳<01696>(8762)給我們<0413>，我們就聽從<08085>(8804)遵行<06213>(8804)。』
Go thou near<07126>(8798), and hear<08085>(8798) all that the LORD<03068> our God<0430> shall say<0559>(8799): and speak<01696>(8762) thou unto us all that the LORD<03068> our God<0430> shall speak<01696>(8762) unto thee; and we will hear<08085>(8804) it , and do<06213>(8804) it .
5:28 「你們對我<0413>說<09002><01696>(8763)的話<06963><01697>，耶和華<03068>都聽見<08085>(8799)了{<0853>}。耶和華<03068>對我<0413>說<0559>(8799)：『這<02088>百姓<05971>的話<06963><01697>{<0834>}{<01696>}{(8765)}{<0413>}，我聽見<08085>(8804)了{<0853>}；他們所<0834>說<01696>(8765)的都<03605>是<03190>(8689)。
And the LORD<03068> heard<08085>(8799) the voice<06963> of your words<01697>, when ye spake<01696>(8763) unto me; and the LORD<03068> said<0559>(8799) unto me, I have heard<08085>(8804) the voice<06963> of the words<01697> of this people<05971>, which they have spoken<01696>(8765) unto thee: they have well<03190>(8689) said all that they have spoken<01696>(8765).
5:29 惟願{<04310>}{<05414>}{(8799)}他們<09001>存<01961>(8804)這樣<02088>的心<03824>敬畏<09001><03372>(8800)我<0853>，常<03605><03117>遵守<09001><08104>(8800){<0853>}我的一切<03605>誡命<04687>，使<09001><04616>他們<09001>和他們的子孫<09001><01121>永遠<09001><05769>得福<03190>(8799)。
O that there were such<02088> an<04310> heart<03824> in them<05414>(8799), that they would fear<03372>(8800) me, and keep<08104>(8800) all my commandments<04687> always<03117>, that it might be well<03190>(8799) with them, and with their children<01121> for ever<05769>!
5:30 你去<03212>(8798)對他們<09001>說<0559>(8798)：你們<09001>回<07725>(8798)帳棚<09001><0168>去吧！
Go<03212>(8798) say<0559>(8798) to them, Get<07725><00> you into your tents<0168> again<07725>(8798).
5:31 至於你<0859>，可以站<05975>(8798)在我<05978>這裡<06311>，我要將<0853>一切<03605>誡命<04687>、律例<02706>、典章<04941>傳<01696>(8762)給你<0413>；{<0834>}你要教訓他們<03925>(8762)，使他們在我<0595>賜<05414>(8802)他們<09001>為業<09001><03423>(8800)的<0834>地<09002><0776>上遵行<06213>(8804)。』
But as for thee, stand<05975>(8798) thou here by me<05978>, and I will speak<01696>(8762) unto thee all the commandments<04687>, and the statutes<02706>, and the judgments<04941>, which thou shalt teach<03925>(8762) them, that they may do<06213>(8804) them in the land<0776> which I give<05414>(8802) them to possess<03423>(8800) it.
5:32 所以，你們要照<09003><0834>耶和華<03068>─你們上帝<0430>所吩咐<06680>(8765)的{<0853>}謹守<08104>(8804)遵行<09001><06213>(8800)，不可<03808>偏離<05493>(8799)左<08040>右<03225>。
Ye shall observe<08104>(8804) to do<06213>(8800) therefore as the LORD<03068> your God<0430> hath commanded<06680>(8765) you: ye shall not turn aside<05493>(8799) to the right hand<03225> or to the left<08040>.
5:33 耶和華<03068>─你們上帝<0430>所<0834>吩咐<06680>(8765)你們<0853>行<03212>(8799)的，你們都<09002><03605>要去行<01870>，使<09001><04616>你們<09001>可以存活<02421>(8799)得福<02895>(8804)，並使你們的日子<03117>在所<0834>要承受<03423>(8799)的地<09002><0776>上得以長久<0748>(8689)。」
Ye shall walk<03212>(8799) in all the ways<01870> which the LORD<03068> your God<0430> hath commanded<06680>(8765) you, that ye may live<02421>(8799), and that it may be well<02895>(8804) with you, and that ye may prolong<0748>(8689) your days<03117> in the land<0776> which ye shall possess<03423>(8799).
