Grace<5485> be to you<5213> and<2532> peace<1515> from<575> God<2316> our<2257> Father<3962>, and<2532> from the Lord<2962> Jesus<2424> Christ<5547>.
1:3 願頌讚<2128>歸與我們的<1473>主<2962>耶穌<2424>基督<5547>的父<3962>神<2316>，就是<2532>發慈悲<3628>的父<3962>，{<2532>}賜各樣<3956>安慰<3874>的神<2316>。
Blessed<2128> be God<2316>, even<2532> the Father<3962> of our<2257> Lord<2962> Jesus<2424> Christ<5547>, the Father<3962> of mercies<3628>, and<2532> the God<2316> of all<3956> comfort<3874>;

Who<3588> comforteth<3870>(5723) us<2248> in<1909> all<3956> our<2257> tribulation<2347>, that<1519> we<2248> may be able<1410>(5738) to comfort<3870>(5721) them which are in<1722> any<3956> trouble<2347>, by<1223> the comfort<3874> wherewith<3739> we<3870><0> ourselves<846> are comforted<3870>(5743) of<5259> God<2316>.

For<3754> as<2531> the sufferings<3804> of Christ<5547> abound<4052>(5719) in<1519> us<2248>, so<3779> our<2257> consolation<3874> also<2532> aboundeth<4052>(5719) by<1223> Christ<5547>.
1:6 {<1161>}我們受患難<2346>(5743)呢<1535>，是為<5228>叫你們<4771>得安慰<3874>，{<2532>}得拯救<4991>；我們得安慰<3870>(5743)呢<1535>，也是為<5228>叫你們<4771>得安慰<3874>；這<3588>安慰能叫<1754>(5734)<1722>你們忍受<5281>{<3739>}我們<1473>所受的<3958>(5719)那樣<2532><846>苦楚<3804>。

1:8 {<1063>}弟兄們<80>，我們不<3756>要<2309>(5719)你們<4771>不曉得<50>(5721)<5228>，我們<1473>從前在<1722>亞細亞<773>遭遇<1096>(5666){<3588>}苦難<2347>，{<3754>}被壓<2596>太<5236>重<916>(5681)，力<1411>不能勝<5228>，甚至<2532>{<1473>}連<5620>活命<2198>(5721)的指望都絕了<1820>(5683)；

But<235><846> we had<2192>(5758) the sentence<610> of death<2288> in<1722> ourselves<1438>, that<3363><0> we should<3982><0> not<3363> trust<3982>(5756) in<1909> ourselves<1438><5600>(5753), but<235> in<1909> God<2316> which<3588> raiseth<1453>(5723) the dead<3498>: {sentence: or, answer}
1:10 他<3739>曾救<4506>(5662)我們<1473>脫離<1537>那極大的<5082>死亡<2288>，{<2532>}現在仍要救<4506>(5695)我們，並且我們指望<1679>(5758)<1519>{<3754>}他<3739>將來還要<2532><2089>救<4506>(5695)我們。

Ye<5216> also<2532> helping together<4943>(5723) by prayer<1162> for<5228> us<2257>, that<2443> for the gift<5486> bestowed upon<1519> us<2248> by<1537> the means of many<4183> persons<4383> thanks may be<2168>(5686) given<5228> by<1223> many<4183> on our behalf<2257>.

1:18 {<1161>}我指著{<3754>}信實<4103>的神<2316>說，我們<1473>向<4314>你們<4771>所傳的道<3056>，並沒<3756>有<1510>(5719)是<3483>而又<2532>非<3756>的。
But<1161> as God<2316> is true<4103>,<3754> our<2257> word<3056> toward<4314> you<5209> was<1096>(5633) not<3756> yea<3483> and<2532> nay<3756>. {word: or, preaching}
