19:1 {<1161>}{<1096>}{(5662)}{<1722>}亞波羅<625>在<1510>(5721)<1722>哥林多<2882>的時候，保羅<3972>經過<1330>(5660)了上邊<510>一帶地方<3313>，就來<2718>(5658)到<1519>以弗所<2181>；{<2532>}在那裡遇見<2147>(5658)幾個<5100>門徒<3101>，
And<1161> it came to pass<1096>(5633), that, while Apollos<625> was<1511>(5750)<1722> at<1722> Corinth<2882>, Paul<3972> having passed<1330>(5631) through the upper<510> coasts<3313> came<2064>(5629) to<1519> Ephesus<2181>: and<2532> finding<2147>(5631) certain<5100> disciples<3101>,
19:2 {<5037>}問{<4314>}他們<846>說<3004>(5656)：「你們信<4100>(5660)的時候受了<2983>(5656)聖<40>靈<4151>沒有<1487>？」{<1161>}他們{<4314>}{<846>}回答說：「沒有<235>，也未曾<3761>聽見<191>(5656){<1487>}有<1510>(5719)聖<40>靈<4151>賜下來。」
He said<2036>(5627) unto<4314> them<846>,<1487> Have ye received<2983>(5627) the Holy<40> Ghost<4151> since ye believed<4100>(5660)? And<1161> they said<2036>(5627) unto<4314> him<846>,<235> We have<191><0> not so much as<3761> heard<191>(5656) whether<1487> there be any<2076>(5748) Holy<40> Ghost<4151>.
19:3 {<5037>}保羅說<3004>(5656)：「這樣<3767>，你們受<1519>的是甚麼<5101>洗<907>(5681)呢？」{<1161>}他們說<3004>(5656)：「{<1519>}是約翰<2491>的洗<908>。」
And<5037> he said<2036>(5627) unto<4314> them<846>, Unto<1519> what<5101> then<3767> were ye baptized<907>(5681)? And<1161> they said<2036>(5627), Unto<1519> John's<2491> baptism<908>.
19:4 {<1161>}保羅<3972>說<3004>(5656)：「約翰<2491>所行<907>(5656)的是悔改<3341>的洗<908>，告訴<3004>(5723)百姓<2992>{<2443>}當信<4100>(5661){<1519>}那在他<846>以後<3326>要來<2064>(5740)的，{<3778>}就是<1510>(5719){<1519>}耶穌<2424>。」
Then<1161> said<2036>(5627) Paul<3972>, John<2491> verily<3303> baptized<907>(5656) with the baptism<908> of repentance<3341>, saying<3004>(5723) unto the people<2992>, that<2443> they should believe<4100>(5661) on<1519> him which should come<2064>(5740) after<3326> him<846>, that is<5123>(5748), on<1519> Christ<5547> Jesus<2424>.
19:5 {<1161>}他們聽見<191>(5660)這話，就奉<1519>主<2962>耶穌<2424>的名<3686>受洗<907>(5681)。
When<1161> they heard<191>(5660) this , they were baptized<907>(5681) in<1519> the name<3686> of the Lord<2962> Jesus<2424>.
19:6 {<2532>}保羅<3972>按<2007>(5660)手<5495>在他們<846>頭上，聖<40>靈<4151>便降<2064>(5656)在<1909>他們<846>身上，他們就<5037>說<2980>(5707)方言<1100>，又<2532>說預言<4395>(5707)（或譯：又講道）。

19:8 {<1161>}保羅進<1525>(5660)<1519>會堂<4864>，放膽講道<3955>(5708)，一連<1909>三<5140>個月<3376>，辯論<1256>(5740){<4012>}上帝<2316>國<932>的事，{<2532>}勸化<3982>(5723)眾人。
And<1161> he went<1525>(5631) into<1519> the synagogue<4864>, and spake boldly<3955>(5711) for the space<1909> of three<5140> months<3376>, disputing<1256>(5740) and<2532> persuading<3982>(5723) the things concerning<4012> the kingdom<932> of God<2316>.

But<1161> when<5613> divers<5100> were hardened<4645>(5712), and<2532> believed not<544>(5707), but spake evil<2551>(5723) of that way<3598> before<1799> the multitude<4128>, he departed<868>(5631) from<575> them<846>, and separated<873>(5656) the disciples<3101>, disputing<1256>(5740) daily<2596><2250> in<1722> the school<4981> of one<5100> Tyrannus<5181>.
19:10 {<1161>}這樣<3778>有<1096>(5662){<1909>}兩<1417>年<2094>之久，叫<5620>一切<3956>住在<2730>(5723)亞細亞<773>的，無論是<5037>猶太人<2453>，是<2532>希臘人<1672>，都聽見<191>(5658)主<2962>的道<3056>。
And<1161> this<5124> continued<1096>(5633) by the space<1909> of two<1417> years<2094>; so<5620> that all<3956> they which dwelt in<2730>(5723) Asia<773> heard<191>(5658) the word<3056> of the Lord<2962> Jesus<2424>, both<5037> Jews<2453> and<2532> Greeks<1672>.
19:11 {<5037>}上帝<2316>藉<1223>保羅<3972>的手<5495>行了<4160>(5707)些非常<3756><5177>(5660)的奇事<1411>；
And<5037> God<2316> wrought<4160>(5707) special<3756><5177>(5631) miracles<1411> by<1223> the hands<5495> of Paul<3972>:
19:12 甚至<2532><5620>有人從<575>保羅{<846>}身上<5559>拿<667>(5745)手巾<4676>或<2228>圍裙<4612>放在<1909>病人<770>(5723)身上，病<3554>就<2532>退了<525>(5745)<575>{<846>}，惡<4190>鬼<4151>也<5037>出去<1607>(5738)了。
So<2532><5620> that from<575> his<846> body<5559> were brought<2018>(5745) unto<1909> the sick<770>(5723) handkerchiefs<4676> or<2228> aprons<4612>, and<2532> the diseases<3554> departed<525>(5745) from<575> them<846>, and<5037> the evil<4190> spirits<4151> went<1831>(5738) out of<575> them<846>.

Then<1161> certain<5100> of<575> the vagabond<4022>(5740) Jews<2453>, exorcists<1845>, took upon them<2021>(5656) to call<3687>(5721) over<1909> them which had<2192>(5723) evil<4190> spirits<4151> the name<3686> of the Lord<2962> Jesus<2424>, saying<3004>(5723), We adjure<3726>(5719) you<5209> by Jesus<2424> whom<3739> Paul<3972> preacheth<2784>(5719).
19:14 {<1161>}做<4160>(5723)這事<3778>的，有<1510>(5707){<5100>}猶太<2453>祭司長<749>士基瓦<4630>的七個<2033>兒子<5207>。
And<1161> there were<2258>(5713) seven<2033> sons<5207> of one Sceva<4630><5100>, a Jew<2453>, and chief of the priests<749>, which did<4160>(5723) so<5124>.
19:15 {<1161>}惡<4190>鬼<4151>回答<611>(5679)他們<846>說<3004>(5656)：「耶穌<2424>我{<3303>}認識<1097>(5719)，保羅<3972>我也<2532>知道<1987>(5736)。你們<4771>卻<1161>是<1510>(5719)誰<5101>呢？」
And<1161> the evil<4190> spirit<4151> answered<611>(5679) and said<2036>(5627), Jesus<2424> I know<1097>(5719), and<2532> Paul<3972> I know<1987>(5736); but<1161> who<5101> are<2075>(5748) ye<5210>?
19:16 惡<4190>鬼<4151>所附<1510>(5707)<1722><3739>的人<444>就跳<2177>(5666)在<1909>他們<846>身上，{<2532>}勝了<2634>(5660)其中二人<297>，制伏<2480>(5656)<2596>他們<846>，叫<5620>他們赤著身子<1131>{<2532>}受了傷<5135>(5772)，從<1537>那<1565>房子<3624>裡逃出去<1628>(5658)了。
And<2532> the man<444> in<1722> whom<3739> the evil<4190> spirit<4151> was<2258>(5713) leaped<2177>(5740) on<1909> them<846>, and<2532> overcame<2634>(5660) them<846>, and prevailed<2480>(5656) against<2596> them<846>, so<5620> that they fled<1628>(5629) out of<1537> that<1565> house<3624> naked<1131> and<2532> wounded<5135>(5772).
19:17 {<1161>}凡<3956>住在<2730>(5723)以弗所<2181>的，無論是<2532>猶太人<2453>，{<5037>}是希臘人<1672>，都{<1096>}{(5662)}知道<1110>這事<3778>，也<2532>都<3956>懼怕<5401><1968>(5656){<1909>}{<846>}；主<2962>耶穌<2424>的名<3686>從此就<2532>尊大了<3170>(5712)。
And<1161> this<5124> was<1096>(5633) known<1110> to all<3956> the Jews<2453> and<5037> Greeks<1672> also<2532> dwelling<2730>(5723) at Ephesus<2181>; and<2532> fear<5401> fell<1968>(5627) on<1909> them<846> all<3956>, and<2532> the name<3686> of the Lord<2962> Jesus<2424> was magnified<3170>(5712).
19:18 {<5037>}那已經信的<4100>(5761)，多有人<4183>來<2064>(5708)承認<1843>(5734){<2532>}訴說<312>(5723)自己<846>所行的事<4234>。
And<5037> many<4183> that believed<4100>(5761) came<2064>(5711), and confessed<1843>(5734), and<2532> shewed<312>(5723) their<846> deeds<4234>.
19:19 平素行<4238>(5660)邪術<4021>的，也<1161>有許多人<2425>把書<976>拿來<4851>(5660)，堆積在眾人<3956>面前<1799>焚燒<2618>(5707)。{<2532>}他們算計<4860>(5656)書{<846>}價<5092>，便<2532>知道<2147>(5656)共合五萬<4002><3461>塊錢<694>。
Many<2425> of them also<1161> which used<4238>(5660) curious arts<4021> brought<4851><0> their books<976> together<4851>(5631), and burned them<2618>(5707) before<1799> all<3956> men : and<2532> they counted<4860>(5656) the price<5092> of them<846>, and<2532> found<2147>(5627) it fifty<4002> thousand<3461> pieces of silver<694>.
19:20 主<2962>的道<3056>大大<2596><2904>興旺<837>(5707)，而且<2532>得勝<2480>(5707)，就是這樣<3779>。
So<3779> mightily<2596><2904> grew<837>(5707) the word<3056> of God<2962> and<2532> prevailed<2480>(5707).
19:21 {<1161>}{<5613>}這些事<3778>完了<4137>(5681)，保羅<3972>心<4151>裡<1722>定意<5087>(5668)經過<1330>(5660)了馬其頓<3109>、{<2532>}亞該亞<882>，就往<1519>耶路撒冷<2414>去<4198>(5738)；又說<3004>(5660)：「{<3754>}我<1473>到了<1096>(5664)那裡<1563>以後<3326>，{<1473>}也<2532>必須<1163>(5719)往羅馬<4516>去看看<3708>(5658)。」
After<1161><5613> these things<5023> were ended<4137>(5681), Paul<3972> purposed<5087>(5639) in<1722> the spirit<4151>, when he had passed through<1330>(5631) Macedonia<3109> and<2532> Achaia<882>, to go<4198>(5738) to<1519> Jerusalem<2419>, saying<2036>(5631), After<3754><3326> I<3165> have been<1096>(5635) there<1563>, I<3165> must<1163>(5748) also<2532> see<1492>(5629) Rome<4516>.
19:22 於是<1161>從幫助<1247>(5723)他<846>的人中打發<649>(5660)提摩太<5095>、{<2532>}以拉都<2037>二<1417>人往<1519>馬其頓<3109>去，自己<846>暫時<5550>等<1907>(5656)在<1519>亞細亞<773>。
So<1161> he sent<649>(5660) into<1519> Macedonia<3109> two<1417> of them that ministered<1247>(5723) unto him<846>, Timotheus<5095> and<2532> Erastus<2037>; but he himself<846> stayed<1907>(5627) in<1519> Asia<773> for a season<5550>.
19:23 {<1161>}{<2596>}那<1565>時<2540>，因為<4012>這道<3598>起<1096>(5662)的擾亂<5017>不<3756>小<3641>。
And<1161><2596> the same<1565> time<2540> there arose<1096>(5633) no<3756> small<3641> stir<5017> about<4012> that way<3598>.
19:24 {<1063>}有一個<5100>銀匠<695>，名叫<3686>底米丟<1216>，是製造<4160>(5723)亞底米神<735>銀<693>龕<3485>的，他使<3930>(5710)這樣手藝人<5079>生意發達<3756><3641><2039>。
For<1063> a certain<5100> man named<3686> Demetrius<1216>, a silversmith<695>, which made<4160>(5723) silver<693> shrines<3485> for Diana<735>, brought<3930>(5710) no<3756> small<3641> gain<2039> unto the craftsmen<5079>;
19:25 他聚集<4867>(5660){<3739>}他們和同行<5108>的<4012>工人<2040>，{<2532>}說<3004>(5656)：「眾位<435>，你們知道<1987>(5736){<3754>}我們<1473>是倚靠<1537>這<3778>生意<2039>發財<1510>(5719)<2142>。
Whom<3739> he called together<4867>(5660) with the workmen<2040> of<4012> like occupation<5108>, and<2532> said<2036>(5627), Sirs<435>, ye know<1987>(5736) that<3754> by<1537> this<5026> craft<2039> we have<2076>(5748) our<2257> wealth<2142>.
19:26 這<3778>保羅<3972>不但<3756><3441>在以弗所<2181>，也<235>幾乎<4975>在亞細亞<773>全地<3956>，引誘<3982>(5660)迷惑<3179>(5656)許多<2425>人<3793>，說<3004>(5723){<3754>}：『{<3588>}{<1223>}人手<5495>所做<1096>(5740)的，不<3756>是<1510>(5719)神<2316>。』這是<3754>你們所{<2532>}看見<2334>(5719){<2532>}所聽見<191>(5719)的。
Moreover<2532> ye see<2334>(5719) and<2532> hear<191>(5719), that<3754> not<3756> alone<3440> at Ephesus<2181>, but<235> almost<4975> throughout all<3956> Asia<773>, this<3778> Paul<3972> hath persuaded<3982>(5660) and turned away<3179>(5656) much<2425> people<3793>, saying<3004>(5723) that<3754> they be<1526>(5748) no<3756> gods<2316>, which<3588> are made<1096>(5740) with<1223> hands<5495>:
19:27 這樣<1161>，不<3756>獨<3441>我們<1473>這<3778>事業<3313>{<2793>}{(5719)}被人藐視<2064>(5658)<1519><557>，就是<235><2532>大<3173>女神<2299>亞底米<735>的廟<2411>也要被人輕忽<3049>(5683)<1519><3762>，連<5037><2532>亞細亞<773>全地<3650>和<2532>普天下<3625>所敬拜<4576>(5731)的{<3739>}大女神{<846>}之威榮<3168>也要<3195>(5721)消滅了<2507>(5745)。」
So<1161> that not<3756> only<3440> this<5124> our<2254> craft<3313> is in danger<2793>(5719) to be set<2064>(5629) at<1519> nought<557>; but<235> also<2532> that the temple<2411> of the great<3173> goddess<2299> Diana<735> should be despised<1519><3762><3049>(5683), and<1161><2532> her<846> magnificence<3168> should<3195>(5721) be destroyed<2507>(5745), whom<3739> all<3650> Asia<773> and<2532> the world<3625> worshippeth<4576>(5736). {set at nought: or, brought into disrepute, or, contempt}
19:28 {<1161>}眾人聽見<191>(5660)，就{<1096>}{(5666)}怒氣填胸<4134><2372>，{<2532>}喊著<2896>(5707)說<3004>(5723)：「大哉<3173>，以弗所人<2180>的亞底米<735>啊！」
And<1161> when they heard<191>(5660) these sayings , they were<1096>(5637) full<4134> of wrath<2372>, and<2532> cried out<2896>(5707), saying<3004>(5723), Great<3173> is Diana<735> of the Ephesians<2180>.
19:29 {<2532>}滿城<4172>都{<4130>}{(5681)}轟動<4799>起來。{<5037>}眾人拿住<4884>(5660)與保羅<3972>同行<4898>的馬其頓人<3110>該猶<1050>和<2532>亞里達古<708>，齊心<3661>擁<3729>(5656)進<1519>戲園<2302>裡去。
And<2532> the whole<3650> city<4172> was filled<4130>(5681) with confusion<4799>: and<5037> having caught<4884>(5660) Gaius<1050> and<2532> Aristarchus<708>, men of Macedonia<3110>, Paul's<3972> companions in travel<4898>, they rushed<3729>(5656) with one accord<3661> into<1519> the theatre<2302>.
19:30 {<1161>}保羅<3972>想要<1014>(5740)進去<1525>(5658)，到<1519>百姓<1218>那裡，門徒<3101>卻不<3756>許<1439>(5707)他<846>去。
And<1161> when<1014><0> Paul<3972> would<1014>(5740) have entered<1525>(5629) in<1519> unto the people<1218>, the disciples<3101> suffered<1439>(5707) him<846> not<3756>.
19:31 還有<1161><2532>亞細亞幾位<5100>首領<775>，是<1510>(5723)保羅{<846>}的朋友<5384>，打發<3992>(5660)人來<4314>勸<3870>(5707)他<846>，{<1438>}不要<3361>冒險<1325>(5658)到<1519>戲園<2302>裡去。
And<1161><2532> certain<5100> of the chief of Asia<775>, which were<5607>(5752) his<846> friends<5384>, sent<3992>(5660) unto<4314> him<846>, desiring<3870>(5707) him that he would<1325><0> not<3361> adventure<1325>(5629) himself<1438> into<1519> the theatre<2302>.
19:32 {<1063>}聚集的人<1577>{<1510>}{(5707)}紛紛亂亂<4797>(5772)，{<3767>}{<3303>}有<243>喊叫<2896>(5707)這個的<5100>，有喊叫那個的<243>；{<2532>}大半<4183>不<3756>知道<3608a>(5715)是為甚麼<5101><1752>聚集<4905>(5715)。
Some<243> therefore<3767><3303> cried<2896>(5707) one thing<5100>, and some another<243>: for<1063> the assembly<1577> was<2258>(5713) confused<4797>(5772); and<2532> the more part<4119> knew<1492>(5715) not<3756> wherefore<5101><1752> they were come together<4905>(5715).
19:33 {<1161>}有人把亞力山大<223>從<1537>眾人<3793>中帶出來<4822>(5656)，猶太人<2453>推<4261>(5660)他<846>往前，亞力山大<223>就<1161>擺<2678>(5660)手<5495>，要<2309>(5707)向百姓<1218>分訴<626>(5738)；
And<1161> they drew<4264>(5656) Alexander<223> out of<1537> the multitude<3793>, the Jews<2453> putting<4261><0> him<846> forward<4261>(5660)(5625)<4261>(5723). And<1161> Alexander<223> beckoned<2678>(5660) with the hand<5495>, and would<2309>(5707) have made his defence<626>(5738) unto the people<1218>.
19:34 只因<1161>他們認出<1921>(5660){<3754>}他是<1510>(5719)猶太人<2453>，就大家<3956>{<1096>}{(5662)}同<1537><1520>聲<5456>喊著<2896>(5723)說：「大哉<3173>！以弗所人<2180>的亞底米<735>啊。」如此約有<5613>{<1909>}兩<1417>小時<5610>。
But<1161> when they knew<1921>(5631) that<3754> he was<2076>(5748) a Jew<2453>, all<3956><1096>(5633) with<1537> one<3391> voice<5456> about<5613> the space<1909> of two<1417> hours<5610> cried out<2896>(5723), Great<3173> is Diana<735> of the Ephesians<2180>.
19:35 {<1161>}那城裡的書記<1122>安撫<2687>(5660)了眾人<3793>，就說<5346>(5719)：「以弗所<2180>人<435>哪，誰<5101><1063><444>{<1510>}{(5719)}{<3739>}不<3756>知道<1097>(5719)以弗所人<2180>的城<4172>是<1510>(5723)看守<3511>大<3173>亞底米<735>的廟和<2532>從丟斯那裡落下來的像<1356>呢？
And<1161> when the townclerk<1122> had appeased<2687>(5660) the people<3793>, he said<5346>(5748), Ye men<435> of Ephesus<2180>, what<5101><1063> man<444> is there<2076>(5748) that<3739> knoweth<1097>(5719) not<3756> how that the city<4172> of the Ephesians<2180> is<5607>(5752) a worshipper<3511> of the great<3173> goddess<2299> Diana<735>, and<2532> of the image which fell down from Jupiter<1356>? {a worshipper: Gr. the temple keeper}
19:36 {<1510>}{(5723)}這事<3778>既<3767>是駁不倒的<368>，你們<4771>就當<1163>(5723)<1510>(5719){<5225>}{(5721)}安靜<2687>(5772)，{<2532>}不<3367>可造次<4238>(5721)<4312>。
Seeing<5607>(5752) then<3767> that these things<5130> cannot be spoken against<368>, ye<5209> ought<1163>(5752)<2076>(5748) to be<5225>(5721) quiet<2687>(5772), and<2532> to do<4238>(5721) nothing<3367> rashly<4312>.
19:37 {<1063>}你們把這些<3778>人<435>帶來<71>(5656)，他們並沒有<3777>偷竊廟中之物<2417>，也沒有<3777>謗讟<987>(5723)我們的<1473>女神<2316>。
For<1063> ye have brought hither<71>(5627) these<5128> men<435>, which are neither<3777> robbers of churches<2417>, nor yet<3777> blasphemers<987>(5723) of your<5216> goddess<2299>.
19:38 {<3303>}{<3767>}若是<1487>底米丟<1216>和<2532>他<846>同<4862>行<5079>的人有<2192>(5719)控告<4314>人<5100>的事<3056>，自有放告的日子（或譯：自有<71>(5743)公堂<60>），也<2532>有<1510>(5719)方伯<446>可以彼此<240>對告<1458>(5720)。
Wherefore<3303><3767> if<1487> Demetrius<1216>, and<2532> the craftsmen<5079> which are with<4862> him<846>, have<2192>(5719) a matter<3056> against<4314> any man<5100>, the law<60> is open<71>(5743), and<2532> there are<1526>(5748) deputies<446>: let them implead<1458>(5720) one another<240>. {the law...: or, the court days are kept}
19:39 {<1161>}你們若<1487>問<1934>(5719)別的<4007a>事<5100>，就可以照<1722>常例<1772>聚集<1577>斷定<1956>(5701)。
But<1161> if<1487> ye enquire<1934>(5719) any thing<5100> concerning<4012> other matters<2087>, it shall be determined<1956>(5701) in<1722> a lawful<1772> assembly<1577>. {lawful: or, ordinary}
19:40 {<1063>}{<2532>}{<4012>}今日的<4594>擾亂<4714>本是<5225>(5723)無<3367>緣<159>無故，我們難免<2793>(5719)被查問<1458>(5745)。論到<4012>這樣<3778>聚眾<4963>，我們也說<591>(5658)不出<3756><1410>(5695)所以然<3056>來{<4012>}{<3739>}。」
