6:1 {<1161>}{<1722>}那時<3778><2250>，門徒<3101>增多<4129>(5723)，有<1096>(5662)說希臘話<1675>的猶太人向<4314>希伯來人<1445>發怨言<1112>，因為<3754>在<1722>天天的<2522>供給<1248>上忽略<3865>(5712)了他們<846>的寡婦<5503>。
And<1161> in<1722> those<5025> days<2250>, when the number<4129><0> of the disciples<3101> was multiplied<4129>(5723), there arose<1096>(5633) a murmuring<1112> of the Grecians<1675> against<4314> the Hebrews<1445>, because<3754> their<846> widows<5503> were neglected<3865>(5712) in<1722> the daily<2522> ministration<1248>.
6:2 {<1161>}十二<1427>使徒叫<4341>(5671)眾<4128>門徒<3101>來，對他們說<3004>(5656)：「我們<1473>撇下<2641>(5660)　神<2316>的道<3056>去管理<1247>(5721)飯食<5132>，原是<1510>(5719)不<3756>合宜的<701>。
Then<1161> the twelve<1427> called<4341>(5666) the multitude<4128> of the disciples<3101> unto them , and said<2036>(5627), It is<2076>(5748) not<3756> reason<701> that we<2248> should leave<2641>(5660) the word<3056> of God<2316>, and serve<1247>(5721) tables<5132>.
6:3 所以{<1161>}弟兄<80>們，當從<1537>你們<4771>中間選出<1980>(5663)七個<2033>有好名聲<3140>(5746)、被聖靈<4151>充滿<4134>、{<2532>}智慧<4678>充足的人<435>，我們就派<2525>(5692)他們{<3739>}管理{<1909>}這<3778>事{<5532>}。
Wherefore<3767>, brethren<80>, look ye out<1980>(5663) among<1537> you<5216> seven<2033> men<435> of honest report<3140>(5746), full<4134> of the Holy<40> Ghost<4151> and<2532> wisdom<4678>, whom<3739> we may appoint<2525>(5692) over<1909> this<5026> business<5532>.
6:4 但<1161>我們<1473>要專心<4342>(5692)以祈禱<4335>、{<2532>}傳道<3056>為事{<1248>}。」
But<1161> we<2249> will give ourselves continually<4342>(5692) to prayer<4335>, and<2532> to the ministry<1248> of the word<3056>.
6:5 {<2532>}{<1799>}大眾<3956><4128>都喜悅<700>(5656)這話<3056>，就<2532>揀選<1586>(5668)了司提反<4736>，乃是大有信心<4102>、{<2532>}聖<40>靈<4151>充滿<4134>的人<435>，又<2532>揀選腓利<5376>、{<2532>}伯羅哥羅<4402>、{<2532>}尼迦挪<3527>、{<2532>}提門<5096>、{<2532>}巴米拿<3937>，並<2532>進猶太教的<4339>安提阿人<491>尼哥拉<3532>，
And<2532> the saying<3056> pleased<700>(5656)<1799> the whole<3956> multitude<4128>: and<2532> they chose<1586>(5668) Stephen<4736>, a man<435> full<4134> of faith<4102> and<2532> of the Holy<40> Ghost<4151>, and<2532> Philip<5376>, and<2532> Prochorus<4402>, and<2532> Nicanor<3527>, and<2532> Timon<5096>, and<2532> Parmenas<3937>, and<2532> Nicolas<3532> a proselyte<4339> of Antioch<491>:
6:6 叫他們{<3739>}站<2476>(5656)在<1799>使徒<652>面前。{<2532>}使徒禱告<4336>(5666)了，就按<2007>(5656)手<5495>在他們<846>頭上。
Whom<3739> they set<2476>(5627) before<1799> the apostles<652>: and<2532> when they had prayed<4336>(5666), they laid<2007><0> their hands<5495> on<2007>(5656) them<846>.
6:7 {<2532>}　神<2316>的道<3056>興旺起來<837>(5707)；{<2532>}在<1722>耶路撒冷<2414>門徒<3101>數目<706>加增<4129>(5712)的甚多<4970>，也有<5037>許多<4183><3793>祭司<2409>信從<5219>(5707)了這道<4102>。
And<2532> the word<3056> of God<2316> increased<837>(5707); and<2532> the number<706> of the disciples<3101> multiplied<4129>(5712) in<1722> Jerusalem<2419> greatly<4970>; and<5037> a great<4183> company<3793> of the priests<2409> were obedient<5219>(5707) to the faith<4102>.
6:8 {<1161>}司提反<4736>滿<4134>得恩惠<5485>、{<2532>}能力<1411>，在<1722>民間<2992>行<4160>(5707)了大<3173>奇事<5059>和<2532>神蹟<4592>。
And<1161> Stephen<4736>, full<4134> of faith<4102> and<2532> power<1411>, did<4160>(5707) great<3173> wonders<5059> and<2532> miracles<4592> among<1722> the people<2992>.
6:9 當時<1161>{<3588>}有{<1537>}稱<3004>(5746)利百地拿<3032>會堂<4864>的幾個人<5100>，並<2532>有古利奈<2956>、{<2532>}亞力山大<221>、{<2532>}{<575>}基利家<2791>、{<2532>}亞細亞<773>各處會堂的幾個人，都起來<450>(5656)和司提反<4736>辯論<4802>(5723)。
Then<1161> there arose<450>(5656) certain<5100> of<1537> the synagogue<4864>, which<3588> is called<3004>(5746) the synagogue of the Libertines<3032>, and<2532> Cyrenians<2956>, and<2532> Alexandrians<221>, and<2532> of them of<575> Cilicia<2791> and<2532> of Asia<773>, disputing<4802>(5723) with Stephen<4736>.
6:10 {<2532>}司提反{<3739>}是以智慧<4678>和<2532>聖靈<4151>說話<2980>(5707)，眾人敵擋<436>(5658)不住<3756><2480>(5707)，
And<2532> they were<2480><0> not<3756> able<2480>(5707) to resist<436>(5629) the wisdom<4678> and<2532> the spirit<4151> by which<3739> he spake<2980>(5707).
6:11 {<5119>}就買出<5260>(5656)人<435>來說<3004>(5723)：「{<3754>}我們聽見<191>(5758)他<846>說<2980>(5723)謗讟<989><1519>摩西<3475>和<2532>　神<2316>的話<4487>。」
Then<5119> they suborned<5260>(5627) men<435>, which said<3004>(5723),<3754> We have heard<191>(5754) him<846> speak<2980>(5723) blasphemous<989> words<4487> against<1519> Moses<3475>, and<2532> against God<2316>.
6:12 他們又<5037>聳動<4787>(5656)了百姓<2992>、{<2532>}長老<4245>，並<2532>文士<1122>，就<2532>忽然來<2186>(5660)捉拿<4884>(5656)他<846>，{<2532>}把他帶<71>(5656)到<1519>公會<4892>去，
And<5037> they stirred up<4787>(5656) the people<2992>, and<2532> the elders<4245>, and<2532> the scribes<1122>, and<2532> came upon<2186>(5631) him , and caught<4884>(5656) him<846>, and<2532> brought<71>(5627) him to<1519> the council<4892>,
6:13 {<5037>}設下<2476>(5656)假<5571>見證<3144>，說<3004>(5723)：「這個<3778>人<444>說話<2980>(5723)，不住地<3756><3973>(5731)糟踐{<4487>}{<2596>}{<3778>}聖<40>所<5117>和<2532>律法<3551>。
And<5037> set up<2476>(5627) false<5571> witnesses<3144>, which said<3004>(5723), This<5127> man<444> ceaseth<3973>(5731) not<3756> to speak<2980>(5723) blasphemous<989> words<4487> against<2596> this<3778> holy<40> place<5117>, and<2532> the law<3551>:
6:14 {<1063>}我們曾聽見<191>(5758)他<846>說<3004>(5723)，{<3754>}這<3778>拿撒勒人<3480>耶穌<2424>要毀壞<2647>(5692)此<3778>地<5117>，也<2532>要改變<236>(5692){<3739>}摩西<3475>所交<3860>(5656)給我們<1473>的規條<1485>。」
For<1063> we have heard<191>(5754) him<846> say<3004>(5723), that<3754> this<5126> Jesus<2424> of Nazareth<3480> shall destroy<2647>(5692) this<3778> place<5117>, and<2532> shall change<236>(5692) the customs<1485> which<3739> Moses<3475> delivered<3860>(5656) us<2254>. {customs: or, rites}
6:15 {<2532>}{<3956>}在<1722>公會<4892>裡坐著<2516>(5740)的人都定睛看<816>(5660){<1519>}他<846>，見<3708>(5656)他<846>的面貌<4383>，好像<5616>天使<32>的面貌<4383>。
And<2532> all<537> that sat<2516>(5740) in<1722> the council<4892>, looking stedfastly<816>(5660) on<1519> him<846>, saw<1492>(5627) his<846> face<4383> as it had been<5616> the face<4383> of an angel<32>.
