Now<1161> before<4253> the feast<1859> of the passover<3957>, when Jesus<2424> knew<1492>(5761) that<3754> his<846> hour<5610> was come<2064>(5754) that<2443> he should depart<3327>(5632) out of<1537> this<5127> world<2889> unto<4314> the Father<3962>, having loved<25>(5660) his own<2398> which<3588> were in<1722> the world<2889>, he loved<25>(5656) them<846> unto<1519> the end<5056>.
13:2 {<2532>}吃晚飯<1173>的時候{<1096>}{(5740)}，魔鬼<1228>已<2235>將<2443>賣<3860>(5661)耶穌{<846>}的意思放<906>(5761)在<1519>西門<4613>的兒子加略人<2469>猶大<2455>心<2588>裡。
And<2532> supper<1173> being ended<1096>(5637), the devil<1228> having now<2235> put<906>(5761) into<1519> the heart<2588> of Judas<2455> Iscariot<2469>, Simon's<4613> son , to<2443> betray<3860>(5632) him<846>;
13:3 耶穌知道<3608a>(5761){<3754>}父<3962>已將萬有<3956>交在<1325>(5656)他<846>手<5495>裡<1519>，且<2532>{<3754>}知道自己是<1831>(5656)從<575>　神<2316>出來的，又<2532>要歸<5217>(5719)到<4314>　神<2316>那裡去，
Jesus<2424> knowing<1492>(5761) that<3754> the Father<3962> had given<1325>(5758) all things<3956> into<1519> his<846> hands<5495>, and<2532> that<3754> he was come<1831>(5627) from<575> God<2316>, and<2532> went<5217>(5719) to<4314> God<2316>;
13:4 就離<1537>席<1173>站起來<1453>(5743)，{<2532>}脫了<5087>(5719)衣服<2440>，{<2532>}拿<2983>(5660)一條手巾<3012>束<1241>(5656)腰{<1438>}，
He riseth<1453>(5743) from<1537> supper<1173>, and<2532> laid aside<5087>(5719) his garments<2440>; and<2532> took<2983>(5631) a towel<3012>, and girded<1241>(5656) himself<1438>.
13:5 隨後<1534>把水<5204>倒<906>(5719)在<1519>盆<3537>裡，{<2532>}就<757>(5668)洗<3538>(5721)門徒<3101>的腳<4228>，並<2532>用<1510>(5707)自己所<3739>束<1241>(5765)的手巾<3012>擦乾<1591>(5721)。
After that<1534> he poureth<906>(5719) water<5204> into<1519> a bason<3537>, and<2532> began<756>(5662) to wash<3538>(5721) the disciples<3101>' feet<4228>, and<2532> to wipe<1591>(5721) them with the towel<3012> wherewith<3739> he was<2258>(5713) girded<1241>(5772).
13:6 <3767>挨<2064>(5736)到<4314>西門<4613>•彼得<4074>，彼得對他<846>說<3004>(5719)：「主<2962>啊，你<4771>洗<3538>(5719)我<1473>的腳<4228>嗎？」
Then<3767> cometh he<2064>(5736) to<4314> Simon<4613> Peter<4074>: and<2532> Peter<1565> saith<3004>(5719) unto him<846>, Lord<2962>, dost<3538><0> thou<4771> wash<3538>(5719) my<3450> feet<4228>? {Peter saith: Gr. he saith}
13:7 耶穌<2424>回答<611>(5675){<2532>}說<3004>(5656){<846>}：「我<1473>所<3739>做<4160>(5719)的，你<4771>如今<737>不<3756>知道<3608a>(5758)，{<1161>}後來<3326><3778>必明白<1097>(5695)。」
Jesus<2424> answered<611>(5662) and<2532> said<2036>(5627) unto him<846>, What<3739> I<1473> do<4160>(5719) thou<4771> knowest<1492>(5758) not<3756> now<737>; but<1161> thou shalt know<1097>(5695) hereafter<3326><5023>.
13:8 彼得<4074>{<846>}說<3004>(5719)：「你永<1519><165>不<3756><3361>可洗<3538>(5661)我<1473>的腳<4228>！」耶穌<2424>說<611>(5675){<846>}：「我若不<1437><3361>洗<3538>(5661)你<4771>，你就<2192>(5719)與<3326>我<1473>無<3756>分<3313>了。」
Peter<4074> saith<3004>(5719) unto him<846>, Thou shalt<3538><0> never<1519><165><3364> wash<3538>(5661) my<3450> feet<4228>. Jesus<2424> answered<611>(5662) him<846>, If<3362><0> I wash<3538>(5661) thee<4571> not<3362>, thou hast<2192>(5719) no<3756> part<3313> with<3326> me<1700>.
13:9 西門<4613>•彼得<4074>說<3004>(5719){<846>}：「主<2962>啊，不<3361>但<3441>我<1473>的腳<4228>，{<235>}連<2532>手<5495>和<2532>頭<2776>也要洗。」
Simon<4613> Peter<4074> saith<3004>(5719) unto him<846>, Lord<2962>, not<3361> my<3450> feet<4228> only<3440>, but<235> also<2532> my hands<5495> and<2532> my head<2776>.
13:10 耶穌<2424>說<3004>(5719){<846>}：「凡洗<3068>(5765)過澡的人，{<5532>}{<3756>}{<2192>}{(5719)}只要<1487><3361>把腳<4228>一洗<3538>(5670)，{<235>}全身<3650>就{<1510>}{(5719)}乾淨<2513>了。{<2532>}你們<4771>是<1510>(5719)乾淨<2513>的，然而<235>不<3780>都<3956>是乾淨的。」
Jesus<2424> saith<3004>(5719) to him<846>, He that is washed<3068>(5772) needeth<5532> not<3756><2192>(5719) save<2228> to wash<3538>(5670) his feet<4228>, but<235> is<2076>(5748) clean<2513> every whit<3650>: and<2532> ye<5210> are<2075>(5748) clean<2513>, but<235> not<3780> all<3956>.
13:11 耶穌原<1063>知道<3608a>(5715)要賣<3860>(5723)他<846>的是誰<3588>，所以<3778><1223>說<3004>(5656){<3754>}：「你們不<3780>都<3956>是<1510>(5719)乾淨<2513>的。」
For<1063> he knew<1492>(5715) who<3588> should betray<3860>(5723) him<846>; therefore<5124><1223> said he<2036>(5627), Ye are<2075>(5748) not<3780> all<3956> clean<2513>.
13:12 {<3767>}耶穌洗<3538>(5656)完了<3753>他們<846>的腳<4228>，{<2532>}就穿<2983>(5656)上{<846>}衣服<2440>，{<2532>}又<3825>坐<377>(5656)下，對他們<846>說<3004>(5656)：「我向你們<4771>所做<4160>(5758)的{<5101>}，你們明白<1097>(5719)嗎？
So<3767> after<3753> he had washed<3538>(5656) their<846> feet<4228>, and<2532> had taken<2983>(5627) his<846> garments<2440>, and was set down<377>(5631) again<3825>, he said<2036>(5627) unto them<846>, Know ye<1097>(5719)(5720) what<5101> I have done<4160>(5758) to you<5213>?
13:13 你們<4771>稱呼<5455>(5719)我<1473>夫子<1320>，{<2532>}稱呼我主<2962>，{<2532>}你們說<3004>(5719)的不錯<2573>，我本來<1063>是<1510>(5719)。
Ye<5210> call<5455>(5719) me<3165> Master<1320> and<2532> Lord<2962>: and<2532> ye say<3004>(5719) well<2573>; for<1063> so I am<1510>(5748).
13:14 {<1487>}我<1473>{<3767>}是你們的主<2962>，{<2532>}你們的夫子<1320>，尚且洗<3538>(5656)你們<4771>的腳<4228>，你們<4771>也<2532>當<3784>(5719)彼此<240>洗<3538>(5721)腳<4228>。
If<1487> I<1473> then<3767>, your Lord<2962> and<2532> Master<1320>, have washed<3538>(5656) your<5216> feet<4228>; ye<5210> also<2532> ought<3784>(5719) to wash<3538>(5721) one another's<240> feet<4228>.
13:15 {<1063>}我給<1325>(5656)你們<4771>作了榜樣<5262>，叫<2443>你們<4771>照著<2531><2532>我<1473>向你們<4771>所做<4160>(5656)的去做<4160>(5725)。
For<1063> I have given<1325>(5656) you<5213> an example<5262>, that<2443> ye<5210> should do<4160>(5725) as<2531><2532> I<1473> have done<4160>(5656) to you<5213>.
13:16 我實實<281>在在地<281>告訴<3004>(5719)你們<4771>，僕人<1401>不<3756>能<1510>(5719)大於<3173>{<846>}主人<2962>，差人<652>也<3761>不能大於<3173>差<3992>(5660)他<846>的人。
Verily<281>, verily<281>, I say<3004>(5719) unto you<5213>, The servant<1401> is<2076>(5748) not<3756> greater than<3187> his<846> lord<2962>; neither<3761> he that is sent<652> greater than<3187> he that sent<3992>(5660) him<846>.
13:17 你們既<1487>知道<3608a>(5758)這事<3778>，若<1437>是去行<4160>(5725){<846>}就有<1510>(5719)福<3107>了。
If<1487> ye know<1492>(5758) these things<5023>, happy<3107> are ye<2075>(5748) if<1437> ye do<4160>(5725) them<846>.
13:18 我這話不<3756>是指著<4012>你們<4771>眾人<3956>說<3004>(5719)的，我<1473>知道<3608a>(5758)我所揀選<1586>(5668)的是誰<5101>。{<235>}{<2443>}現在要應驗<4137>(5686)經<1124>上的話，說：『同我<1473>吃<5176>(5723)飯<740>的人用{<846>}腳<4418>踢<1869>(5656)<1909>我<1473>。』
I speak<3004>(5719) not<3756> of<4012> you<5216> all<3956>: I<1473> know<1492>(5758) whom<3739> I have chosen<1586>(5668): but<235> that<2443> the scripture<1124> may be fulfilled<4137>(5686), He that eateth<5176>(5723) bread<740> with<3326> me<1700> hath lifted up<1869>(5656) his<846> heel<4418> against<1909> me<1691>.
13:19 如今<575><737>事情還沒有成就<1096>(5664)，我要先<4253>告訴<3004>(5719)你們<4771>，叫<2443>你們到事情成就<1096>(5667)的時候<3752>可以信<4100>(5661){<3754>}我<1473>是<1510>(5719)基督。
Now<575><737> I tell<3004>(5719) you<5213> before<4253> it come<1096>(5635), that<2443>, when<3752> it is come to pass<1096>(5638), ye may believe<4100>(5661) that<3754> I<1473> am<1510>(5748) he . {Now: or, From henceforth}
13:20 我實實<281>在在地<281>告訴<3004>(5719)你們<4771>，有人接待<2983>(5723){<302>}我所差遣<3992>(5661)的<5100>，就是接待<2983>(5719)我<1473>；{<1161>}接待<2983>(5723)我<1473>，就是接待<2983>(5719)那差遣<3992>(5660)我<1473>的。」
Verily<281>, verily<281>, I say<3004>(5719) unto you<5213>, He that receiveth<2983>(5723) whomsoever<1437><5100> I send<3992>(5661) receiveth<2983>(5719) me<1691>; and<1161> he that receiveth<2983>(5723) me<1691> receiveth<2983>(5719) him that sent<3992>(5660) me<3165>.
13:21 耶穌<2424>說<3004>(5660)了這話<3778>，心<4151>裡憂愁<5015>(5681)，就<2532>明{<3140>}{(5656)}{<2532>}說<3004>(5656)：「我實實<281>在在地<281>告訴<3004>(5719)你們<4771>，{<3754>}你們<4771>中間<1537>有一個人<1520>要賣<3860>(5692)我<1473>了。」
When Jesus<2424> had<2036><0> thus<5023> said<2036>(5631), he was troubled<5015>(5681) in spirit<4151>, and<2532> testified<3140>(5656), and<2532> said<2036>(5627), Verily<281>, verily<281>, I say<3004>(5719) unto you<5213>, that<3754> one<1520> of<1537> you<5216> shall betray<3860>(5692) me<3165>.
13:22 門徒<3101>彼此<1519><240>對看<991>(5707)，猜不透<639>(5734)所<4012>說<3004>(5719)的是誰<5101>。
Then<3767> the disciples<3101> looked<991>(5707) one on another<1519><240>, doubting<639>(5734) of<4012> whom<5101> he spake<3004>(5719).
13:23 有<1510>(5707)一個<1520>{<1537>}{<846>}門徒<3101>，是耶穌<2424>所愛<25>(5707)的{<3739>}，側身挨近<345>(5740)耶穌<2424>的懷<2859>裡<1722>。
Now<1161> there was<2258>(5713) leaning<345>(5740) on<1722> Jesus<2424>' bosom<2859> one<1520> of his<846> disciples<3101>, whom<3739> Jesus<2424> loved<25>(5707).
13:24 {<3767>}西門<4613>•彼得<4074>點頭<3506>(5719)對他<3778>說<4441>(5664)：「你告訴我們，{<5101>}{<302>}{<1510>}{(5722)}主是指著<4012>誰<3739>說的<3004>(5719)。」
Simon<4613> Peter<4074> therefore<3767> beckoned<3506>(5719) to him<5129>, that he should ask<4441>(5635) who<5101> it should<302> be<1498>(5751) of<4012> whom<3739> he spake<3004>(5719).
13:25 那門徒{<1565>}便就勢<3767><3779>靠著<377>(5660)<1909>耶穌<2424>的胸膛<4738>，問他<846>說<3004>(5719)：「主啊<2962>，是<1510>(5719)誰<5101>呢？」
He<1565> then<1161> lying on<1968>(5631)<1909> Jesus<2424>' breast<4738> saith<3004>(5719) unto him<846>, Lord<2962>, who<5101> is it<2076>(5748)?
13:26 耶穌<2424>回答<611>(5736)說：「我<1473>蘸<911>(5692)一點餅<5596>{<2532>}給<1325>(5692)誰<3739><846>，就是<1510>(5719)誰{<1565>}。」{<3767>}耶穌就蘸<911>(5660)了一點餅<5596>，遞<2983>(5719){<2532>}給<1325>(5719)加略人<2469>西門<4613>的兒子猶大<2455>。
Jesus<2424> answered<611>(5736), He<1565> it is<2076>(5748), to whom<3739> I shall give<1929>(5692) a sop<5596>, when I<1473> have dipped<911>(5660) it . And<2532> when he had dipped<1686>(5660) the sop<5596>, he gave<1325>(5719) it to Judas<2455> Iscariot<2469>, the son of Simon<4613>. {sop: or, morsel}
13:27 {<2532>}他吃了{<5596>}{<5119>}以後<3326>，撒但<4567>就入<1525>(5656)了<1519>他<1565>的心。{<3767>}耶穌<2424>便對他<846>說<3004>(5719)：「你所<3739>做<4160>(5719)的，快<5032>做<4160>(5657)吧！」
And<2532> after<3326> the sop<5596><5119> Satan<4567> entered<1525>(5627) into<1519> him<1565>. Then<3767> said<3004>(5719) Jesus<2424> unto him<846>, That<3739> thou doest<4160>(5719), do<4160>(5657) quickly<5032>.
13:28 {<1161>}同席<345>(5740)的人<3762>沒有一個知道<1097>(5656)是{<5101>}為甚麼<4314>對他<846>說<3004>(5656)這<3778>話。
Now<1161> no man<3762> at the table<345>(5740) knew<1097>(5627) for what<4314> intent<5101> he spake<2036>(5627) this<5124> unto him<846>.
13:29 {<1063>}有人<5100>因<1893>猶大<2455>帶著<2192>(5707)錢囊<1101>，以為<1380>(5707){<3754>}耶穌<2424>是對他<846>說<3004>(5719)：「你去買<59>(5657)我們過<1519>節<1859>所{<3739>}應<2192>(5719)用<5532>的東西」，或<2228>是叫<2443>他拿甚麼<5100>賙濟<1325>(5661)窮人<4434>。
For<1063> some<5100> of them thought<1380>(5707), because<1893> Judas<2455> had<2192>(5707) the bag<1101>, that<3754> Jesus<2424> had said<3004>(5719) unto him<846>, Buy<59>(5657) those things that<3739> we have<2192>(5719) need of<5532> against<1519> the feast<1859>; or<2228>, that<2443> he should give<1325>(5632) something<5100> to the poor<4434>.
13:30 猶大{<1565>}受了<2983>(5660)那點餅<5596>，立刻<2117>就<3767>出去<1831>(5656)。{<1161>}那時候是<1510>(5707)夜間<3571>了。
He<1565> then<3767> having received<2983>(5631) the sop<5596> went<1831><0> immediately<2112> out<1831>(5627): and<1161> it was<2258>(5713) night<3571>.
13:31 {<3767>}{<3753>}他既出去<1831>(5656)，耶穌<2424>就說<3004>(5719)：「如今<3568>人<444>子<5207>得了榮耀<1392>(5681)，{<2532>}　神<2316>在<1722>人子{<846>}身上也得了榮耀<1392>(5681)。
Therefore<3767>, when<3753> he was gone out<1831>(5627), Jesus<2424> said<3004>(5719), Now<3568> is<1392><0> the Son<5207> of man<444> glorified<1392>(5681), and<2532> God<2316> is glorified<1392>(5681) in<1722> him<846>.
13:32 {<1487>}{<2316>}{<1392>}{(5681)}{<1722>}{<846>}{<2532>}　神<2316>要因<1722>自己<846>榮耀<1392>(5692)人子<846>，並且<2532>要快快地<2117>榮耀<1392>(5692)他<846>。
If<1487> God<2316> be glorified<1392>(5681) in<1722> him<846>, God<2316> shall<1392><0> also<2532> glorify<1392>(5692) him<846> in<1722> himself<1438>, and<2532> shall<1392><0> straightway<2117> glorify<1392>(5692) him<846>.
13:33 小子們<5040>，我還<2089>有不多的時候<3398>與<3326>你們<4771>同在<1510>(5719)；後來你們要找<2212>(5692)我<1473>，但我所去<5217>(5719)的地方<3699>你們<4771>不<3756>能<1410>(5736)到<2064>(5658)。{<2532>}{<2531>}這話我<1473>曾<3754>對猶太人<2453>說過<3004>(5656)，如今<737>也照樣<2532>對你們<4771>說<3004>(5719)。
Little children<5040>, yet<2089> a little while<3397> I am<1510>(5748) with<3326> you<5216>. Ye shall seek<2212>(5692) me<3165>: and<2532> as<2531> I said<2036>(5627) unto the Jews<2453>,<3754> Whither<3699> I<1473> go<5217>(5719), ye<5210> cannot<3756><1410>(5736) come<2064>(5629); so<2532> now<737> I say<3004>(5719) to you<5213>.
13:34 我賜給<1325>(5719)你們<4771>一條新<2537>命令<1785>，乃是叫<2443>你們彼此<240>相愛<25>(5725)；我怎樣<2531>愛<25>(5656)你們<4771>，你們<4771>也<2532>要<2443>怎樣相<240>愛<25>(5725)。
A new<2537> commandment<1785> I give<1325>(5719) unto you<5213>, That<2443> ye love<25>(5725) one another<240>; as<2531> I have loved<25>(5656) you<5209>, that<2443> ye<5210> also<2532> love<25>(5725) one another<240>.
13:35 你們若<1437>有<2192>(5725)彼此<1722><240>相愛<26>的心，眾人<3956>因<1722>此<3778>就認出<1097>(5695){<3754>}你們是<1510>(5719)我<1699>的門徒<3101>了。」
By<1722> this<5129> shall<1097><0> all<3956> men know<1097>(5695) that<3754> ye are<2075>(5748) my<1699> disciples<3101>, if<1437> ye have<2192>(5725) love<26> one to another<1722><240>.
13:36 西門<4613>•彼得<4074>問耶穌{<846>}說<3004>(5719)：「主<2962>往哪裡<4226>去<5217>(5719)？」耶穌<2424>回答<611>(5675){<846>}說：「我所去<5217>(5719)的地方<3699>，你現在<3568>不<3756>能<1410>(5736)跟<190>(5658)我去，後來<5305>卻<1161>要跟<190>(5692)我<1473>去。」
Simon<4613> Peter<4074> said<3004>(5719) unto him<846>, Lord<2962>, whither<4226> goest<5217>(5719) thou? Jesus<2424> answered<611>(5662) him<846>, Whither<3699> I go<5217>(5719), thou canst<1410>(5736) not<3756> follow<190>(5658) me<3427> now<3568>; but<1161> thou shalt follow<190>(5692) me<3427> afterwards<5305>.
13:37 彼得<4074>說<3004>(5719){<846>}：「主<2962>啊，我為甚麼<1223><5101>現在<737>不<3756>能<1410>(5736)跟<190>(5658)你<4771>去？我願意為<5228>你<4771>捨<5087>(5692){<1473>}命<5590>！」
Peter<4074> said<3004>(5719) unto him<846>, Lord<2962>, why<1302> cannot<3756><1410>(5736) I follow<190>(5658) thee<4671> now<737>? I will lay down<5087>(5692) my<3450> life<5590> for<5228> thy sake<4675>.
13:38 耶穌<2424>說<611>(5736)：「你願意為<5228>我<1473>捨<5087>(5692){<4771>}命<5590>嗎？我實實<281>在在地<281>告訴<3004>(5719)你<4771>，雞<220>{<3756>}{<3361>}叫<5455>(5661)以先，{<2193>}{<3739>}你要三次<5151>不認<720>(5695)我<1473>。」
Jesus<2424> answered<611>(5662) him<846>, Wilt thou lay down<5087>(5692) thy<4675> life<5590> for<5228> my sake<1700>? Verily<281>, verily<281>, I say<3004>(5719) unto thee<4671>, The cock<220> shall<5455><0> not<3364> crow<5455>(5692), till<2193><3739> thou hast denied<533>(5695) me<3165> thrice<5151>.
