9:1 以色列啊<03478>，不要<0408>像外邦人<09003><05971>歡喜<08055>(8799){<0413>}快樂<01524>；因為<03588>你行邪淫<02181>(8804)離棄<04480><05921>你的上帝<0430>，在<05921>各<03605>穀<01715>場上<01637>如妓女喜愛<0157>(8804)賞賜<0868>。
Rejoice<08055>(8799) not, O Israel<03478>, for joy<01524>, as other people<05971>: for thou hast gone a whoring<02181>(8804) from thy God<0430>, thou hast loved<0157>(8804) a reward<0868> upon every cornfloor<01637><01715>. {upon: or, in, etc}
9:2 穀場<01637>和酒醡<03342>都不<03808>夠以色列人使用<07462>(8799)；新酒<08492>也必缺乏<03584>(8762){<09002>}。
The floor<01637> and the winepress<03342> shall not feed<07462>(8799) them, and the new wine<08492> shall fail<03584>(8762) in her. {winepress: or, winefat}
9:3 他們必不得<03808>住<03427>(8799)耶和華<03068>的地<09002><0776>；以法蓮<0669>卻要歸回<07725>(8804)埃及<04714>，必在亞述<09002><0804>吃<0398>(8799)不潔淨的食物<02931>。
They shall not dwell<03427>(8799) in the LORD'S<03068> land<0776>; but Ephraim<0669> shall return<07725>(8804) to Egypt<04714>, and they shall eat<0398>(8799) unclean<02931> things in Assyria<0804>.
9:4 他們必不<03808>得向耶和華<09001><03068>奠<05258>(8799)酒<03196>，即便奠酒也不<03808>蒙悅納<06149>(8799){<09001>}。他們的祭物<02077>必如居喪者<0205>的食物<09003><03899>{<09001>}，凡<03605>吃<0398>(8802)的必被玷污<02930>(8691)；因<03588>他們的食物<03899>只為自己的口腹<09001><05315>，必不<03808>奉入<0935>(8799)耶和華<03068>的殿<01004>。
They shall not offer<05258>(8799) wine<03196> offerings to the LORD<03068>, neither shall they be pleasing<06149>(8799) unto him: their sacrifices<02077> shall be unto them as the bread<03899> of mourners<0205>; all that eat<0398>(8802) thereof shall be polluted<02930>(8691): for their bread<03899> for their soul<05315> shall not come<0935>(8799) into the house<01004> of the LORD<03068>.
9:5 在大會<04150>的日子<09001><03117>，到耶和華<03068>的節<02282>期<09001><03117>，你們怎樣<04100>行<06213>(8799)呢？
What will ye do<06213>(8799) in the solemn<04150> day<03117>, and in the day<03117> of the feast<02282> of the LORD<03068>?
9:6 {<03588>}看哪<02009>，他們逃避<01980>(8804)災難<04480><07701>；埃及人<04714>必收殮<06908>(8762)他們的屍首，摩弗人<04644>必葬埋<06912>(8762)他們的骸骨。他們用銀子<09001><03701>做的美物<04261>上必長<03423>(8799)蒺藜<07057>；他們的帳棚中<09002><0168>必生荊棘<02336>。
For, lo, they are gone<01980>(8804) because of destruction<07701>: Egypt<04714> shall gather them up<06908>(8762), Memphis<04644> shall bury<06912>(8762) them: the pleasant<04261> places for their silver<03701>, nettles<07057> shall possess<03423>(8799) them: thorns<02336> shall be in their tabernacles<0168>. {destruction: Heb. spoil} {the...: or, their silver shall be desired, the nettle, etc.: Heb. the desire}
9:7 以色列人<03478>必知道<03045>(8799)降罰<06486>的日子<03117>臨近<0935>(8804)，報應<07966>的時候<03117>來到<0935>(8804)。民說：作先知<05030>的是愚昧<0191>；受靈感的<07307><0376>是狂妄<07696>(8794)，皆因<05921>他們多多<07230>作孽<05771>，大<07227>懷怨恨<04895>。

9:8 以法蓮<0669>曾作{<05973>}我上帝<0430>守望的<06822>(8802)；至於先知<05030>，在<05921>他一切的<03605>道<01870>上作為捕鳥<03352>人的網羅<06341>，在他上帝<0430>的家中<09002><01004>懷怨恨<04895>。
The watchman<06822>(8802) of Ephraim<0669> was with my God<0430>: but the prophet<05030> is a snare<06341> of a fowler<03352> in all his ways<01870>, and hatred<04895> in the house<01004> of his God<0430>. {in the: or, against the}
9:9 以法蓮深深地<06009>(8689)敗壞<07843>(8765)，如在基比亞<01390>的日子<09003><03117>一樣。耶和華必記念<02142>(8799)他們的罪孽<05771>，追討<06485>(8799)他們的罪惡<02403>。
They have deeply<06009>(8689) corrupted<07843>(8765) themselves , as in the days<03117> of Gibeah<01390>: therefore he will remember<02142>(8799) their iniquity<05771>, he will visit<06485>(8799) their sins<02403>.
9:10 主說：我遇見<04672>(8804)以色列<03478>如葡萄<09003><06025>在曠野<09002><04057>；我看見<07200>(8804)你們的列祖<01>如無花果樹<09002><08384>上春季<09002><07225>初熟的果子<09003><01063>。他們<01992>卻來到<0935>(8804)巴力‧毘珥<01187>專拜<05144>(8735)那可羞恥的<09001><01322>，就成為<01961>可憎惡的<08251>，與他們所愛<09003><0157>(8800)的一樣。
I found<04672>(8804) Israel<03478> like grapes<06025> in the wilderness<04057>; I saw<07200>(8804) your fathers<01> as the firstripe<01063> in the fig tree<08384> at her first time<07225>: but they went<0935>(8804) to Baalpeor<01187>, and separated<05144>(8735) themselves unto that shame<01322>; and their abominations<08251> were according as they loved<0157>(8800).
9:11 至於以法蓮人<0669>，他們的榮耀<03519>必如鳥<09003><05775>飛去<05774>(8709)，必不生產<04480><03205>(8800)，不懷胎<04480><0990>，不成孕<04480><02032>。
As for Ephraim<0669>, their glory<03519> shall fly away<05774>(8709) like a bird<05775>, from the birth<03205>(8800), and from the womb<0990>, and from the conception<02032>.
9:12 縱然<03588><0518>養大<01431>(8762){<0853>}兒女<01121>，我卻必使他們喪<07921>(8765)子，甚至不留一個<04480><0120>。我離棄<09002><05493>(8800)他們<04480>，他們<09001>就{<03588>}{<01571>}有禍<0188>了。
Though they bring up<01431>(8762) their children<01121>, yet will I bereave<07921>(8765) them, that there shall not be a man<0120> left : yea, woe<0188> also to them when I depart<05493>(8800) from them!
9:13 我看<07200>(8804)以法蓮<0669>如<09003><0834>泰爾<09001><06865>栽<08362>(8803)於美地<09002><05116>。以法蓮<0669>卻要將自己的兒女<01121>帶出來<09001><03318>(8687)，交與<0413>行殺戮的人<02026>(8802)。
Ephraim<0669>, as I saw<07200>(8804) Tyrus<06865>, is planted<08362>(8803) in a pleasant place<05116>: but Ephraim<0669> shall bring forth<03318>(8687) his children<01121> to the murderer<02026>(8802).
9:14 耶和華<03068>啊，求你加<05414>(8798)給他們<09001>─加<05414>(8799)甚麼呢<04100>？要使<05414>(8798)他們<09001>胎<07358>墜<07921>(8688)乳<07699>乾<06784>(8802)。
Give<05414>(8798) them, O LORD<03068>: what wilt thou give<05414>(8799)? give<05414>(8798) them a miscarrying<07921>(8688) womb<07358> and dry<06784>(8802) breasts<07699>. {miscarrying: Heb. that casteth the fruit}
9:15 耶和華說：他們一切的<03605>惡事<07451>都在吉甲<09002><01537>；我在那裡<03588><08033>憎惡他們<08130>(8804)。因<05921>他們所行<04611>的惡<07455>，我必從我地<04480><01004>上趕出他們去<01644>(8762)，不<03808>再<03254>(8686)憐愛他們<0160>；他們的首領<08269>都<03605>是悖逆的<05637>(8802)。
All their wickedness<07451> is in Gilgal<01537>: for there I hated<08130>(8804) them: for the wickedness<07455> of their doings<04611> I will drive them out<01644>(8762) of mine house<01004>, I will love<0160> them no more<03254>(8686): all their princes<08269> are revolters<05637>(8802).
9:16 以法蓮<0669>受責罰<05221>(8717)，根本<08328>枯乾<03001>(8804)，必不能<01077>結<06213>(8799)果<06529>，即或<01571><03588>生產<03205>(8799)，我必殺<04191>(8689)他們所生<0990>的愛子<04261>。
Ephraim<0669> is smitten<05221>(8717), their root<08328> is dried up<03001>(8804), they shall bear<06213>(8799) no fruit<06529>: yea, though they bring forth<03205>(8799), yet will I slay<04191>(8689) even the beloved<04261> fruit of their womb<0990>. {the...: Heb. the desires}
9:17 我的上帝<0430>必棄絕他們<03988>(8799)，因為<03588>他們不<03808>聽從<08085>(8804)他<09001>；他們也必<01961>飄流<05074>(8802)在列國中<09002><01471>。
My God<0430> will cast them away<03988>(8799), because they did not hearken<08085>(8804) unto him: and they shall be wanderers<05074>(8802) among the nations<01471>.
