22:1 「人<0376>若<03588>偷<01589>(8799)牛<07794>或<0176>羊<07716>，無論<0176>是宰了<02873>(8804)，是賣了<04376>(8804)，他就要以<07999>(8762)五<02568>牛<01241>賠<08478>一牛<07794>，四<0702>羊<06629>賠<08478>一羊<07716>。
If a man<0376> shall steal<01589>(8799) an ox<07794>, or a sheep<07716>, and kill<02873>(8804) it, or sell<04376>(8804) it; he shall restore<07999>(8762) five<02568> oxen<01241> for an ox<07794>, and four<0702> sheep<06629> for a sheep<07716>. {or a sheep: or, or a goat}
22:2 人若<0518>遇見<04672>(8735)賊<01590>挖窟窿<09002><04290>，把賊打了<05221>(8717)，以至於死<04191>(8804)，就不能<0369>為他<09001>有流血的罪<01818>。
If a thief<01590> be found<04672>(8735) breaking up<04290>, and be smitten<05221>(8717) that he die<04191>(8804), there shall no blood<01818> be shed for him.
22:3 若<0518>太陽<08121>已經出來<02224>(8804){<05921>}，就為他<09001>有流血的罪<01818>。賊若被拿<04672>(8736)<04672>(8735)，總要<07999>(8763)賠還<07999>(8762)。若<0518>他<09001>一無<0369>所有，就要被賣<04376>(8738)，頂他所偷的物<09002><01591>。
If the sun<08121> be risen<02224>(8804) upon him, there shall be blood<01818> shed for him; for he should make full<07999>(8763) restitution<07999>(8762); if he have nothing, then he shall be sold<04376>(8738) for his theft<01591>.
22:4 若<0518>他<01591>所偷的，或牛<04480><07794>，或<05704>驢<02543>，或<05704>羊<07716>，仍{<04672>}{(8736)}{<04672>}{(8735)}在他手下<09002><03027>存活<02416>，他就要加倍<08147>賠還<07999>(8762)。
If the theft<01591> be certainly<04672>(8736) found<04672>(8735) in his hand<03027> alive<02416>, whether it be ox<07794>, or ass<02543>, or sheep<07716>; he shall restore<07999>(8762) double<08147>.
22:5 「人<0376>若<03588>在田<07704>間或<0176>在葡萄園<03754>裡放牲畜<01197>(8686)，任憑<07971>(8765){<0853>}牲畜<01165>上別人<0312>的田裡<09002><07704>去吃<01197>(8765)，就必拿自己田<07704>間上好的<04315>和葡萄園<03754>上好的<04315>賠還<07999>(8762)。
If a man<0376> shall cause a field<07704> or vineyard<03754> to be eaten<01197>(8686), and shall put<07971>(8765) in his beast<01165>, and shall feed<01197>(8765) in another man's<0312> field<07704>; of the best<04315> of his own field<07704>, and of the best<04315> of his own vineyard<03754>, shall he make restitution<07999>(8762).
22:6 「若<03588>點<03318>(8799)火<0784>焚燒<04672>(8804)荊棘<06975>，以致將別人堆積的禾捆<01430>，{<0176>}站著的禾稼<07054>，或是<0176>田園<07704>，都燒盡了<0398>(8738)，那點<01197>(8686){<0853>}火<01200>的必要<07999>(8763)賠還<07999>(8762)。
If fire<0784> break out<03318>(8799), and catch<04672>(8804) in thorns<06975>, so that the stacks of corn<01430>, or the standing corn<07054>, or the field<07704>, be consumed<0398>(8738) therewith ; he that kindled<01197>(8686) the fire<01200> shall surely<07999>(8763) make restitution<07999>(8762).
22:7 「人<0376>若<03588>將銀錢<03701>或<0176>家具<03627>交<05414>(8799)付<0413>鄰舍<07453>看守<09001><08104>(8800)，這物從那人<0376>的家<04480><01004>被偷去<01589>(8795)，若<0518>把賊<01590>找到了<04672>(8735)，賊要加倍<08147>賠還<07999>(8762)；
If a man<0376> shall deliver<05414>(8799) unto his neighbour<07453> money<03701> or stuff<03627> to keep<08104>(8800), and it be stolen<01589>(8795) out of the man's<0376> house<01004>; if the thief<01590> be found<04672>(8735), let him pay<07999>(8762) double<08147>.
22:8 若<0518>找<04672>(8735)不到<03808>賊<01590>，那家<01004>主<01167>必就近<07126>(8738){<0413>}審判官<0430>，要看看他<03027>拿了<07971>(8804)原主<07453>的物件<09002><04399>沒有<0518><03808>。
If the thief<01590> be not<03808> found<04672>(8735), then the master<01167> of the house<01004> shall be brought<07126>(8738) unto the judges<0430>, to see whether he have put<07971>(8804) his hand<03027> unto his neighbour's<07453> goods<04399>.
22:9 「兩個人<08147>的案件<01697>，無論<05921>是為甚麼<03605>過犯<06588>，或是為<05921>牛<07794>，為<05921>驢<02543>，為<05921>羊<07716>，為<05921>衣裳<08008>，或是為<05921>甚麼<03605>失掉之物<09>，有一人<0834>說<0559>(8799)：『{<03588>}這<02088>是<01931>我的』，兩造就要<0935>(8799)將案件<01697>稟告<05704>審判官<0430>，審判官<0430>定<07561>(8686)誰<0834>有罪，誰就要加倍<08147>賠還<07999>(8762){<09001>}{<07453>}。
For all manner<01697> of trespass<06588>, whether it be for ox<07794>, for ass<02543>, for sheep<07716>, for raiment<08008>, or for any manner of lost thing<09>, which another challengeth<0559>(8799) to be his, the cause<01697> of both parties<08147> shall come<0935>(8799) before the judges<0430>; and whom the judges<0430> shall condemn<07561>(8686), he shall pay<07999>(8762) double<08147> unto his neighbour<07453>.
22:10 「人<0376>若<03588>將驢<02543>，或<0176>牛<07794>，或<0176>羊<07716>，或<0176>別的<03605>牲畜<0929>，交<05414>(8799)付<0413>鄰舍<07453>看守<09001><08104>(8800)，牲畜或死<04191>(8804)，或<0176>受傷<07665>(8738)，或<0176>被趕去<07617>(8738)，無人<0369>看見<07200>(8802)，
If a man<0376> deliver<05414>(8799) unto his neighbour<07453> an ass<02543>, or an ox<07794>, or a sheep<07716>, or any beast<0929>, to keep<08104>(8800); and it die<04191>(8804), or be hurt<07665>(8738), or driven away<07617>(8738), no man seeing<07200>(8802) it :
22:11 那看守的人要<01961>(8799)憑著耶和華<03068>起誓<07621>{<0996>}{<08147>}，手<03027>裡未曾<0518><03808>拿<07971>(8804)鄰舍<07453>的物<09002><04399>，本主<01167>就要罷休<03947>(8804)，看守的人不必<03808>賠還<07999>(8762)。
Then shall an oath<07621> of the LORD<03068> be between them both<08147>, that he hath not put<07971>(8804) his hand<03027> unto his neighbour's<07453> goods<04399>; and the owner<01167> of it shall accept<03947>(8804) thereof , and he shall not make it good<07999>(8762).
22:12 牲畜若<0518>從看守的那裡<04480><05973>被<01589>(8800)偷去<01589>(8735)，他就要賠還<07999>(8762)本主<09001><01167>；
And if it be stolen<01589>(8800)<01589>(8735) from him, he shall make restitution<07999>(8762) unto the owner<01167> thereof.
22:13 若<0518>被野獸<02963>(8800)撕碎<02963>(8735)，看守的要帶來<0935>(8686)當作證據<05707>，所撕的<02966>不必<03808>賠還<07999>(8762)。
If it be torn in pieces<02963>(8800)<02963>(8735), then let him bring<0935>(8686) it for witness<05707>, and he shall not make good<07999>(8762) that which was torn<02966>.
22:14 「人<0376>若<03588>向<04480><05973>鄰舍<07453>借<07592>(8799)甚麼，所借的或受傷<07665>(8738)，或<0176>死<04191>(8804)，本主<01167>沒有<0369>同在<05973>一處，借的人總要<07999>(8763)賠還<07999>(8762)；
And if a man<0376> borrow<07592>(8799) ought of his neighbour<07453>, and it be hurt<07665>(8738), or die<04191>(8804), the owner<01167> thereof being not with it<05973>, he shall surely<07999>(8763) make it good<07999>(8762).
22:15 若<0518>本主<01167>同在<05973>一處，他就不必<03808>賠還<07999>(8762)；若<0518>是<01931>雇的<07916>，也不必賠還，本是為雇價<09002><07939>來的<0935>(8804)。」
But if the owner<01167> thereof be with it, he shall not make it good<07999>(8762): if it be an hired<07916> thing , it came<0935>(8804) for his hire<07939>.
22:16 「人<0376>若<03588>引誘<06601>(8762){<0834>}沒有<03808>受聘<0781>(8795)的處女<01330>，與她<05973>行淫<07901>(8804)，他總要交出<04117>(8800)聘禮<04117>(8799)，娶她<09001>為妻<09001><0802>。
And if a man<0376> entice<06601>(8762) a maid<01330> that is not betrothed<0781>(8795), and lie<07901>(8804) with her, he shall surely<04117>(8800) endow<04117>(8799) her to be his wife<0802>.
22:17 若<0518>女子的父親<01>決<03985>(8763)不肯<03985>(8762)將女子給<09001><05414>(8800)他<09001>，他就要按處女<01330>的聘禮<09003><04119>，交出<08254>(8799)錢<03701>來。
If her father<01> utterly<03985>(8763) refuse<03985>(8762) to give<05414>(8800) her unto him, he shall pay<08254>(8799) money<03701> according to the dowry<04119> of virgins<01330>. {pay: Heb. weigh}
22:18 「行邪術的女人<03784>(8764)，不可<03808>容她存活<02421>(8762)。
Thou shalt not suffer a witch<03784>(8764) to live<02421>(8762).
22:19 「凡<03605>與<05973>獸<0929>淫合的<07901>(8802)，總要<04191>(8800)把他治死<04191>(8714)。
Whosoever lieth<07901>(8802) with a beast<0929> shall surely<04191>(8800) be put to death<04191>(8714).
22:20 「祭祀<02076>(8802)別神<09001><0430>，不<01115>單單<09001><0905>祭祀耶和華<09001><03068>的，那人必要滅絕<02763>(8714)。
He that sacrificeth<02076>(8802) unto any god<0430>, save<01115> unto the LORD<03068> only, he shall be utterly destroyed<02763>(8714).
22:21 「不可<03808>虧負<03238>(8686)寄居的<01616>，也不可<03808>欺壓<03905>(8799)他，因為<03588>你們在埃及<04714>地<09002><0776>也作過<01961>(8804)寄居的<01616>。
Thou shalt neither vex<03238>(8686) a stranger<01616>, nor oppress<03905>(8799) him: for ye were strangers<01616> in the land<0776> of Egypt<04714>.
22:22 不可<03808>苦待<06031>(8762){<03605>}寡婦<0490>和孤兒<03490>；
Ye shall not afflict<06031>(8762) any widow<0490>, or fatherless child<03490>.
22:23 若是<0518>苦待<06031>(8762)他們<0853>一點<06031>(8763)，{<03588>}{<0518>}他們向我<0413>一哀求<06817>(8799)<06817>(8800)，我總要<08085>(8800)聽<08085>(8799)他們的哀聲<06818>，
If<0518> thou afflict<06031>(8762) them in any wise<06031>(8763), and they cry<06817>(8799) at all<06817>(8800) unto me, I will surely<08085>(8800) hear<08085>(8799) their cry<06818>;
22:24 並要發<02734>(8804)烈怒<0639>，用刀<09002><02719>殺<02026>(8804)你們<0853>，使你們的妻子<0802>為<01961>(8804)寡婦<0490>，兒女<01121>為孤兒<03490>。
And my wrath<0639> shall wax hot<02734>(8804), and I will kill<02026>(8804) you with the sword<02719>; and your wives<0802> shall be widows<0490>, and your children<01121> fatherless<03490>.
22:25 「{<0853>}我民<05971>中有貧窮人<06041>與你<05973>同住，你若<0518>借<03867>(8686)錢<03701>給他<0853>，不<03808>可<01961>(8799)如放債的<09003><05383>(8802){<09001>}{<03808>}向他<05921>取<07760>(8799)利<05392>。
If thou lend<03867>(8686) money<03701> to any of my people<05971> that is poor<06041> by thee, thou shalt not be to him as an usurer<05383>(8802), neither shalt thou lay<07760>(8799) upon him usury<05392>.
22:26 你即<0518>或<02254>(8800)拿<02254><00>鄰舍<07453>的衣服<08008>作當頭<02254>(8799)，必在日<08121>落<0935>(8800)以先<05704>歸還<07725>(8686)他<09001>；
If thou at all<02254>(8800) take<02254><00> thy neighbour's<07453> raiment<08008> to pledge<02254>(8799), thou shalt deliver<07725>(8686) it unto him by<05704> that the sun<08121> goeth down<0935>(8800):
22:27 因<03588>他<01931>只有<09001><0905>這一件當蓋頭<03682>，是<01931>他蓋身<09001><05785>的衣服<08071>，若是沒有，他拿甚麼<09002><04100>睡覺<07901>(8799)呢？{<03588>}{<01961>}{(8804)}他哀求<06817>(8799)我<0413>，我就應允<08085>(8804)，因為<03588>我<0589>是有恩惠的<02587>。
For that is his covering<03682> only, it is his raiment<08071> for his skin<05785>: wherein shall he sleep<07901>(8799)? and it shall come to pass, when he crieth<06817>(8799) unto me, that I will hear<08085>(8804); for I am gracious<02587>.
22:28 「不可<03808>毀謗<07043>(8762)上帝<0430>；也不可<03808>毀謗<0779>(8799)你百姓<09002><05971>的官長<05387>。
Thou shalt not revile<07043>(8762) the gods<0430>, nor curse<0779>(8799) the ruler<05387> of thy people<05971>. {gods: or, judges}
22:29 「你要從你莊稼中的穀<04395>和酒醡中滴出來的酒<01831>拿來獻上，不可<03808>遲延<0309>(8762)。「你要將頭生的<01060>兒子<01121>歸<05414>(8799)給我<09001>。
Thou shalt not delay<0309>(8762) to offer the first of thy ripe fruits<04395>, and of thy liquors<01831>: the firstborn<01060> of thy sons<01121> shalt thou give<05414>(8799) unto me. {the first...: Heb. thy fulness} {liquors: Heb. tear}
22:30 你牛<09001><07794>羊<09001><06629>頭生的，也要<06213>(8799)這樣<03651>；七<07651>天<03117>當<01961>跟著<05973>母<0517>，第八<08066>天<09002><03117>要歸<05414>(8799)給我<09001>。
Likewise<03651> shalt thou do<06213>(8799) with thine oxen<07794>, and with thy sheep<06629>: seven<07651> days<03117> it shall be with his dam<0517>; on the eighth<08066> day<03117> thou shalt give<05414>(8799) it me.
22:31 「你們要在我<09001>面前為<01961>(8799)聖潔<06944>的人<0582>。因此，田間<09002><07704>被野獸撕裂牲畜的<02966>肉<01320>，你們不可<03808>吃<0398>(8799)，要丟<07993>(8686){<0853>}給狗<09001><03611>吃。」
And ye shall be holy<06944> men<0582> unto me: neither shall ye eat<0398>(8799) any flesh<01320> that is torn of beasts<02966> in the field<07704>; ye shall cast<07993>(8686) it to the dogs<03611>.
