3 我<0589>是因耶和華忿怒<05678>的杖<09002><07626>，遭遇<07200>(8804)困苦<06040>的人<01397>。
I am the man<01397> that hath seen<07200>(8804) affliction<06040> by the rod<07626> of his wrath<05678>.
2 他引導<05090>(8804)我<0853>，使我行在<03212>(8686)黑暗中<02822>，不<03808>行在光明裡<0216>。
He hath led<05090>(8804) me, and brought<03212>(8686) me into darkness<02822>, but not into light<0216>.
3 他真是<0389>終<03605>日<03117>再三<07725>(8799)反<02015>(8799)手<03027>攻擊我<09002>。
Surely against me is he turned<07725>(8799); he turneth<02015>(8799) his hand<03027> against me all the day<03117>.
4 他使我的皮<05785>肉<01320>枯乾<01086>(8765)；他折斷<07665>(8765)（或譯：壓傷）我的骨頭<06106>。
My flesh<01320> and my skin<05785> hath he made old<01086>(8765); he hath broken<07665>(8765) my bones<06106>.
5 他築壘<01129>(8804)攻擊我<05921>，用苦楚（原文是苦膽<07219>）和艱難<08513>圍困<05362>(8686)我。
He hath builded against<01129>(8804) me, and compassed<05362>(8686) me with gall<07219> and travail<08513>.
6 他使我住<03427>(8689)在幽暗之處<09002><04285>，像死了<04191>(8801)許久<05769>的人一樣<09003>。
He hath set<03427>(8689) me in dark places<04285>, as they that be dead<04191>(8801) of old<05769>.
7 他用籬笆<01443>(8804)圍住我<01157>，使我不能<03808>出去<03318>(8799)；他使<03513><00>我的銅鍊<05178>沉重<03513>(8689)。
He hath hedged<01443>(8804) me about, that I cannot get out<03318>(8799): he hath made my chain<05178> heavy<03513>(8689).
8 {<01571>}{<03588>}我哀號<02199>(8799)求救<07768>(8762)；他使我的禱告<08605>不得上達<05640>(8804)。
Also when I cry<02199>(8799) and shout<07768>(8762), he shutteth out<05640>(8804) my prayer<08605>.
9 他用鑿過的石頭<09002><01496>擋住<01443>(8804)我的道<01870>；他使我的路<05410>彎曲<05753>(8765)。
He hath inclosed<01443>(8804) my ways<01870> with hewn stone<01496>, he hath made my paths<05410> crooked<05753>(8765).
10 他<01931>向我<09001>如熊<01677>埋伏<0693>(8802)，如獅子<0738>在隱密處<09002><04565>。
He was unto me as a bear<01677> lying in wait<0693>(8802), and as a lion<0738> in secret places<04565>.
11 他使我轉離<05493>(8790)正路<01870>，將我撕碎<06582>(8762)，使我<07760>(8804)淒涼<08074>(8802)。
He hath turned aside<05493>(8790) my ways<01870>, and pulled me in pieces<06582>(8762): he hath made<07760>(8804) me desolate<08074>(8802).
12 他張<01869>(8804)弓<07198>將我當作<05324>(8686)箭<09001><02671>靶子<09003><04307>。
He hath bent<01869>(8804) his bow<07198>, and set<05324>(8686) me as a mark<04307> for the arrow<02671>.
13 他把箭袋<0827>中的箭<01121>射入<0935>(8689)我的肺腑<09002><03629>。
He hath caused the arrows<01121> of his quiver<0827> to enter<0935>(8689) into my reins<03629>. {arrows: Heb. sons}
14 我成了<01961>眾<09001><03605>民<05971>的笑話<07814>；他們終<03605>日<03117>以我為歌曲<05058>。
I was a derision<07814> to all my people<05971>; and their song<05058> all the day<03117>.
15 他用苦楚<09002><04844>充滿我<07646>(8689)，使我飽用<07301>(8689)茵蔯<03939>。
He hath filled<07646>(8689) me with bitterness<04844>, he hath made me drunken<07301>(8689) with wormwood<03939>. {bitterness: Heb. bitternesses}
16 他又用沙石<09002><02687>磣斷<01638>(8686)我的牙<08127>，用灰塵<09002><0665>將我蒙蔽<03728>(8689)。
He hath also broken<01638>(8686) my teeth<08127> with gravel stones<02687>, he hath covered<03728>(8689) me with ashes<0665>. {covered...: or, rolled me in the ashes}
17 你使<02186><00>我<05315>遠離<02186>(8799)平安<04480><07965>，我忘記<05382>(8804)好處<02896>。
And thou hast removed<02186><00> my soul<05315> far off<02186>(8799) from peace<07965>: I forgat<05382>(8804) prosperity<02896>. {prosperity: Heb. good}
18 我就說<0559>(8799)：我的力量<05331>衰敗<06>(8804)；我在耶和華那裡毫無<04480><03068>指望<08431>！
And I said<0559>(8799), My strength<05331> and my hope<08431> is perished<06>(8804) from the LORD<03068>:
19 耶和華啊，求你記念<02142>(8798)我如茵蔯<03939>和苦膽<07219>的困苦<06040>窘迫<04788>。
Remembering<02142>(8798) mine affliction<06040> and my misery<04788>, the wormwood<03939> and the gall<07219>. {Remembering: or, Remember}
20 我心<05315>想念<02142>(8800)<02142>(8799)這些，就在裡面<05921>憂悶<07743>(8686)。
My soul<05315> hath them still<02142>(8800) in remembrance<02142>(8799), and is humbled<07743>(8686) in me. {humbled: Heb. bowed}
21 我想起<07725>(8686)這事<02063>，{<0413>}心裡<03820>就有<05921><03651>指望<03176>(8686)。
This I recall<07725>(8686) to my mind<03820>, therefore have I hope<03176>(8686). {recall...: Heb. make to return to my heart}
22 我們不致<03808>消滅<08552>(8804)，是出於<03588>耶和華<03068>諸般的慈愛<02617>；是因<03588>他的憐憫<07356>不致<03808>斷絕<03615>(8804)。
It is of the LORD'S<03068> mercies<02617> that we are not consumed<08552>(8804), because his compassions<07356> fail<03615>(8804) not.
23 每早晨<09001><01242>，這都是新的<02319>；你的誠實<0530>極其廣大<07227>！
They are new<02319> every morning<01242>: great<07227> is thy faithfulness<0530>.
24 我心裡<05315>說<0559>(8804)：耶和華<03068>是我的分<02506>，因此<05921><03651>，我要仰望<03176>(8686)他<09001>。
The LORD<03068> is my portion<02506>, saith<0559>(8804) my soul<05315>; therefore will I hope<03176>(8686) in him.
25 凡等候<09001><06960>(8802)耶和華，心裡<09001><05315>尋求他的<01875>(8799)，耶和華<03068>必施恩<02896>給他。
The LORD<03068> is good<02896> unto them that wait<06960>(8802) for him, to the soul<05315> that seeketh<01875>(8799) him.
26 人仰望<03175>(8675)<02342>(8799)耶和華<03068>，靜默等候<01748>他的救恩<09001><08668>，這原是好的<02896>。
It is good<02896> that a man should both hope<03175>(8675)<02342>(8799) and quietly wait<01748> for the salvation<08668> of the LORD<03068>.
27 人{<09001>}<01397>在幼年<09002><05271>{<03588>}負<05375>(8799)軛<05923>，這原是好的<02896>。
It is good<02896> for a man<01397> that he bear<05375>(8799) the yoke<05923> in his youth<05271>.
28 他當獨<0910>坐<03427>(8799)無言<01826>(8799)，因為<03588>這是耶和華加<05190>(8804)在他身上<05921>的。
He sitteth<03427>(8799) alone<0910> and keepeth silence<01826>(8799), because he hath borne<05190>(8804) it upon him.
29 他當口<06310>貼<05414>(8799)塵埃<09002><06083>，或者<0194>有<03426>指望<08615>。
He putteth<05414>(8799) his mouth<06310> in the dust<06083>; if so be there may be<03426> hope<08615>.
30 他當由人<05414>(8799)打<09001><05221>(8688)他的腮頰<03895>，要滿受<07646>(8799)凌辱<09002><02781>。
He giveth<05414>(8799) his cheek<03895> to him that smiteth<05221>(8688) him: he is filled full<07646>(8799) with reproach<02781>.
31 因為<03588>主<0136>必不<03808>永遠<09001><05769>丟棄<02186>(8799)人。
For the Lord<0136> will not cast off<02186>(8799) for ever<05769>:
32 主雖<03588><0518>使人憂愁<03013>(8689)，還要照他諸般的<09003><07230>慈愛<02617>發憐憫<07355>(8765)。
But though he cause grief<03013>(8689), yet will he have compassion<07355>(8765) according to the multitude<07230> of his mercies<02617>.
33 因<03588>他並不<03808>甘心<04480><03820>使人受苦<06031>(8765)，使人<01121><0376>憂愁<03013>(8762)。
For he doth not afflict<06031>(8765) willingly<03820> nor grieve<03013>(8762) the children<01121> of men<0376>. {willingly: Heb. from his heart}
34 人將世上<0776>{<03605>}被囚的<0615>踹（原文是壓<09001><01792>(8763)）在腳<07272>下<08478>，
To crush<01792>(8763) under his feet<07272> all the prisoners<0615> of the earth<0776>,
35 或在至高者<05945>面<06440>前<05048>屈枉<09001><05186>(8687)人<01397>{<04941>}，
To turn aside<05186>(8687) the right<04941> of a man<01397> before the face<06440> of the most High<05945>, {the most High: or, a superior}
36 或在人<0120>的訟事上<09002><07379>顛倒是非<09001><05791>(8763)，這都是主<0136>看<07200>(8804)不<03808>上的。
To subvert<05791>(8763) a man<0120> in his cause<07379>, the Lord<0136> approveth<07200>(8804) not. {approveth not: or, seeth not}
37 除非<03808>主<0136>命定<06680>(8765)，誰能<04310>說<0559>(8804)成{<02088>}就成<01961>呢？
Who is he that saith<0559>(8804), and it cometh to pass, when the Lord<0136> commandeth<06680>(8765) it not?
38 禍<07451>福<02896>不<03808>都出於<03318>(8799)至高者<05945>的口<04480><06310>嗎？
Out of the mouth<06310> of the most High<05945> proceedeth<03318>(8799) not evil<07451> and good<02896>?
39 活<02416>人<0120>因<05921>自己的<01397>罪受罰<02399>，為何<04100>發怨言<0596>(8691)呢？
Wherefore doth a living<02416> man<0120> complain<0596>(8691), a man<01397> for the punishment of his sins<02399>? {complain: or, murmur}
40 我們當深深考<02664>(8799)察<02713>(8799)自己的行為<01870>，再歸向<07725>(8799)<05704>耶和華<03068>。
Let us search<02664>(8799) and try<02713>(8799) our ways<01870>, and turn again<07725>(8799) to the LORD<03068>.
41 我們當誠心<03824>向<0413>天上<09002><08064>的神<0410>舉<05375>(8799){<0413>}手<03709>禱告。
Let us lift up<05375>(8799) our heart<03824> with our hands<03709> unto God<0410> in the heavens<08064>.
42 我們<05168>犯罪<06586>(8804)背逆<04784>(8804)，你<0859>並不<03808>赦免<05545>(8804)。
We<05168> have transgressed<06586>(8804) and have rebelled<04784>(8804): thou hast not pardoned<05545>(8804).
43 你自被怒氣<09002><0639>遮蔽<05526>(8804)，追趕我們<07291>(8799)；你施行殺戮<02026>(8804)，並不<03808>顧惜<02550>(8804)。
Thou hast covered<05526>(8804) with anger<0639>, and persecuted<07291>(8799) us: thou hast slain<02026>(8804), thou hast not pitied<02550>(8804).
44 你以黑雲<09002><06051>遮蔽<05526>(8804)自己<09001>，以致禱告<08605>不得透入<04480><05674>(8800)。
Thou hast covered<05526>(8804) thyself with a cloud<06051>, that our prayer<08605> should not pass through<05674>(8800).
45 你使我們<07760>(8799)在萬民<05971>中<09002><07130>成為污穢<05501>和渣滓<03973>。
Thou hast made<07760>(8799) us as the offscouring<05501> and refuse<03973> in the midst<07130> of the people<05971>.
46 我們的仇敵<0341>(8802)都<03605>向我們<05921>大大張<06475>(8804)口<06310>。
All our enemies<0341>(8802) have opened<06475>(8804) their mouths<06310> against us.
47 恐懼<06343>和陷坑<06354>，殘害<07612>和毀滅<07667>，都臨近<01961>我們<09001>。
Fear<06343> and a snare<06354> is come upon us, desolation<07612> and destruction<07667>.
48 因<05921>我眾民<01323><05971>遭的毀滅<07667>，我就眼淚<05869>下流<03381>(8799)如河<06388>{<04325>}。
Mine eye<05869> runneth down<03381>(8799) with rivers<06388> of water<04325> for the destruction<07667> of the daughter<01323> of my people<05971>.
49 我的眼<05869>多多流淚<05064>(8738)，總不<03808>止息<01820>(8799){<04480>}{<0369>}{<02014>}，
Mine eye<05869> trickleth down<05064>(8738), and ceaseth<01820>(8799) not, without any intermission<02014>,
50 直等<05704>耶和華<03068>垂顧<08259>(8686)，從天<04480><08064>觀看<07200>(8799)。
Till the LORD<03068> look down<08259>(8686), and behold<07200>(8799) from heaven<08064>.
51 因我本城<05892>的眾<04480><03605>民<01323>，我的眼<05869>，使<05953><00>我的心<09001><05315>傷痛<05953>(8782)。
Mine eye<05869> affecteth<05953>(8782) mine heart<05315> because of all the daughters<01323> of my city<05892>. {mine heart: Heb. my soul} {because...: or, more than all}
52 無故<02600>與我為仇的<0341>(8802)追<06679>(8800)逼我<06679>(8804)，像追雀鳥一樣<09003><06833>。
Mine enemies<0341>(8802) chased<06679>(8804) me sore<06679>(8800), like a bird<06833>, without cause<02600>.
53 他們使我的命<02416>在牢獄中<09002><0953>斷絕<06789>(8804)，並將一塊石頭<068>拋在<03034>(8762)我身上<09002>。
They have cut off<06789>(8804) my life<02416> in the dungeon<0953>, and cast<03034>(8762) a stone<068> upon me.
54 眾水<04325>流過<06687>(8804){<05921>}我頭<07218>，我說<0559>(8804)：我命斷絕了<01504>(8738)！
Waters<04325> flowed over<06687>(8804) mine head<07218>; then I said<0559>(8804), I am cut off<01504>(8738).
55 耶和華<03068>啊，我從深<08482>牢<04480><0953>中求告<07121>(8804)你的名<08034>。
I called<07121>(8804) upon thy name<08034>, O LORD<03068>, out of the low<08482> dungeon<0953>.
56 你曾聽見<08085>(8804)我的聲音<06963>；我求你解救<09001><07775>，你不要<0408>掩<05956>(8686)耳<0241>不聽{<09001>}{<07309>}。
Thou hast heard<08085>(8804) my voice<06963>: hide<05956>(8686) not thine ear<0241> at my breathing<07309>, at my cry<07775>.
57 我求告你<07121>(8799)的日子<09002><03117>，你臨近<07126>(8804)我，說<0559>(8804)：不要<0408>懼怕<03372>(8799)！
Thou drewest near<07126>(8804) in the day<03117> that I called<07121>(8799) upon thee: thou saidst<0559>(8804), Fear<03372>(8799) not.
58 主<0136>啊，你伸明了<07378>(8804)我<05315>的冤<07379>；你救贖了<01350>(8804)我的命<02416>。
O Lord<0136>, thou hast pleaded<07378>(8804) the causes<07379> of my soul<05315>; thou hast redeemed<01350>(8804) my life<02416>.
59 耶和華<03068>啊，你見了<07200>(8804)我受的委屈<05792>；求你為我伸<08199>(8798)冤<04941>。
O LORD<03068>, thou hast seen<07200>(8804) my wrong<05792>: judge<08199>(8798) thou my cause<04941>.
60 他們{<03605>}仇恨<05360>我，{<03605>}謀害<04284>我<09001>，你都看見了<07200>(8804)。
Thou hast seen<07200>(8804) all their vengeance<05360> and all their imaginations<04284> against me.
61 耶和華<03068>啊，你聽見<08085>(8804)他們辱罵我的話<02781>，知道他們向我<05921>所設的{<03605>}計<04284>，
Thou hast heard<08085>(8804) their reproach<02781>, O LORD<03068>, and all their imaginations<04284> against me;
62 並那些起來攻擊我的人<06965>(8801)口中<08193>所說的話，以及終<03605>日<03117>向我<05921>所設的計謀<01902>。
The lips<08193> of those that rose up<06965>(8801) against me, and their device<01902> against me all the day<03117>.
63 求你觀看<05027>(8685)，他們坐下<03427>(8800)，起來<07012>，都以我<0589>為歌曲<04485>。
Behold<05027>(8685) their sitting down<03427>(8800), and their rising up<07012>; I am their musick<04485>.
64 耶和華<03068>啊，你要按著<09003>他們手<03027>所做的<04639>向他們<09001>施行<07725>(8686)報應<01576>。
Render<07725>(8686) unto them a recompence<01576>, O LORD<03068>, according to the work<04639> of their hands<03027>.
65 你要使<05414>(8799)他們<09001>心裡<03820>剛硬<04044>，使你的咒詛<08381>臨到他們<09001>。
Give<05414>(8799) them sorrow<04044> of heart<03820>, thy curse<08381> unto them. {sorrow...: or, obstinacy of heart}
66 你要發怒<09002><0639>追趕<07291>(8799)他們，從耶和華<03068>的天<08064>下<04480><08478>除滅他們<08045>(8686)。
Persecute<07291>(8799) and destroy<08045>(8686) them in anger<0639> from under the heavens<08064> of the LORD<03068>.
