24:1 巴比倫<0894>王<04428>尼布甲尼撒<05019>將<0853>猶大<03063>王<04428>約雅敬<03079>的兒子<01121>耶哥尼雅<03204>和<0853>猶大<03063>的首領<08269>，並<0853>工匠<02796>、{<0853>}鐵匠<04525>從耶路撒冷<04480><03389>擄去<01540>(8687)，帶到<0935>(8686)巴比倫<0894>。這事以後<0310>，耶和華<03068>指給我看<07200>(8689)，{<02009>}有兩<08147>筐<01736>無花果<08384>放<03259>(8716)在耶和華<03068>的殿<01964>前<09001><06440>。
The LORD<03068> shewed<07200>(8689) me, and, behold, two<08147> baskets<01736> of figs<08384> were set<03259>(8716) before<06440> the temple<01964> of the LORD<03068>, after<0310> that Nebuchadrezzar<05019> king<04428> of Babylon<0894> had carried away captive<01540>(8687) Jeconiah<03204> the son<01121> of Jehoiakim<03079> king<04428> of Judah<03063>, and the princes<08269> of Judah<03063>, with the carpenters<02796> and smiths<04525>, from Jerusalem<03389>, and had brought<0935>(8686) them to Babylon<0894>.
24:2 一<0259>筐<01731>是極<03966>好<02896>的無花果<08384>，好像是初熟<01073>的{<09003>}{<08384>}；一<0259>筐<01731>是極<03966>壞<07451>的無花果<08384>，{<0834>}壞得<04480><07455>不可<03808>吃<0398>(8735)。
One<0259> basket<01731> had very<03966> good<02896> figs<08384>, even like the figs<08384> that are first ripe<01073>: and the other<0259> basket<01731> had very<03966> naughty<07451> figs<08384>, which could not be eaten<0398>(8735), they were so bad<07455>. {they...: Heb. for badness}
24:3 於是耶和華<03068>問我<0413>說<0559>(8799)：「耶利米<03414>你<0859>看見<07200>(8802)甚麼<04100>？」我說<0559>(8799)：「我看見無花果<08384>，好<02896>的{<08384>}極<03966>好<02896>，壞<07451>的極<03966>壞<07451>，{<0834>}壞得<04480><07455>不可<03808>吃<0398>(8735)。」
Then said<0559>(8799) the LORD<03068> unto me, What seest<07200>(8802) thou, Jeremiah<03414>? And I said<0559>(8799), Figs<08384>; the good<02896> figs<08384>, very<03966> good<02896>; and the evil<07451>, very<03966> evil<07451>, that cannot be eaten<0398>(8735), they are so evil<07455>.
24:4 耶和華<03068>的話<01697>臨<01961>到我<0413>說<09001><0559>(8800)：
Again the word<01697> of the LORD<03068> came unto me, saying<0559>(8800),
24:5 「耶和華<03068>─以色列<03478>的神<0430>如此<03541>說<0559>(8804)：{<0853>}被擄去<01546>的猶大<03063>人，就是<0834>我打發<07971>(8765)離開<04480>這<02088>地<04725>到迦勒底人<03778>之地<0776>去的，我必看顧<05234>(8686)他們如<03651>這<0428>好<02896>無花果<09003><08384>，使他們得好處<09001><02896>。
Thus saith<0559>(8804) the LORD<03068>, the God<0430> of Israel<03478>; Like these good<02896> figs<08384>, so will I acknowledge<05234>(8686) them that are carried away captive<01546> of Judah<03063>, whom I have sent<07971>(8765) out of this place<04725> into the land<0776> of the Chaldeans<03778> for their good<02896>. {them...: Heb. the captivity}
24:6 我要眷顧<07760>(8804)<05869>他們<0853>，使他們得好處<09001><02896>，領他們歸回<07725>(8689){<05921>}這<02063>地<0776>。我也要建立他們<01129>(8804)，必不<03808>拆毀<02040>(8799)；栽植他們<05193>(8804)，並不<03808>拔出<05428>(8799)。
For I will set<07760>(8804) mine eyes<05869> upon them for good<02896>, and I will bring them again<07725>(8689) to this land<0776>: and I will build<01129>(8804) them, and not pull them down<02040>(8799); and I will plant<05193>(8804) them, and not pluck them up<05428>(8799).
24:7 我要賜<05414>(8804)他們<09001>認識<09001><03045>(8800)我<0853>的心<03820>，知道<03588>我是<0589>耶和華<03068>。他們要作<01961>我的<09001>子民<09001><05971>，我<0595>要作<01961>他們的<09001>神<09001><0430>，因為<03588>他們要一<09002><03605>心<03820>歸<07725>(8799)向我<0413>。」
And I will give<05414>(8804) them an heart<03820> to know<03045>(8800) me, that I am the LORD<03068>: and they shall be my people<05971>, and I will be their God<0430>: for they shall return<07725>(8799) unto me with their whole heart<03820>.
24:8 {<03588>}耶和華<03068>如此<03541>說<0559>(8804)：「我必<03651>將<0853>猶大<03063>王<04428>西底家<06667>和<0853>他的首領<08269>，以及<0853>剩<07604>(8737)在這<02063>地<09002><0776>耶路撒冷<03389>的餘民<07611>，並住<03427>(8802)在埃及<04714>地<09002><0776>的猶大人都交出來<05414>(8799)，好像那極壞<07451>、{<0834>}壞得<04480><07455>不可<03808>吃<0398>(8735)的無花果<09003><08384>。
And as the evil<07451> figs<08384>, which cannot be eaten<0398>(8735), they are so evil<07455>; surely thus saith<0559>(8804) the LORD<03068>, So will I give<05414>(8799) Zedekiah<06667> the king<04428> of Judah<03063>, and his princes<08269>, and the residue<07611> of Jerusalem<03389>, that remain<07604>(8737) in this land<0776>, and them that dwell<03427>(8802) in the land<0776> of Egypt<04714>:
24:9 我必使他們交出來<05414>(8804)，在天下<0776>萬<09001><03605>國<04467>中拋來拋去<02189>(8675)<02113>，遭遇災禍<09001><07451>；{<0834>}在我趕逐他們<05080>(8686)到的<08033>各<09002><03605>處<04725>成為凌辱<09001><02781>、笑談<09001><04912>、譏刺<09001><08148>、咒詛<09001><07045>。
And I will deliver<05414>(8804) them to be removed<02189>(8675)<02113> into all the kingdoms<04467> of the earth<0776> for their hurt<07451>, to be a reproach<02781> and a proverb<04912>, a taunt<08148> and a curse<07045>, in all places<04725> whither I shall drive<05080>(8686) them. {to be removed: Heb. for removing, or, vexation}
24:10 我必使<0853>刀劍<02719>、{<0853>}饑荒<07458>、{<0853>}瘟疫<01698>臨到<07971>(8765)他們<09002>，直到<05704>他們從<04480><05921>我所<0834>賜<05414>(8804)給他們<09001>和他們列祖<09001><01>之地<0127>滅絕<08552>(8800)。」
And I will send<07971>(8765) the sword<02719>, the famine<07458>, and the pestilence<01698>, among them, till they be consumed<08552>(8800) from off the land<0127> that I gave<05414>(8804) unto them and to their fathers<01>.
