21:1 {<04480>}{<0854>}耶和華<03068>的話<01697>{<0834>}臨<01961>到<0413>耶利米<03414>。那時，西底家<06667>王<04428>打發<09002><07971>(8800){<0853>}瑪基雅<04441>的兒子<01121>巴施戶珥<06583>和<0853>瑪西雅<04641>的兒子<01121>祭司<03548>西番雅<06846>去見耶利米<0413>，說<09001><0559>(8800)：
The word<01697> which came unto Jeremiah<03414> from the LORD<03068>, when king<04428> Zedekiah<06667> sent<07971>(8800) unto him Pashur<06583> the son<01121> of Melchiah<04441>, and Zephaniah<06846> the son<01121> of Maaseiah<04641> the priest<03548>, saying<0559>(8800),
21:2 「請你<04994>為我們<01157>求問<01875>(8798){<0853>}耶和華<03068>；因為<03588>巴比倫<0894>王<04428>尼布甲尼撒<05019>來攻擊<03898>(8737)我們<05921>，或者<0194>耶和華<03068>照他一切<09003><03605>奇妙的作為<06381>(8737)待<06213>(8799)我們<0853>，使巴比倫王離開我們<04480><05921>上去<05927>(8799)。」
Enquire<01875>(8798), I pray thee, of the LORD<03068> for us<01157>; for Nebuchadrezzar<05019> king<04428> of Babylon<0894> maketh war<03898>(8737) against us; if so be that the LORD<03068> will deal<06213>(8799) with us according to all his wondrous works<06381>(8737), that he may go up<05927>(8799) from us.
21:3 耶利米<03414>對他們<0413>說<0559>(8799)：「你們當對<0413>西底家<06667>這樣<03541>說<0559>(8799)：
Then said<0559>(8799) Jeremiah<03414> unto them, Thus shall ye say<0559>(8799) to Zedekiah<06667>:
21:4 『耶和華<03068>─以色列<03478>的神<0430>如此<03541>說<0559>(8804)：{<02009>}我要使<0853>你們手中<09002><03027>的兵<04421>器<03627>，就是<0834>你們<0859>在城<09001><02346>外<04480><02351>與<0853>巴比倫<0894>王<04428>和<0853>圍困<06696>(8802)你們<05921>的迦勒底人<03778>打仗<03898>(8737){<09002>}的兵器<0834>翻轉過來<05437>(8688)，又要使這些<0853>都聚集<0622>(8804)在<0413>這<02063>城<05892>中<08432>。
Thus saith<0559>(8804) the LORD<03068> God<0430> of Israel<03478>; Behold, I will turn back<05437>(8688) the weapons<03627> of war<04421> that are in your hands<03027>, wherewith ye fight<03898>(8737) against the king<04428> of Babylon<0894>, and against the Chaldeans<03778>, which besiege<06696>(8802) you without<02351> the walls<02346>, and I will assemble<0622>(8804) them into the midst<08432> of this city<05892>.
21:5 並且我<0589>要在怒氣<09002><0639>、忿怒<09002><02534>，和大<01419>惱恨中<09002><07110>，用伸出來<05186>(8803)的手<09002><03027>，並大能<02389>的膀臂<09002><02220>，親自攻擊<03898>(8738)你們<0854>；
And I myself will fight<03898>(8738) against you with an outstretched<05186>(8803) hand<03027> and with a strong<02389> arm<02220>, even in anger<0639>, and in fury<02534>, and in great<01419> wrath<07110>.
21:6 又要擊打<05221>(8689){<0853>}這<02063>城<05892>的居民<03427>(8802)，連<0853>人<0120>帶<0853>牲畜<0929>都必遭遇大<01419>瘟疫<09002><01698>死亡<04191>(8799)。
And I will smite<05221>(8689) the inhabitants<03427>(8802) of this city<05892>, both man<0120> and beast<0929>: they shall die<04191>(8799) of a great<01419> pestilence<01698>.
21:7 以後<0310><03651>我要將<0853>猶大<03063>王<04428>西底家<06667>和<0853>他的臣僕<05650>{<0853>}百姓<05971>，就是在城內<09002><05892>{<02063>}，從<04480>瘟疫<01698>、{<04480>}刀劍<02719>、{<04480>}饑荒<07458>中{<0853>}剩下<07604>(8737)的人，都交<05414>(8799)在巴比倫<0894>王<04428>尼布甲尼撒<05019>的手中<09002><03027>和他們仇敵<0341>(8802){<09002>}{<03027>}，並尋索<01245>(8764)其命<05315>的人手中<09002><03027>。巴比倫王必用<09001><06310>刀<02719>擊殺他們<05221>(8689)，不<03808>顧惜<02347>(8799){<05921>}，不<03808>可憐<02550>(8799)，不<03808>憐憫<07355>(8762)。這是耶和華<03068>說<05002>(8803)的。』
And afterward<0310>, saith<05002>(8803) the LORD<03068>, I will deliver<05414>(8799) Zedekiah<06667> king<04428> of Judah<03063>, and his servants<05650>, and the people<05971>, and such as are left<07604>(8737) in this city<05892> from the pestilence<01698>, from the sword<02719>, and from the famine<07458>, into the hand<03027> of Nebuchadrezzar<05019> king<04428> of Babylon<0894>, and into the hand<03027> of their enemies<0341>(8802), and into the hand<03027> of those that seek<01245>(8764) their life<05315>: and he shall smite<05221>(8689) them with the edge<06310> of the sword<02719>; he shall not spare<02347>(8799) them, neither have pity<02550>(8799), nor have mercy<07355>(8762).
21:8 「你要對<0413>這<02088>百姓<05971>說<0559>(8799)：『耶和華<03068>如此<03541>說<0559>(8804)：看哪<02009>，我將<0853>生命<02416>的路<01870>和<0853>死亡<04194>的路<01870>擺<05414>(8802)在你們面前<09001><06440>。
And unto this people<05971> thou shalt say<0559>(8799), Thus saith<0559>(8804) the LORD<03068>; Behold, I set<05414>(8802) before<06440> you the way<01870> of life<02416>, and the way<01870> of death<04194>.
21:9 住<03427>(8802)在這<02063>城裡<09002><05892>的必遭刀劍<09002><02719>、饑荒<09002><07458>、瘟疫<09002><01698>而死<04191>(8799)；但出去<03318>(8802)歸降<05307>(8804){<05921>}圍困<06696>(8802)你們<05921>迦勒底人<03778>的必得存活<02421>(8804)(8675)<02421>(8799)，要以自己的命<05315>為<01961><09001>掠物<09001><07998>。
He that abideth<03427>(8802) in this city<05892> shall die<04191>(8799) by the sword<02719>, and by the famine<07458>, and by the pestilence<01698>: but he that goeth out<03318>(8802), and falleth<05307>(8804) to the Chaldeans<03778> that besiege<06696>(8802) you, he shall live<02421>(8804)(8675)<02421>(8799), and his life<05315> shall be unto him for a prey<07998>.
21:10 耶和華<03068>說<05002>(8803)：{<03588>}我向這<02063>城<09002><05892>變<07760>(8804)臉<06440>，降禍<09001><07451>不<03808>降福<09001><02896>；這城必交<05414>(8735)在巴比倫<0894>王<04428>的手中<09002><03027>，他必用火<09002><0784>焚燒<08313>(8804)。』」
For I have set<07760>(8804) my face<06440> against this city<05892> for evil<07451>, and not for good<02896>, saith<05002>(8803) the LORD<03068>: it shall be given<05414>(8735) into the hand<03027> of the king<04428> of Babylon<0894>, and he shall burn<08313>(8804) it with fire<0784>.
21:11 「至於猶大<03063>王<04428>的家<09001><01004>，你們當聽<08085>(8798)耶和華<03068>的話<01697>。
And touching the house<01004> of the king<04428> of Judah<03063>, say , Hear<08085>(8798) ye the word<01697> of the LORD<03068>;
21:12 大衛<01732>家<01004>啊，耶和華<03068>如此<03541>說<0559>(8804)：你們每早晨<09001><01242>要施行<01777>(8798)公平<04941>，拯救<05337>(8685)被搶奪<01497>(8803)的脫離欺壓<06231>(8802)人的手<04480><03027>，恐怕<06435>我的忿怒<02534>因<04480><06440>你們的惡<07455>行<04611>發作<03318>(8799)，如火<09003><0784>著起<01197>(8804)，甚至無人<0369>能以熄滅<03518>(8764)。
O house<01004> of David<01732>, thus saith<0559>(8804) the LORD<03068>; Execute<01777>(8798) judgment<04941> in the morning<01242>, and deliver<05337>(8685) him that is spoiled<01497>(8803) out of the hand<03027> of the oppressor<06231>(8802), lest my fury<02534> go out<03318>(8799) like fire<0784>, and burn<01197>(8804) that none can quench<03518>(8764) it , because<06440> of the evil<07455> of your doings<04611>. {Execute: Heb. Judge}
21:13 耶和華<03068>說<05002>(8803)：住山谷<06010>和平原<04334>磐石<06697>上的居民<03427>(8802)，你們說<0559>(8802)：誰<04310>能下來<05181>(8799)攻擊我們<05921>？誰<04310>能進<0935>(8799)入我們的住處<09002><04585>呢？看哪，我<02009>與你們為敵<0413>。
Behold, I am against thee, O inhabitant<03427>(8802) of the valley<06010>, and rock<06697> of the plain<04334>, saith<05002>(8803) the LORD<03068>; which say<0559>(8802), Who shall come down<05181>(8799) against us? or who shall enter<0935>(8799) into our habitations<04585>? {inhabitant: Heb. inhabitress}
21:14 耶和華<03068>又說<05002>(8803)：我必按你們做事<04611>的結果<09003><06529>刑罰<06485>(8804)你們<05921>；我也必使火<0784>在耶路撒冷的林中<09002><03293>著起<03341>(8689)，將她四圍<05439>所有的<03605>盡行燒滅<0398>(8804)。」
But I will punish<06485>(8804) you according to the fruit<06529> of your doings<04611>, saith<05002>(8803) the LORD<03068>: and I will kindle<03341>(8689) a fire<0784> in the forest<03293> thereof, and it shall devour<0398>(8804) all things round about<05439> it. {punish: Heb. visit upon}
