43 雅各<03290>啊，創造你<01254>(8802)的耶和華<03068>，以色列啊<03478>，造成你<03335>(8802)的那位，現在<06258>如此<03541>說<0559>(8804)：你不要<0408>害怕<03372>(8799)！因為<03588>我救贖了你<01350>(8804)。我曾提你的名<09002><08034>召你<07121>(8804)，你<0859>是屬我<09001>的。
But now thus saith<0559>(8804) the LORD<03068> that created<01254>(8802) thee, O Jacob<03290>, and he that formed<03335>(8802) thee, O Israel<03478>, Fear<03372>(8799) not: for I have redeemed<01350>(8804) thee, I have called<07121>(8804) thee by thy name<08034>; thou art mine.
2 {<03588>}你從水中<09002><04325>經過<05674>(8799)，我<0589>必與你<0854>同在；你蹚過江河<09002><05104>，水必不<03808>漫過你<07857>(8799)；{<03588>}你從火<0784>中<01119>行過<03212>(8799)，必不<03808>被燒<03554>(8735)，火焰<03852>也不<03808>著<01197>(8799)在你<09002>身上。
When thou passest through<05674>(8799) the waters<04325>, I will be with thee; and through the rivers<05104>, they shall not overflow<07857>(8799) thee: when thou walkest<03212>(8799) through<01119> the fire<0784>, thou shalt not be burned<03554>(8735); neither shall the flame<03852> kindle<01197>(8799) upon thee.
3 因為<03588>我<0589>是耶和華<03068>─你的　神<0430>，是以色列<03478>的聖者<06918>─你的救主<03467>(8688)；我已經使<05414>(8804)埃及<04714>作你的贖價<03724>，使古實<03568>和西巴<05434>代替你<08478>。
For I am the LORD<03068> thy God<0430>, the Holy One<06918> of Israel<03478>, thy Saviour<03467>(8688): I gave<05414>(8804) Egypt<04714> for thy ransom<03724>, Ethiopia<03568> and Seba<05434> for thee.
4 因<04480><0834>我看<09002><05869>你為寶<03365>(8804)為尊<03513>(8738)；又因我<0589>愛你<0157>(8804)，所以我使<05414>(8799)人<0120>代替你<08478>，使列邦人<03816>替換<08478>你的生命<05315>。
Since thou wast precious<03365>(8804) in my sight<05869>, thou hast been honourable<03513>(8738), and I have loved<0157>(8804) thee: therefore will I give<05414>(8799) men<0120> for thee, and people<03816> for thy life<05315>. {life: or, person}
5 不要<0408>害怕<03372>(8799)，因<03588>我<0589>與你<0854>同在；我必領你的後裔<02233>從東方<04480><04217>來<0935>(8686)，又從西方<04480><04628>招聚你<06908>(8762)。
Fear<03372>(8799) not: for I am with thee: I will bring<0935>(8686) thy seed<02233> from the east<04217>, and gather<06908>(8762) thee from the west<04628>;
6 我要對北方<09001><06828>說<0559>(8799)，交出來<05414>(8798)！對南方<09001><08486>說，不要<0408>拘留<03607>(8799)！將我的眾子<01121>從遠方<04480><07350>帶來<0935>(8685)，將我的眾女<01323>從地<0776>極<04480><07097>領回，
I will say<0559>(8799) to the north<06828>, Give up<05414>(8798); and to the south<08486>, Keep not back<03607>(8799): bring<0935>(8685) my sons<01121> from far<07350>, and my daughters<01323> from the ends<07097> of the earth<0776>;
7 就是凡<03605>稱為<07121>(8737)我名<09002><08034>下的人，是我為自己的榮耀<09001><03519>創造<01254>(8804)的，是我所做成<03335>(8804)，{<0637>}所造作<06213>(8804)的。
Even every one<03605> that is called<07121>(8737) by my name<08034>: for I have created<01254>(8804) him for my glory<03519>, I have formed<03335>(8804) him; yea, I have made<06213>(8804) him.
8 你要將有<03426>眼<05869>而瞎<05787>、有<09001><04480>耳<0241>而聾<02795>的民<05971>都帶出來<03318>(8685)！
Bring forth<03318>(8685) the blind<05787> people<05971> that have<03426> eyes<05869>, and the deaf<02795> that have ears<0241>.
9 任憑萬<03605>國<01471>聚<06908>(8738)集<03162>；任憑眾民<03816>會合<0622>(8735)。其中<09002>誰<04310>能將此<02063>聲明<05046>(8686)，並將先前的事<07223>說給我們聽<08085>(8686)呢？他們可以帶出<05414>(8799)見證<05707>來，自顯為是<06663>(8799)；或者他們聽見<08085>(8799)便說<0559>(8799)：這是真<0571>的。
Let all the nations<01471> be gathered<06908>(8738) together<03162>, and let the people<03816> be assembled<0622>(8735): who among them can declare<05046>(8686) this, and shew<08085>(8686) us former things<07223>? let them bring forth<05414>(8799) their witnesses<05707>, that they may be justified<06663>(8799): or let them hear<08085>(8799), and say<0559>(8799), It is truth<0571>.
10 耶和華<03068>說<05002>(8803)：你們<0859>是我的見證<05707>，我所<0834>揀選<0977>(8804)的僕人<05650>。既是這樣<09001><04616>，便可以知道<03045>(8799)，且信服<0539>(8686)我<09001>，又明白<0995>(8799){<03588>}我<0589>就是耶和華{<01931>}。在我以前<09001><06440>沒有<03808>真神<0410>（真：原文是造作<03335>(8738)的）；在我以後<0310>也必沒<03808>有<01961>。
Ye are my witnesses<05707>, saith<05002>(8803) the LORD<03068>, and my servant<05650> whom I have chosen<0977>(8804): that ye may know<03045>(8799) and believe<0539>(8686) me, and understand<0995>(8799) that I am he: before<06440> me there was no God<0410> formed<03335>(8738), neither shall there be after<0310> me. {no...: or, nothing formed of God}
11 惟有我<0595>是<0595>耶和華<03068>；除我以外<04480><01107>沒有<0369>救主<03467>(8688)。
I, even I, am the LORD<03068>; and beside<01107> me there is no saviour<03467>(8688).
12 我<0595>曾指示<05046>(8689)，我曾拯救<03467>(8689)，我曾說明<08085>(8689)，並且在你們中間<09002>沒有<0369>別神<02114>(8801)。所以耶和華<03068>說<05002>(8803)：你們<0859>是我的見證<05707>。我<0589>也是　神<0410>；
I have declared<05046>(8689), and have saved<03467>(8689), and I have shewed<08085>(8689), when there was no strange<02114>(8801) god among you: therefore ye are my witnesses<05707>, saith<05002>(8803) the LORD<03068>, that I am God<0410>.
13 {<01571>}自從有日子<04480><03117>以來，我<0589>就是　神<01931>；誰也不能<0369>救<05337>(8688)人脫離我手<04480><03027>。我要行事<06466>(8799)誰<04310>能阻止<07725>(8686)呢？
Yea, before the day<03117> was I am he; and there is none that can deliver<05337>(8688) out of my hand<03027>: I will work<06466>(8799), and who shall let<07725>(8686) it? {let it: Heb. turn it back?}
14 耶和華<03068>─你們的救贖主<01350>(8802)、以色列<03478>的聖者<06918>如此<03541>說<0559>(8804)：因你們的緣故<09001><04616>，我已經打發人<07971>(8765)到巴比倫<0894>去；並且我要使迦勒底人<03778>如逃民<01281>，都<03605>坐自己喜樂<07440>的船<09002><0591>下來<03381>(8689)。
Thus saith<0559>(8804) the LORD<03068>, your redeemer<01350>(8802), the Holy One<06918> of Israel<03478>; For your sake I have sent<07971>(8765) to Babylon<0894>, and have brought down<03381>(8689) all their nobles<01281>, and the Chaldeans<03778>, whose cry<07440> is in the ships<0591>. {nobles: Heb. bars}
15 我<0589>是耶和華<03068>─你們的聖者<06918>，是創造<01254>(8802)以色列<03478>的，是你們的君王<04428>。
I am the LORD<03068>, your Holy One<06918>, the creator<01254>(8802) of Israel<03478>, your King<04428>.
16 耶和華在滄海中<09002><03220>開<05414>(8802)道<01870>，在大<05794>水中<09002><04325>開路<05410>，
Thus saith<0559>(8804) the LORD<03068>, which maketh<05414>(8802) a way<01870> in the sea<03220>, and a path<05410> in the mighty<05794> waters<04325>;
17 使車輛<07393>、馬匹<05483>、軍兵<02428>、勇士<05808>都出來<03318>(8688)，一同<03162>躺下<07901>(8799)，不再<01077>起來<06965>(8799)；他們滅沒<01846>(8804)，好像熄滅<03518>(8804)的燈火<09003><06594>。
Which bringeth forth<03318>(8688) the chariot<07393> and horse<05483>, the army<02428> and the power<05808>; they shall lie down<07901>(8799) together<03162>, they shall not rise<06965>(8799): they are extinct<01846>(8804), they are quenched<03518>(8804) as tow<06594>.
18 耶和華<03068>如此<03541>說<0559>(8804)：你們不要<0408>記念<02142>(8799)從前的事<07223>，也不要<0408>思想<0995>(8709)古時的事<06931>。
Remember<02142>(8799) ye not the former things<07223>, neither consider<0995>(8709) the things of old<06931>.
19 看哪，我<02009>要做<06213>(8802)一件新事<02319>；如今<06258>要發現<06779>(8799)，你們豈不<03808>知道<03045>(8799)嗎？我必<0637>在曠野<09002><04057>開<07760>(8799)道路<01870>，在沙漠<09002><03452>開江河<05104>。
Behold, I will do<06213>(8802) a new thing<02319>; now it shall spring forth<06779>(8799); shall ye not know<03045>(8799) it? I will even make<07760>(8799) a way<01870> in the wilderness<04057>, and rivers<05104> in the desert<03452>.
20 野地<07704>的走獸<02416>必尊重我<03513>(8762)；野狗<08565>和鴕鳥<01323><03284>也必如此。因<03588>我使<05414>(8804)曠野<09002><04057>有水<04325>，使沙漠<09002><03452>有河<05104>，好賜給我的百姓<05971>、我的選民<0972>喝<09001><08248>(8687)。
The beast<02416> of the field<07704> shall honour<03513>(8762) me, the dragons<08577> and the owls<01323><03284>: because I give<05414>(8804) waters<04325> in the wilderness<04057>, and rivers<05104> in the desert<03452>, to give drink<08248>(8687) to my people<05971>, my chosen<0972>. {owls: or, ostriches: Heb. daughters of the owl}
21 這<02098>百姓<05971>是我為自己<09001>所造<03335>(8804)的，好述說<05608>(8762)我的美德<08416>。
This<02098> people<05971> have I formed<03335>(8804) for myself; they shall shew forth<05608>(8762) my praise<08416>.
22 雅各<03290>啊，你並沒有<03808>求告<07121>(8804)我<0853>；{<03588>}以色列<03478>啊，你倒厭煩<03021>(8804)我<09002>。
But thou hast not called<07121>(8804) upon me, O Jacob<03290>; but thou hast been weary<03021>(8804) of me, O Israel<03478>.
23 你沒有<03808>將你的羊<07716>帶來<0935>(8689)給我<09001>作燔祭<05930>，也沒有<03808>用祭物<02077>尊敬我<03513>(8765)；我沒有<03808>因供物<09002><04503>使你服勞<05647>(8689)，也沒有<03808>因乳香<09002><03828>使你厭煩<03021>(8689)。
Thou hast not brought<0935>(8689) me the small cattle<07716> of thy burnt offerings<05930>; neither hast thou honoured<03513>(8765) me with thy sacrifices<02077>. I have not caused thee to serve<05647>(8689) with an offering<04503>, nor wearied<03021>(8689) thee with incense<03828>. {small...: Heb. lambs, or, kids}
24 你沒有<03808>用銀子<09002><03701>為我<09001>買<07069>(8804)菖蒲<07070>，也沒有<03808>用祭物<02077>的脂油<02459>使我飽足<07301>(8689)；倒<0389>使我因你的罪惡<09002><02403>服勞<05647>(8689)，使我因你的罪孽<09002><05771>厭煩<03021>(8689)。
Thou hast bought<07069>(8804) me no sweet cane<07070> with money<03701>, neither hast thou filled<07301>(8689) me with the fat<02459> of thy sacrifices<02077>: but thou hast made me to serve<05647>(8689) with thy sins<02403>, thou hast wearied<03021>(8689) me with thine iniquities<05771>. {filled...: Heb. made me drunk, or, abundantly moistened}
25 惟有我<0595>{<0595>}{<01931>}為自己的緣故<09001><04616>塗抹<04229>(8802)你的過犯<06588>；我也不<03808>記念<02142>(8799)你的罪惡<02403>。
I, even I, am he that blotteth out<04229>(8802) thy transgressions<06588> for mine own sake, and will not remember<02142>(8799) thy sins<02403>.
26 你要提醒我<02142>(8685)，你我可以一同<03162>辯論<08199>(8735)；你<0859>可以將你的理陳明<05608>(8761)，{<09001>}{<04616>}自顯為義<06663>(8799)。
Put me in remembrance<02142>(8685): let us plead<08199>(8735) together<03162>: declare<05608>(8761) thou, that thou mayest be justified<06663>(8799).
27 你的始<07223>祖<01>犯罪<02398>(8804)；你的師傅<03887>(8688)違背<06586>(8804)我<09002>。
Thy first<07223> father<01> hath sinned<02398>(8804), and thy teachers<03887>(8688) have transgressed<06586>(8804) against me. {teachers: Heb. interpreters}
28 所以，我要辱沒<02490>(8762)聖所<06944>的首領<08269>，使雅各<03290>成為<05414>(8799)咒詛<09001><02764>，使以色列<03478>成為辱罵<09001><01421>。
Therefore I have profaned<02490>(8762) the princes<08269> of the sanctuary<06944>, and have given<05414>(8799) Jacob<03290> to the curse<02764>, and Israel<03478> to reproaches<01421>. {princes...: or, holy princes}
