2:4 {<0518>}尋找它<01245>(8762)，如尋找銀子<09003><03701>，搜求它<02664>(8799)，如搜求隱藏的珍寶<09003><04301>，
If thou seekest<01245>(8762) her as silver<03701>, and searchest<02664>(8799) for her as for hid treasures<04301>;
2:5 你就<0227>明白<0995>(8799)敬畏<03374>耶和華<03068>，得以<04672>(8799)認識<01847>上帝<0430>。
Then shalt thou understand<0995>(8799) the fear<03374> of the LORD<03068>, and find<04672>(8799) the knowledge<01847> of God<0430>.
2:6 因為<03588>，耶和華<03068>賜人<05414>(8799)智慧<02451>；知識<01847>和聰明<08394>都由他口<04480><06310>而出。
For the LORD<03068> giveth<05414>(8799) wisdom<02451>: out of his mouth<06310> cometh knowledge<01847> and understanding<08394>.
2:7 他給正直人<09001><03477>存留<06845>(8799)(8675)<06845>(8804)真智慧<08454>，給行為<09001><01980>(8802)純正<08537>的人作盾牌<04043>，
He layeth up<06845>(8799)(8675)<06845>(8804) sound wisdom<08454> for the righteous<03477>: he is a buckler<04043> to them that walk<01980>(8802) uprightly<08537>.
2:8 為要保守<09001><05341>(8800)公平人<04941>的路<0734>，護庇<08104>(8799)虔敬人<02623>的道<01870>。
He keepeth<05341>(8800) the paths<0734> of judgment<04941>, and preserveth<08104>(8799) the way<01870> of his saints<02623>.
2:9 你也必<0227>明白<0995>(8799)仁義<06664>、公平<04941>、正直<04339>、一切的<03605>善<02896>道<04570>。
Then shalt thou understand<0995>(8799) righteousness<06664>, and judgment<04941>, and equity<04339>; yea , every good<02896> path<04570>.
2:10 智慧<02451>必<03588>入<0935>(8799)你心<09002><03820>；你的靈<09001><05315>要以知識<01847>為美<05276>(8799)。
When wisdom<02451> entereth<0935>(8799) into thine heart<03820>, and knowledge<01847> is pleasant<05276>(8799) unto thy soul<05315>;
2:11 謀略<04209>必護衛<08104>(8799)你<05921>；聰明<08394>必保守你<05341>(8799)，
Discretion<04209> shall preserve<08104>(8799) thee, understanding<08394> shall keep<05341>(8799) thee:
2:12 要救你<09001><05337>(8687)脫離惡<07451>道<04480><01870>（或譯：惡人的道），脫離說<01696>(8764)乖謬話<08419>的人<04480><0376>。
To deliver<05337>(8687) thee from the way<01870> of the evil<07451> man , from the man<0376> that speaketh<01696>(8764) froward things<08419>;
2:13 那等人捨棄<05800>(8802)正直<03476>的路<0734>，行走<09001><03212>(8800)黑暗<02822>的道<09002><01870>，
Who leave<05800>(8802) the paths<0734> of uprightness<03476>, to walk<03212>(8800) in the ways<01870> of darkness<02822>;
2:14 歡喜<08056>作<09001><06213>(8800)惡<07451>，喜愛<01523>(8799)惡人<07451>的乖僻<09002><08419>，
Who rejoice<08056> to do<06213>(8800) evil<07451>, and delight<01523>(8799) in the frowardness<08419> of the wicked<07451>;
2:15 在他們的<0834>道<0734>中彎曲<06141>，在他們的路上<09002><04570>偏僻<03868>(8737)。
Whose ways<0734> are crooked<06141>, and they froward<03868>(8737) in their paths<04570>:
2:16 智慧要救你<09001><05337>(8687)脫離淫<02114>(8801)婦<04480><0802>，就是那油嘴<02505>(8689)滑舌<0561>的外女<04480><05237>。
To deliver<05337>(8687) thee from the strange<02114>(8801) woman<0802>, even from the stranger<05237> which flattereth<02505>(8689) with her words<0561>;
2:17 她離棄<05800>(8802)幼年<05271>的配偶<0441>，忘了<07911>(8804){<0853>}上帝<0430>的盟約<01285>。
Which forsaketh<05800>(8802) the guide<0441> of her youth<05271>, and forgetteth<07911>(8804) the covenant<01285> of her God<0430>.
2:18 {<03588>}她的家<01004>陷<07743>(8804)入<0413>死地<04194>；她的路<04570>偏向<0413>陰間<07496>。
For her house<01004> inclineth<07743>(8804) unto death<04194>, and her paths<04570> unto the dead<07496>.
2:19 凡<03605>到她那裡去的<0935>(8802)，不得<03808>轉回<07725>(8799)，也得<05381>(8686)不著<03808>生命<02416>的路<0734>。
None that go<0935>(8802) unto her return again<07725>(8799), neither take they hold<05381>(8686) of the paths<0734> of life<02416>.
2:20 智慧必使<09001><04616>你行<03212>(8799)善人<02896>的道<09002><01870>，守<08104>(8799)義人<06662>的路<0734>。
That thou mayest walk<03212>(8799) in the way<01870> of good<02896> men , and keep<08104>(8799) the paths<0734> of the righteous<06662>.
2:21 {<03588>}正直人<03477>必在世上<0776>居住<07931>(8799)；完全人<08549>必在地上<09002>存留<03498>(8735)。
For the upright<03477> shall dwell<07931>(8799) in the land<0776>, and the perfect<08549> shall remain<03498>(8735) in it.
2:22 惟有惡人<07563>必然{<04480>}{<0776>}剪除<03772>(8735)；奸詐的<0898>(8802)，必然拔出<05255>(8799){<04480>}。
But the wicked<07563> shall be cut off<03772>(8735) from the earth<0776>, and the transgressors<0898>(8802) shall be rooted out<05255>(8799) of it. {rooted: or, plucked up}
