Is there not an appointed time<06635> to man<0582> upon earth<0776>? are not his days<03117> also like the days<03117> of an hireling<07916>? {an appointed...: or, a warfare}
7:2 像奴僕<09003><05650>切慕<07602>(8799)黑影<06738>，像雇工人<09003><07916>盼望<06960>(8762)工價<06467>；

So am I made to possess<05157>(8717) months<03391> of vanity<07723>, and wearisome<05999> nights<03915> are appointed<04487>(8765) to me.
7:4 {<0518>}我躺臥<07901>(8804)的時候便說<0559>(8804)：我何時<04970>起來<06965>(8799)，黑夜<06153>就過去<04059>呢？我盡<07646>(8804)是反來覆去<05076>，直到<05704>天亮<05399>。
When I lie down<07901>(8804), I say<0559>(8804), When shall I arise<06965>(8799), and the night<06153> be gone<04059>? and I am full<07646>(8804) of tossings to and fro<05076> unto the dawning of the day<05399>. {the night...: Heb. the evening be measured?}
7:5 我的肉體<01320>以蟲子<07415>和塵土<01487><06083>為衣<03847>(8804)；我的皮膚<05785>才收了口<03988>(8735)又重新破裂<07280>(8804)。
My flesh<01320> is clothed<03847>(8804) with worms<07415> and clods<01487> of dust<06083>; my skin<05785> is broken<07280>(8804), and become loathsome<03988>(8735).
7:6 我的日子<03117>比梭<04480><0708>更快<07043>(8804)，都消耗<03615>(8799)在無<09002><0657>指望<08615>之中。
My days<03117> are swifter<07043>(8804) than a weaver's shuttle<0708>, and are spent<03615>(8799) without<0657> hope<08615>.
7:7 求你想念<02142>(8798)，{<03588>}我的生命<02416>不過是一口氣<07307>；我的眼睛<05869>必不<03808>再<07725>(8799)見<09001><07200>(8800)福樂<02896>。

As the cloud<06051> is consumed<03615>(8804) and vanisheth away<03212>(8799): so he that goeth down<03381>(8802) to the grave<07585> shall come up<05927>(8799) no more .
7:10 他不<03808>再<05750>回<07725>(8799)自己的家<09001><01004>；故土<04725>也不<03808>再<05750>認識他<05234>(8686)。
He shall return<07725>(8799) no more to his house<01004>, neither shall his place<04725> know<05234>(8686) him any more.
7:11 {<01571>}我<0589>不<03808>禁止<02820>(8799)我口<06310>；我靈<07307>愁苦<09002><06862>，要發出言語<01696>(8762)；我心<05315>苦惱<09002><04751>，要吐露哀情<07878>(8799)。
Therefore I will not refrain<02820>(8799) my mouth<06310>; I will speak<01696>(8762) in the anguish<06862> of my spirit<07307>; I will complain<07878>(8799) in the bitterness<04751> of my soul<05315>.
7:12 我對上帝<0433>說：我<0589>豈是洋海<03220>，豈是<0518>大魚<08577>，你竟<03588>防守<07760>(8799)<04929>我<05921>呢？
Am I a sea<03220>, or a whale<08577>, that thou settest<07760>(8799) a watch<04929> over me?
7:13 若<03588>說<0559>(8804)：我的床<06210>必安慰<05162>(8762)我，我的榻<04904>必解釋<05375>(8799)我的苦情<09002><07879>，
When I say<0559>(8804), My bed<06210> shall comfort<05162>(8762) me, my couch<04904> shall ease<05375>(8799) my complaint<07879>;
7:14 你就用夢<09002><02472>驚駭我<02865>(8765)，用異象<04480><02384>恐嚇我<01204>(8762)，
Then thou scarest<02865>(8765) me with dreams<02472>, and terrifiest<01204>(8762) me through visions<02384>:
7:15 甚至我<05315>寧肯<0977>(8799)噎死<04267>，寧肯死亡<04194>，勝似留我這一身的骨頭<04480><06106>。
So that my soul<05315> chooseth<0977>(8799) strangling<04267>, and death<04194> rather than my life<06106>. {life: Heb. bones}
7:16 我厭棄<03988>(8804)性命，不願<03808>永<09001><05769>活<02421>(8799)。你任憑<02308>(8798)我吧<04480>，因<03588>我的日子<03117>都是虛空<01892>。
I loathe<03988>(8804) it ; I would not live<02421>(8799) alway<05769>: let me alone<02308>(8798); for my days<03117> are vanity<01892>.
7:17 人<0582>算甚麼<04100>，你竟<03588>看他為大<01431>(8762)，{<03588>}將他放<07896>(8799)在<0413>心<03820>上？
What is man<0582>, that thou shouldest magnify<01431>(8762) him? and that thou shouldest set<07896>(8799) thine heart<03820> upon him?
7:18 每早<09001><01242>鑒察他<06485>(8799)，時刻<09001><07281>試驗他<0974>(8799)？
And that thou shouldest visit<06485>(8799) him every morning<01242>, and try<0974>(8799) him every moment<07281>?
7:19 你到何時<09003><04100>才轉眼不<03808>看<08159>(8799)我<04480>，才<03808>任憑我<07503>(8686){<05704>}咽下<01104>(8800)唾沫<07536>呢？
How long<04100> wilt thou not depart<08159>(8799) from me, nor let me alone<07503>(8686) till I swallow down<01104>(8800) my spittle<07536>?
7:20 鑒察<05341>(8802)人<0120>的主啊，我若有罪<02398>(8804)，於你<09001>何<04100>妨<06466>(8799)？為何<09001><04100>以<07760>(8804)我當你的<09001>箭靶子<09001><04645>，使我<01961>厭棄<09001><04853>自己的性命<05921>？
I have sinned<02398>(8804); what shall I do<06466>(8799) unto thee, O thou preserver<05341>(8802) of men<0120>? why hast thou set<07760>(8804) me as a mark<04645> against thee, so that I am a burden<04853> to myself?
7:21 為何<04100>不<03808>赦免<05375>(8799)我的過犯<06588>，除掉<05674>(8686){<0853>}我的罪孽<05771>？{<03588>}我現今<06258>要躺臥<07901>(8799)在塵土<09001><06083>中；你要殷勤地尋找<07836>(8765)我，我卻不在了<0369>。
And why dost thou not pardon<05375>(8799) my transgression<06588>, and take away<05674>(8686) mine iniquity<05771>? for now shall I sleep<07901>(8799) in the dust<06083>; and thou shalt seek me in the morning<07836>(8765), but I shall not be .
