一、「司令官，审判官」。复数：指罗马殖民地腓立比的最高官员。这头衔根据官方来说，并不十分正式，但它在碑文中出现了好几次，为一般对他们的称呼，徒16:20,22,35,36,38 。

二、 ὁ στρατηγὸς τοῦ ἱεροῦ 守殿官，徒4:1 5:24 。或仅作ὁ στρατηγός，徒5:26 。复数，στρατηγοί (τοῦ ἱεροῦ)（守殿官）路22:4,52 。*
